3641  Economy / Speculation / Re: The indices that makes bitcoin price on: September 20, 2021, 04:53:03 PM
Leverage is the only way you could make a proper amount of money if you are a whale. I mean buying bitcoin is still a good investment but it doesn't have that huge volatility in billions for a single investor, even if they are whales it is unlikely, there are 5-10 places/people that may have 1+ billion dollar change (up or down) but at the end of the day we are talking about something that is quite rare because regular investments do not have that kind of change.

So at the end of the day, leverage makes it worthwhile to make that kind of trades, it allows you to make a lot more changes in the quicker term with billions because it could yield huge returns from huge movements with 100x or even as high as 150x leverages.
3642  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2021/2022 on: September 18, 2021, 12:51:31 PM
In sportsbet.io, you could get 30+ odds this week. My bets were, Chelsea vs Spurs (Chelsea wins), West Ham vs ManU (ManU wins), Brighton vs Leicester (Leicester wins), Burnley vs Arsenal (Arsenal wins), Wolves vs Brentford (Wolves wins). When you make these the odds normally are 27.72 but with the boost it becomes 30.49, if you add in Aston Villa beats Everton as well, then it suddenly skyrockets to even 72.34 odds as well.

These are all awesome games, sure you could lose, you could lose if you say City wins as well it is football anything could happen. However, it is certainly not an impossible week as well, totally looks like a good slip for me. I am not expecting this to win, but I just feel like it is definitely something fun to watch out for.
3643  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin on a recovery mode on: September 18, 2021, 09:49:16 AM
Not so much though is it? I mean yeah we have gone up this week which is a great feeling, it was under 45k and now it is over 48k and that's great. However if you realized it, the price stayed here, it is not going anywhere and I feel like 50k+ is so close yet so far. We should not be really doing anything that would be shocking to the world, it is just 50k, we all expect it, then why did it go to 48k and then stayed there, why did it failed to go to 50k?

I really want to know what will happen but I feel like the results may not be as great as we hoped it might be. Obviously there is a good chance we could still go up a lot, we could be even 70k who knows? Nobody can guarantee which direction it will go let alone the price and the date however the current situation shows that there is a good chance we may not end up with something profitable for a while.
3644  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: A BTC trading model for sale. Profit $134446 (one BTC) during 2021/1/1~2021/9/12 on: September 18, 2021, 08:38:07 AM
I established the BTC trading model on 2021/8/9 by using Yahoo Finance database of 2021/1/1~2021/8/9 to perform backtest and it earned $116678 per BTC during that period including Long and Short trades.
I had the experiences of getting disappointments when a strategy works perfect in backtest and working different in real time. This may be because of the reason of ever-changing volatile nature of market fluctuations. It means market volatility is something which cannot be expected to remain same for all the time frames. This is the reason, most pro traders ignores the performance tracks of back-tests.

During 2021/8/10~2021/9/12 the model earns $17768 per BTC and it means the model works so far.
Could you please furnish any method to verify the same? I guess rather than going simply with your words anything which is cross check-able would be more effective for anyone who shows interest on your trading model.
3645  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: is crypto trading different from forex trading. on: September 18, 2021, 06:54:56 AM
all trading are similar as technical part is based on basics of mathematics but due to high volatility (which may happen because of manipulations), sometimes some of technical may vary along with situations.
Technical analysis is nothing but an approach to capture traders sentiment and expectation into a scientific formula. Even traders' decisions are highly influenced by their emotions, strategies are good to help on that regarding. So, when both forx and crypto tradings are being done by similar set of people then similar technical approach will work on both of the markets.

fundamentals of cryptos and forex is completely different.
No one could ignore fundamentals; for example, when trading bitcoin, we must consider the consequences of halving and its limited supply; because this will definitely help a trader when to long and when to avoid shorting. Fundamentals may help a trader to understand technical of trading in more better way.
3646  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How to understand the market in advance on: September 18, 2021, 04:37:45 AM
I would like to know if there is some method on how to understand when the market is going to dip or when the market is going to pump.
This is what exactly all traders are trying to find and unfortunately not all the traders are successful with their attempts. We need to be stronger in technical and fundamental analysis so that we could predict the directions of market in advance. But, due to various influencing things at more than 50% of times, these technical parts may deviate from expected behavior which means you cannot predict market directions accurately all the times.

The level of speculating market's ups and downs in advance will decide your success in trading. So, every new trader must try to find all the resources to learn and practice all the technical part of market speculations.
3647  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽UEFA Europa League Discussion Thread on: September 17, 2021, 09:43:16 PM
Everyone was talking about how Lazio would dominate Galatasaray and easily beat them with a lot of goals, there were people betting 3.5+ goals difference, 4 goals difference!! And we have seen Lazio lose.

I love this game because of all these cool unexpected results, never assume that one team is better than the other would lead to same team beating them. Sure Lazio is definitely the better team, and sure 9 out of 10 times Lazio wins this matchup, but that 1 time could be today, just like how it happened. I do not like to mix fandom and wagering together, just because you support Lazio or you do not like galatasaray doesn't mean that you should end up making stupid decisions while betting neither.
3648  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: what are some of the new projects we should keep eyes on it? on: September 17, 2021, 06:19:40 PM
I personally feel like I am responsible to check out every new thing that comes out most of the time because it is a bit related to my job.

This is why I am quite blocked to them because I know what happens to 99.9999% of them, there are way more projects out there than you can imagine, most people know about some of them but I know nearly 5-6 new projects every single day and I can tell you that there are like 1 or 2 that would be good for the whole month, and there are sometimes not even that, actually a great one happens like once every 2-3 months. So that is why when you see 150+ projects a month and sometimes not even find one that is good, and maybe 1 great in 500 of them? That starts to make things a lot more uninteresting.
3649  Economy / Economics / Re: Now UK is facing inflation so choose the best for you.. on: September 17, 2021, 05:00:55 PM
Unfortunately inflation will keep on rising in every nation, it is not something that is rare these days and there is no solution to it neither.

Financial world is built basically based on inflation, and for years people kept on trying to convince the poor people that inflation is good and means growth, when in reality the money we have in the world is finite but good enough, we do not need to get Jeff Bezos another 100 billion dollars, only if we could distribute the wealth in the world by just enough.

Nobody says that there should be no wealth, but there shouldn't be wealth like the top 100 where people are having hard time to find food and shelter, that is the biggest difference.
3650  Economy / Economics / Re: Africa’s crypto market has grown by more than 1,200% since 2020: Chainalysis on: September 16, 2021, 06:47:42 PM
I wouldn't be shocked about it. Crypto has the slogan of "banking the unbanked" for a reason and that reason is no joke. We are talking about something that is helping the people all around the world, but the lower financial nations that have a lot less wealth do use it the most.

After all, if you are a person in USA and a big economy state like New York or California and you are let's say a developer then doing something for 50 bucks is not really that interesting, you may if you are a kid but if you are a good developer that has been coding for 10+ years then you will say no to 50 bucks, probably no to 200+ bucks as well, it has to be like 500 bucks to interest you at least.

In Africa, there are 10+ year developers that would jump into 50 bucks and compete to get it, which allows Africans to get the jobs a lot easier, they are equally great developers who are just in a bad economy nation, so companies in crypto world hire them and they bring in money to their nation and all around works for them amazingly.
3651  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: best cardano-ADA wallet on: September 16, 2021, 05:44:53 PM
im looking for a wallet for ada crypto,
lots of unknown wallet is what i het from searching,
how is your experience ? which wallet is secure and trusted for ada?
Yoroi is definitely something that has seen a ton of interest, I believe that you could potentially use that. However when it is available, I am pretty sure many like Metamask will be commonly used again. Metamask or trustwallet did not become a thing just because they were good at eth and bsc, they got famous because they ended up being great with every single chain that was available commonly and people started to use them.

Even ledger nano ends up finding a way to connect to new places so that you could use your hardware wallet as well. At the end of the day it is not about what you have and how you can store it, you could get sundaeswap and put all of it in there via some wallet but keep it there on staking without having anything on your wallet as well, see? a walletless solution. The important part is to let ADA grow to be big enough to worry about these first.
3652  Economy / Economics / Re: Inflation soaring in US and other countries gives good prospect to bitcoin on: September 16, 2021, 04:08:52 PM
Inflation has always been there, it will not get any better neither. It is number two reason for me to go into crypto, after the fact that I just disliked banks so much that I wanted to find a way to live without banks. Obviously I still have to end up using banks because I can't pay everything with crypto, but that doesn't change the fact that at least we are on that path. Inflation is the reason why people are not doing fine, salaries do not go up as high as inflation does in most nations.

Plus, when you hear about stats on inflation realize that there are many people who are paid to do those calculations which means that governments could very well made them to say a lower amount than what it really is. At the end of the day what they say 2% could be 4%, consider it that way. I personally feel the huge inflation in my nation and how hard my life becomes because of it.
3653  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Understand trading on: September 16, 2021, 09:38:52 AM
The most important thing that you need to understand before starting to trade is that no matter how well experienced you are in trading something else, here when you start you are at zero. First you need to study the market and the way people trade before you do any trades.

If you come in crypto unprepared and start trading right away then there is a 90% chance that you will lose all of your money. Of course, that 10% is still not about you, just because there is a chance that you may come in during a great bull run and make a good profit from first day if you are lucky but that depends on the market and still not to you. This is why no matter what you should always study and learn trading in the crypto world specifically to make a profit, if you do not do that then you are going to end up losing a lot of money and that is never good for anyone.
3654  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is it true that it is said that South Korea will close many trading platforms in on: September 16, 2021, 08:52:06 AM
Why do you doubt something that is a clear factual situation? If one country has over 60 crypto exchanges, and some of them do not meet the criteria to operate in such a sensitive sector, is it not logical to remove such companies from the market? Unless you think all the hacking we're reading about (and it's about South Korea) is something we should consider normal?

Japan did something similar a few years ago, and it seems that the rules will be tightened even more - but it is for the good of all users, because we all want crypto exchanges to be as secure as possible.
Who makes these decisions? Governments. How does governments become governments? By getting votes. How do governments get votes? By making people happier than the other ones. How do you plan on making people happy when you are doing something they do not enjoy, or simply dislike? You won't. This is why I believe that anyone trying to close shop on some places will be making a certain amount of people angry and if you do something that they dislike then they will not vote for you or at least there is a chance that they may not.

I do not know a single government in the entire world that ends up enjoying doing something that will cause them a lot of votes in the end. It is obvious, very obvious that every single casino will be doing something about it.
3655  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Pancake Bunny is dying on: September 15, 2021, 08:48:05 PM
What did people expect exactly? I mean it was definitely something that would die because it was a useless, worthless, cash grab meme token that only made money to the creators of the project, there was really nothing that we could earn from it or see any changes. Long story short it is happening now but if it didn't then it would happen later on. You will see that doge and shiba will crash as well, both of them will worth nearly nothing, nobody will keep a coin in their wallet that does literally nothing when they can get a coin that they can use.

I understand all the other new stuff like ada (not new but new to 3rd rank) or dot or polygon or dot, they are not brand new but brand new to their places and I have to say they deserve it because they are at least good enough to be used somewhere for some reason and has a logic. These meme ones had absolutely nothing at all.
3656  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: where to invest with 30 000 usd on: September 15, 2021, 08:06:44 PM
I would suggest 40% bitcoin, 20% ethereum, 10% bnb, 5% uni, 5% cake. Rest you can do whatever you want, as long as you got this 80% covered, the other 20% could be anything you want. That is a bit similar to 80-20 rule as well, 80 the ones that make sense which makes and known ones. I highly doubt that these would fall too much and they will be liked for a long time, and even if the other 20% ever becomes zero because you made horrible investments, this 80% will cover that loss in the long run.

The other 20% should be risky stuff that you find out recently and distribute it to at least 4 different things, but you could do probably like 1% to each on 20 different stuff, 30k means 1% is 300 dollars, so 300 dollars into 20 different things makes perfect sense, hell even 100 bucks into 60 different things makes sense. That way you would have a huge portfolio with hopes of that 20% make some profit too.
3657  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What is Bitcoin trading? can Bitcoin trading profitable without having lost? on: September 15, 2021, 07:19:14 PM
Trading can be learned and anytime you can google it and a lot of resources will come out. But trading with losses is inevitable. Even if you got a lot of experiences, either you're a hero or a legend in it, losing your money will never be impossible.

That is why traders are advise to trade only an amount they can afford to lose. Because if you trade with higher amount, the risk becomes higher too, and so you will also lose a huge amount. But if you trade with a minimal amount, your profits might be smaller, but in times you lose it will not be that huge too.
This is 100% true and it is even more true when we are talking about leverage trading as well. There are so many people who think that the money that can be made from bitcoin is long gone and you can make only a small amount of profit from bitcoin trading regularly, just buy and selling it could make you limited amount of money, so the best way to make money is to risk even more and do leverage trading. They are wrong, you could still make a great return on crypto, the bottom and the top of this year is more than 2x so you could still make a ton of money.

However leverage trading is obviously more profitable when you are right, but when you are wrong then you do not lose just a small amount, you lose everything and that is the most important part of the deal, you lose everything you put in. Always be careful when trading in crypto, you could lose more than you anticipated.
3658  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading VS investing: pros & cons you should know on: September 15, 2021, 06:15:17 PM
Nobody mentions character but there is a good case it could be your personality that decides it. I tried trading, I really wanted to be a trader, I love how some guys have like 9 monitors and trade all day and then make money and that's whole their job. I know a friend who is literally like that, he has a room to himself at his home, his wife obviously let him create his room because that is how he made money and he always made enough money, and then some, so he was allowed his own room which is awesome when you are a married man I know.

So he just goes in there every morning, trades fully all day and then gets out during dinner and eats dinner and just spends time with his wife rest of the day until he sleeps and does this every day. That sounds like a great deal, if he made good enough then he doesn't even work for a while and just enjoys life. However I suck at it, I couldn't be like that even if I tried.
3659  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is it true that it is said that South Korea will close many trading platforms in on: September 14, 2021, 09:04:47 PM
I doubt they would do that, it would not make any sense to close shop for so many places. After all South Koreans are in love with crypto in general, specially young generation like Z generation is definitely interested because they know that it is the only place they can fairly earn more than their counterparts. Have you heard about CV's in crypto world?

If you are a designer you show your portfolio, if coder you show your codes, if you are a writer you show your content, basically whatever job you want to do, you show what you can do, it doesn't have to be paid work, just whatever work you did, so a 50 year old with 30 year experience has to fight against a 20 year old studying in college, there is no more CV that makes a false hope that older would be better, which is wrong, talent makes you better. Koreans are aware of this a lot and that is the biggest entry reason there is to make profit in crypto world.
3660  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: [ALGO] Algorand Speculation on: September 14, 2021, 08:15:20 PM
Algo really showings good performance within this month of september wherein along with near and pond token, so probably it will make more all time high value until this year end in my personal opinion as it keep showing good results until now despite of some corrections in the market.. Indeed other promising token really affected because of ADA fork nowadays, but this algo seems out of the situation. So expect there will be more progress within this year.
Algo has this weird potential to be huge if it goes well, but also it is just a potential, not every single potential is fulfilled neither. I have seen other projects before that ended up being nothing in the end as well as projects that ended up high.

I for one always said that cardano was a great project because they coded something on it every single day for the longest period, no other project has the amount of github streak that ADA had, so I kind of new it would be big, no idea it would be this big this quickly without even having smart contracts so I was wrong about timing of it I was expecting it to be 1-2 years later but I knew it would be big. This is the same thing, ALGO definitely has this amazing potential and can be top 5 very easily if it is 100% fulfilled but if they fail to do so it could also crash and burn as well like many others.
