3621  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022 NBA Season on: December 20, 2021, 08:12:27 PM
When I saw the box score that was the first thing that came to my mind.  He must be on cloud nine right now.  I know it was just a regular season game and the Lakers are down some important pieces, but still.  All those years of torment in the playoffs from LeBron James when DeRozan was on the Raptors...  Getting this win and outplaying him must feel damn good.  Somewhere DeRozan is on the phone with his old Toronto buddy Lowry laughing about what took place tonight.
I feel you.. It's something that he and his old buddy can chat with or talk with a much sweeter laugh..

Yes, it's only in the regular season but a win like this always count, I like to see that old DeRozan who played very solid without any
hesitations, just like the way he played with the Raptors.

Good for him to feel home with the company all each bulls players.
I doubt that Demar cares about anything at the regular season level, they never really had trouble there at all. They got stuck at Cavs and against Lebron that is true but on regular season we have seen them be awesome and still get eliminated.

So, I am guessing that all he cares about is playoffs now, and we all know they are sort of good enough to be going to finals, not guaranteed and not the favorites but they are definitely close enough if you ask me. If they go to finals I am 90% sure that Lakers won't be there, so he has a very slim chance to meet with Lebron since it would require both teams to be on finals and I do not see that happening.

I know someone who does 1-2-3-4-5-6 on some lotteries here as well. Sometimes that is a good way to make some money if you are lucky enough and if you are not lucky enough then you will not be making any profit at all.

I cannot say that there is anything you should do this is why I have to say that there is a good chance we could test this out for a longer term and you may end up with a lot of profit or you may end up with nothing at all and you will be able to tell us if it really works. After all 600x is not really a bad return at all, depending on how many takes you had to do that is a very good return if you ask me.

Plus, if it is that much important for some people to test this out, they could do 600 bets and there is a good chance you could get at least one, it is not about not getting any at all, if you want to then there is a quite easy way to do it, have a few thousand bets and it is "almost" guaranteed to hit at least once.
3623  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🎲 BetFury.io|BFG for SPORTS 🏆|Solana & Cardano released🔥| BFG Farming APR 70% on: December 19, 2021, 09:16:00 PM
it means, it is from their end to have that ? replaced with at least figures that are near to actual numbers.
it may not be their priority right now, as they need to be pro-active during this holiday season.
those numbers can wait, because once they have good numbers, it would be easy to track once they submit those forms.
As someone who worked in a project before that was regarding CMC to be contacted by me and I was the one who dealt with CMC for that project, I have to say getting listed is not enough. You could be the biggest exchange in the world or you could be a billion dollar market cap project and you still need to deal with their forms otherwise they do not recognize it.

You fill in their forms and send it to them and if they see it fit then they would definitely list it if you are as big as BFG, when you are a lot smaller (which the project I worked on was) then it suddenly becomes low priority and you do not get it done that quickly. It is a hassle but it could be done eventually, Betfury will handle it pretty soon I imagine, it is not hard but it does take some time.
3624  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Losses in trading are nothing but Business expenses on: December 18, 2021, 09:26:20 PM
never hurrying up yourself on learning into something because one day it would surely pays off but of course depending on the skills and things you are trying to enhance and engaged on.
This is the reason experienced traders are committing less number of mistakes and they are able to cover their losses by their next trade hence literally they are not paying any fees for their learning process because they have already mastered the required things for profitable trading.

Yeah, there will be no point of rushing in trading in the beginning stage because when we are not having enough experience in trading then losing trades will be higher and when you are making more losses then there will be no point of making more trades. Slow and steady will help learning while trading and then we can easily make profits still even we become experienced, we should not trade more by rushing into; that will help for sure.
3625  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What did you learn about crypto trading? on: December 17, 2021, 09:14:05 AM
If you want to buy any token. you should buy in dip because the dip is good opportunity.
How do you determine the dips? When we are not good at technical analysis then you cannot wait for dips. Probably for the traders who are not good in technical analysis may go DCA. It is a strategy which deals about buying regularly at fixed time gaps. You may buy every month or every week then you can enjoy  lower buying price in average.

If you are in loss Then you should keep patience because patience plays important role in trading
Yeah, when you are about to make use of dips then you will not bother about incurred losses. But for that, you must need to spare some capital always so that you will be able to buy more when dips happen.
3626  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Target Price Methodology on: December 16, 2021, 07:19:02 PM
Fixed targets. This can be 5% to 50% profits from your entry level and based on time frame of your strategy.
I usually go with fixed or get because when we are not greedy then we can easily book profit at what we need for that particular day. I am not actively trading these days still whenever I go for day-trading then I prefer to book profits at some 10% from my entry before the trend of market is changing. I am always afraid of market fluctuations from what we could predict; which is the reason I am satisfying myself with some profit rather than facing losses.

If you go waiting to gain up to 50% profit for your every trade then you might need to be patience for weeks to months because for that much big target levels you should have strong technical analysis and then you should have proper stop loss level; this way until your stop loss levels are not triggering then you can keep waiting to gain up to 50% profits.
3627  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: December 16, 2021, 06:16:54 PM
After all, Bayern in the Bundesliga is indeed too domineering, maybe because of that there are rumors that Robert Lewandowski will move to Man City or Real Madrid. I think Lewandowski can try a challenge in the Premier League, which is indeed the best football league in Europa right now, even a lot of strong teams in the Premier League. Problems Bayern want to release Lewandowski at a very high price, it seems very difficult to find
a club that is willing to buy a player who is 33 years old at an expensive price. Because it's a bad investment if a club buys a 33-year-old player at an expensive price, so my prediction is that Lewandowski will stay with Bayern until his contract runs out.
I would say that if he waits until his contract is up then he won't be able to get into any other team at that age. He needs to leave now if he wants to leave but I feel like he is currently quite happy. Why would you leave a team that you got used to so much, winning all the time and earning so much?

I get that "looking for a new challenge" is a case for most players but those players usually do not get the happiness Lewa is getting at Bayern, if nothing else they will win the league every single year and that seems like a good enough reason to stay. They also did the famous sextuple by winning 6 titles in a single season as well, which is incredible feat.
3628  Economy / Economics / Re: This what poor people need on: December 16, 2021, 05:18:20 PM
Those poor people need to buy food daily and hard to think about how they can change their lives, but not all of them think like that because some of them still want to have better chances to have a better life. Some of them start to work and search for other works to have more money because that is their way to have a better life. Only a few of them have a good mindset to change their lives and think about searching for other sources to help them earn money. With the hard work that they do every day, some of them finally can change their lives and teach others to have a better life.
It is not easy to switch jobs when you are poor as well, I know that sounds weird but even a better job offer could be always a very risky thing. Why? Because if you are poor but you have been with the company that kept you poor for so long, you start to consider maybe it is not really that easy to let you go, where are they going to find another person who will work for cheap for so long? Whereas if you get paid more somewhere else, not like rich money, still poor but less so compared to your current job, they could get you and then may not like you and fire you in which case you will be doing a lot worse.

This is why I highly doubt that we would ever get something great in return of that decision. So, it is very hard to be poor, sometimes you just need to accept the fact that you are not going to be doing all that well and need to change the whole system you live with.
3629  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022 NBA Season on: December 15, 2021, 09:51:08 PM
The most amazing thing about Curry is that he is 33 years old, in an era where players go for as long as 40 years old until they retire, Curry could make this into even maybe 4k three pointers? That will not be simple as he ages but it will not be impossible neither. Dude needs to just make 1k more to make that and we are talking about minimum of 5 more seasons for him to play as well, unless he is in a freak injury situation which he is known to have so maybe that will happen but hopefully not. Dude is by far the most prolific shooter of NBA history and he could turn an under 3k record into over 4k record by the time he retires, that is insane to imagine.

I checked how much Klay has, and he is getting closer to 2k as well, he is a bit younger as well, so let's see if Klay will manage to break this record as well, not that he will pass above Curry, but he might have a chance to become second by the time he retires. Imagine two guys, who became first and second in "most three pointers in career" and they are both from the same team, that is very interesting to see.
3630  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is the most profitable cryptocurrency to invest at the end of 2021. on: December 15, 2021, 09:29:54 PM
Do not know why but I also hold some doge from pre musk trend. I sell them off at a good profit but ADA was not my choice anyway and haven't traded that.

Post musk doge hype has been cool down and Shiba Inu is in the main focus now. But from the recent tweet from Elon shows that he is still trying to promote doge. Do not know it's because of protecting his investment or he really wants to do something with doge. But how Shiba Inu took all the attention from doge it's clear that Elon is just a clown on the stage. There is bigger player backstage.
We all did back in the day because it was a great joke, but that was it. I had like 5000 doge just for the fun of it and gave it to some charity, considering at the time I just gave maybe like 5 bucks probably or something like that and at the peak that turned into 3.5k dollars, I feel like I really hope they spent it wisely because otherwise that is money gone to waste. That is how much doge improved since the times I used it, and never really "invested" in it.

Just because someone bought it doesn't mean that they invested it, maybe you did it for the same logic as well, just to make a fun of it and just share it. I remember giving some for nascar car advertisement as well, even smaller amount but it was done, and giving some for Jamaican bobsled team and all that, it was basically just a way to gamble and donate to charity and that's it.

Engines are not changing as far as I know, which means that Mercedes will definitely be the fastest car, they will obviously need to do some tinkering around the car for sure but in the end we are talking about Mercedes here and with this hybrid era they have been doing insanely good of a job and Hamilton will get his 8th title next season if you ask me.

Lewis probably doesn't feel like he needs to do testing or other smaller stuff, even Russel didn't need to do that, many teams have lower level talent for that, like for example Red Bull uses Albon for most tests and sim testing and all that, same could have been done by many teams. Vettel on the other hand was testing it himself, which I am assuming it will not be that much of a difficult for him and he just wanted to have some fun. Next season will definitely be very very different in many aspects.
3632  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin price: with 12 years from nothing to maturity on: December 15, 2021, 08:30:45 PM
The reason why some people loss is that they always think that they are already an expert even they are not. they always think that they can predict crypto base on their own analysis but they end up to lossing, We cannot predict crypto even in a short period of time so there is no way also to predict crypto 12 years from now.
That seems to be the main idea for many people who are not aware of the fact that bitcoin always goes up. If you want to predict "when" then you are right that nobody will be able to predict that, we as the market (you and I and everyone else here is the reason why it goes up or down) decide it on the fly. When we hear a bad news we FUD and drop it, when we hear a great news we FOMO it and buy, but we are the ones that decide it.

So, when you want to try to predict what will happen in the future, you are trying to predict if people will buy or not. So that means you are not really doing something special with it, you are actually trying to predict us, which is doable if you are good enough. The main point is that, it would not be that much of a problem if you are only looking at long term and how it will go up, however it will be harder if you want to predict just this week.
3633  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin to Hit $150,000 in 2022 on: December 15, 2021, 05:00:52 AM
Bitcoin is not even halfway there. Bitcoin might take more than 3 months before reaching $100,000. But it will come next year.
Even we are not at half mark of discussion, I am not thinking it would take more than 3 months of time to get into there. I mean it may take more time if bitcoin remains sideways but if enters into bullish trend then we can expect anything to happen like within one month of time; there are possibilities to have 100% appreciation (from ATH) to test near $150k levels.

We still have a half month before this December end, so we can expect and hope that the price will increase and back to $60k because I think that is the next target for bitcoin before the price lift to the next highest price.
Yeah, where we are going to end this year definitely more important for predicting the direction of bitcoin markets in 2022. Closing this month above $60k levels will get bullish mode among all bitcoiners; let's see what are waiting for us to unfold.
3634  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin price: with 12 years from nothing to maturity on: December 14, 2021, 08:22:53 PM
I do not know anything about astrology but I read in some local articles that humans can predict what can happen in the future and give warnings to others. Some people still believe in zodiac calculation or something like that.
You can say that is all related to the zodiac cycle and all the grey things that most people do not understand but I just believe that bitcoin can increase more than today, no matter how long the price can increase.
Maybe bitcoin needs more than 2 years or even longer to increase to $1,000,000 but it will surely reach that price.
With all of the predictions, we can only wait for what will happen with preparing ourselves and if you believe bitcoin will increase at the right time, you should prepare yourself.
Otherwise, you can end your journey in bitcoin right now and search for other opportunities.
I do not believe any supernatural thing at all, just because some planets are in some places in certain times it should not be telling anything about the future. Even signs are a bit more understandable since it is talking about the character of a person and not trying to predict the future per se, if you have enough sample size of people who are born at same time and can try to do polls around the world to millions of people about it, then they would give a good result which means it could be proven.

However, talking about the future and prices and profits all thanks to some space movements does not make sense to me at all. Hopefully we will see 1 million dollars in our life time, that is all I need to know, if that happens then things will be fine for me.

Although it is a good time to accumulate fun tokens, we need to analyze the trend and not buy instantly because that can make us miss a chance to buy at a low price. It is better to buy the FUN token at a low price and to do so, we can wait for a while and analyze the trend. With the down of bitcoin price, it impacted most coins because I see on the CMC many coins getting a red candle. We have another chance to buy low and sell high but just be careful to decide.
You do not have to buy it with all you have, you could always end up buying with a lot less and you could make a profit based on that. I am not saying that you should be waiting too much neither, but just buy with 50% of your available funds right now, and wait for it to drop more, if it drops more put in some 20% more, if it drops even more then put in some 20% more and so forth. That way you are going to DCA your fun token holdings.

If it goes up then you bought 50% anyway and then you will make a profit, half of what you could have if you went in 100% but more if it drops so you are leveraging yourself against yourself and you will either profit a little, or profit a little and in both cases you are getting ahead. Otherwise with 100% getting in you are either profiting a lot or you are not profiting at all or waiting too much and making less, hence DCA is a better method.
3636  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2021/2022 on: December 14, 2021, 06:16:26 PM
According to EPL it is now a record high of Covid cases among league clubs including players and staff.

My own team is already in danger. We lost Conference League participation because of this,,, and already we have 2 games postponed. If it gets worse maybe they will force us to play with reserve squad in which case we say goodbye to 6 points.
We had NBA games cancelled as well. It is a weird situation to be in right now, we are trying to stop it and the life "seemed" like it was back on regular and now we are getting more cases once again, that fifth of sixth or 100th wave whatever it is, that is the one that scares me the most, the one going on right now.

I was scared a bit during the first ever lockdown and the fear was there for sure, but I was hopeful that it will pass and I just hoped nobody I knew would die, second one was more prepared and ever since those days we just decided that we wanted to be careful no matter what happens and wait for it to end. Nowadays I am looking at the world and can't see a way out. That is the part that scares me the most, yeah we look like we are doing alright with the masks and distance and vaccination and all that but in the end it keeps getting worse and happens all over again so I do not know when this will end.

Will we ever have that no mask, no distance, no worries, no vaccination days of the old again? Will we ever go back to normal? I am not entirely sure after this one, and it is scary for all kinds of entertainment including EPL and football and other leagues.
3637  Economy / Economics / Re: For Americans Shocked by Inflation, Argentines Have Some Advice on: December 13, 2021, 09:53:18 PM
The european union tries to paint a pretty picture of its economy by pegging wage growth to inflation. When inflation rises, workers can expect their wages to rise as well.

A crypto token pegged to an inflation rate could have an adjustable rate of exchange in an effort to protect the wealth and purchasing power of HODLers. I'm not entirely 100% certain how this might work (or not work) in practice. An adjustable rate of exchange could theoretically be achieved through supply. The total supply of tokens might be inflated or destroyed in an effort to match inflation rates. This could be done algorithmically as an alternative format to bitcoin's deflationary reward halving.

Inflation itself is a controversial topic. There are some who claim inflation was a mere 3% post 2020. Inflation is similar to unemployment, in that its official definition and statistic has been adjusted, shifted and changed over time. The rise of prices, certainly does sometimes appear more than the paltry 3% or 8% which official statistics claim. Some might agree with that, others would not, I'm guessing.
Isn't all the stablecoins we are dealing with right now are a bit centralized? I mean we are talking about USDT being controlled fully by Tether company, or BUSD is fully controlled by Binance and all that. Which is why I believe that there is a good reason why we could have a stablecoin that is fitting to the inflation directly, depending on the currency we are pegging.

For example, if we have some sort of USDI called and its USD"INFLATION" basically, and that way we are going to end up with something that would increase based on USD inflation. The real problem is that, how are we going to handle that? Where would that money come from? That is the biggest problem that idea would face.
3638  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2021/2022 on: December 13, 2021, 09:20:23 PM
Leeds vs City is a very simple game. Even though we love to wager on the underdogs and try to hopefully wait for those underdogs to eventually get the favourites, usually in football Goliath beats David and that is why we have sportsbooks making so much money. We are not talking about something risky here, it is a simple bet and yes sometimes we lose, rarely but it does happen and so be it, I am not gambling because I want to win every single game, I know that I won't and sometimes I will lose.

If it is Leeds that win or there is a draw then so be it, there is nothing wrong with that for me at all. City, Liverpool, Chelsea, Arsenal, United. I know United hasn't been themselves in a minute and that is why many may doubt that, so remove them if you want to, even remove west ham if you are not sure. Wagering on these teams every week usually ends up with a profit by the end of the season, emphasis on "usually".
3639  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Two Australian exchanges collapsed recently, remember to withdraw your bitcoin on: December 13, 2021, 08:36:24 PM
Problems with exchanges are not new to this space and moreover exchange hacks are most common but what is "collapse" here? Is this kind of failure of business model? I do always suspect about most exchange hacks as some exchanges like bittrex are able to keep serving us for years without any issues but why not for others, it is too complicated to copy such a security measures. This way, "collapse" sounds like a new way of announcing bankruptcy.

Reminder that the bitcoin you hold at exchanges is not yours. Withdraw your bitcoin from exchanges while you still can.
This has been suggested across at every part of this forum and for people who are all still ignorant then no one could do anything about that.
3640  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Buy more so you can sell some on: December 12, 2021, 09:39:23 PM
I don't think any crypto investment could have a stable income since the price of the coins that we hold changing everytime, sometimes it's better to hold fiat and sometimes it's much better to hold cryptos.
Experts trader know where to save fiat before the market crash and know when to re enter when the market going to bullish.
But as an investors, holding for living is a motto that we are not aim for stable profits but big profits in the future.
Interestingly, people consider USDT and BUSD and multiple other stablecoins as "crypto currency" for some reason, I do not think that they are crypto at all, they are a different breed and heavily centralized as well. The only exception for stability is those if you consider them as crypto currencies. In the long run we are talking about something like bitcoin then there is no stability at all.

I wouldn't consider myself an expert but even I know that I do not invest with every single fiat I have, I save some aside in stablecoins and use some of that money whenever price drops a lot, that way I make investment because if I go all-in then I would be losing a lot of profit whenever the price drops and I have to just wait it to go back. With some fiat saved aside, that means I could buy when it is lower and then go back to profit a lot quicker.
