2641  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How can a new sportsbook gain trust? on: June 03, 2022, 10:14:29 AM
I don't care what anyone says, a sportsbook with complaints is actually a good sportsbook ,or has a path to be a good one. If there are complaints, and the sportsbook solves them then it is going to be a great website. I do not know if a website that has no complaints here would be good or not, how would I trust them.

But, if they do have people with problems coming in here and talking about it and then the casino solves it, that would make me gain more trust to them. Plus people who talk here matter, like sportsbet.io is such a giant in their field, and yet Steve is always here talking to us, that also allows us to trust them more than usual as well since we know we can chat him up and ask some stuff.
2642  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can Old Casino Keep Up Without Support Here In Bitcointalk Or Signature Campaign on: June 03, 2022, 09:23:49 AM
First of all we need to realize that marketing is something else, but being here is a must. Bitvest and 777 got a bit of hatred towards it not because they stopped paying, but they literally had empty hot wallet as well so people couldn't withdraw from the hot wallet and not only that, but the explanation was missing, "lightlord was sick", so? He could have hired someone else and kept it going. What did he do? Nothing at all that would help the business. So, people realized that it is a rug pull and nothing more.

If you are here, if you talk to people, if you respond, if you do small competitions for tiny amounts, if you keep it fun, that would be more than enough for keep going successful along with your hard built business. But, if you leave and never come back, then you can't succeed.
2643  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it good time for alts on: June 03, 2022, 08:38:23 AM
Is there actually any reason to feel hurried about investing with altcoins? Knowing fully well that these tokens are not something you buy and hold for long – it requires a lot of attention and monitoring in order to take profits on or before loss starts setting in.

Whichever way, if it is not ETH or BNB and other top altcoins like ADA, DOT, etc., I definitely do not advise any buy and hold because most altcoins have very limited ability to rise back whenever they dip and in situations you tend to lose everything you had put in, including any profits you might have made just like in the case of $Luna. The honest truth is that I can not even vouch for its availability not to talk about 1 year or 2 – my dislike for some altcoins could erase them off the exchange market.
2644  Economy / Economics / Re: What is the golden rule of investment? on: June 03, 2022, 06:58:10 AM
I keep on saying that to a lot of people, never you give any financial advice to anyone at all, just best to mind your business and focus on what you are doing instead of telling others what they should be doing with their money. This does not only apply to cryptocurrency and bitcoin, it also applies to other aspects of life, you should mind your business and never tell people what to do with their money, because if it happens that things turns out negatively and they lose their money, they will always blame you for that, and by doing so you have also created enmity between you and them.

So, we should learn to keep things like this to ourselves, and even if you want to advise, people do not tell them what to do, you can just make a suggestion, but not in a way that it is something that they must do.
2645  Economy / Speculation / Re: What is your fill the bag Bitcoin price? on: June 03, 2022, 05:16:48 AM
I believe that anything under 25k would be fill the bag time for sure, I am doing it right now anyway but that is mainly because I do not feel that the price would go down under 25k, if I knew that there was a possibility that the price would hit under 25k then I would wait and fill the bag there.

At under 10k from now on, that is like "sell your house and buy bitcoin" levels for me, I know that it would be an idiotic move to do that, but if it ever goes under 10k that would be what my thinking be like (not like my wife allow that lol) so under 25k is get in with all you got, and I mean like ALL you got, sell some stuff and use the money to get in levels of greatness.
2646  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Mentor experience in crypto trading. on: June 02, 2022, 09:58:48 PM
If we could find a good mentor that will help us understand how to trade, instead of a mentor who try to tell us what to trade, then we are going to make a good profit. I had one that helped me understand what to trade and when to trade and how to trade, and that person was the reason why I managed to become a good trader to begin with.

I have spent years trying to learn, but since it was always courses that talked about it but couldn't respond to my questions, all those youtube videos and all meant nothing to me, I needed to learn but also ask questions in my mind and get a response, that mentor was available at all times and allowed me to do that.
2647  Economy / Economics / Re: Will it ever be for Belarus? on: June 02, 2022, 09:49:52 PM
Belarus hasn't been a democratic nation for a long time and I doubt that it will ever be one, no matter how much money you may throw into that nation there will be never a fair elections there where the president would be willing to take the money and leave the position.

You can give the president 3 billion dollars directly into his bank account, and he would still prefer to keep his power over money because when you have the power, money means nothing. In a world where you are a dictator ruling over the nation as you wish without fear of losing, money means nothing, EVERYTHING is free to you, you could do whatever you want and not pay a single cent.
2648  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽UEFA Champions League Discussion Thread -- 2021/22 winner - Real Madrid! on: June 02, 2022, 09:14:13 PM
I agree that media has to write like that, I do not think that any newspaper or new channel would get customers if they talked about how vini is better than foden, that would not make any sense at all.

Plus, just because Vini scored and Foden didn't doesn't mean that Vini is guaranteed better, I do believe he is better but not because of that, Salah didn't score neither but I prefer Salah over Vini for example, just because Salah didn't score doesn't make him a worse player than Vini, hell I feel like Benzema his teammate is better and he didn't score during the finals. So, media is not wrong about making things up, it makes people become customers because of it.
2649  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: BTC & ETH Trends for the week on: June 02, 2022, 06:58:25 PM
I get that bitcoin may have a chart looking like a prime place to buy, but we should be careful because that is what bitcoin does when it is sideways. I ends up looking like it will go up, then it goes up a little, then it looks like it will go down and it goes down a little.

Just because MA has reached over 100 doesn't mean that it will go up, it just means that right now the direction is up again but that will end up with a bit of a drop in the end again. This is why we should be focusing a bit more towards something more cautious when we are investing. That will result with a good investment where you know it will go, instead of just hoping the chart is right.
2650  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: LUNA 2.0 is live! on: June 02, 2022, 06:21:16 PM
I have to say, the price could be looking "not terrible" as of yet, and it dropped off with a big steep when it first started, but looking a bit more calm these days but that is mainly because the money is not at the hands of the market all the way fully yet.

I promise you that when time passes, Luna will be doing a lot worse, and buying Luna 2 right now means you would be making a big mistake. It is your own money, do whatever you want with it and nobody can stop you, if you believe that this would be a good idea for you then go ahead and do that. But, I would highly suggest people to not make the same mistakes twice and just be smarter about the situation this time around.
2651  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Biggest mistake in crypto? on: June 02, 2022, 03:56:52 PM
Investing in a project just because the roadmap or the features or basically how great what it offers (or will offer) is. Everyone can promise the worlds to you but actually delivering it is another problem, on the other hand even if they delivered a great project, that doesn't mean they are not scammers neither.

So, we are talking about project itself not mattering at all, if the team could ruin it in a single second. I invested into a project that was much ahead of its time, it was amazing, and I could have made 15x profit, and yet I waited and they rugpulled. They could have made so much more money if they didn't, but for some reason they did, never understood why, but that was silly of me to trust them.
2652  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: NBA Finals 2022 - Warriors vs Celtics. on: June 01, 2022, 09:28:12 PM
It's certainly different and what we are seeing in the Finals is the best teams in the NBA.
In their last 4 games, Boston had a 3-1 lead, so Boston is really a good team, however, the Warriors now are complete, they have Klay Thompson already, and probably Iggy will be back in the NBA Finals, same with Porter Jr, so it's really an unpredictable series.
I can't say if east or west is better, but I can say that Bucks and heat looks better than mavs and grizz, so at the very least I agree that Celtics had a more difficult path here. However, just because they had a more difficult path doesn't make them better, that just makes them face harder teams that made them tired even more.

Warriors may have faced easier opponents, but they were still better and I believe that they will definitely be better than Celtics as well. Maybe it is the delusion that we have based on a few years ago when Warriors were great, and maybe they won't be as great this year, but I feel like they will still be great.
2653  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022 NBA Season - Finals on: June 01, 2022, 07:28:29 PM
Looney is great, but Wiggins played the whole season great, and Poole is playing great as well. The "great" here is based on what is needed from them, they are playing much better than what is needed from them. Along with those three, they have Curry and Klay and Draymond as we all know, they have been together for a long time and played well and won rings together.

So, when you consider all of this, I highly doubt Celtics have anywhere near the talent level of Warriors and it should be a simple finals. I am not saying that it "will" be, we never know what happens during finals, but unless something unexpected happens, I can see even a sweep.
2654  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Can crypto go lower than 95% on: May 31, 2022, 08:26:28 PM
Why these though? Like half of them are things I haven't heard of, and the other half are old stuff that never really took off or went down enough that they are basically dead. Why these? What happened to bitcoin, ethereum, bnb, avax, etc etc, those are big name stuff that you could buy and hold and make profit. Why look for these that will not make you any profit at all?

These are certified small cap stuff that will never be as big as the ones that I named, and you think that it would be a good idea to invest into these? I do not understand the thought process of people who are willing to invest into coins that will make them lose money.
2655  Economy / Economics / Re: Quick air out of the markets and inflation down fast on: May 31, 2022, 06:41:15 PM
Everyone keeps believing that the market will get back to normal, it will be a pain because something that goes up that much, doesn't come down easily and it will hurt many people while going down. But that doesn't change the fact that we will not be facing any ease after it's done neither. The problem is that, it will happen again and that is going to hurt us beyond repair next time it happens.

Many people act as if we won't have a crisis again, but as we have seen we had one within span of less than 15 years and both of them really shocked the world. It makes younger generation poorer and poorer and poorer, whereas older generation already got their wealth when the world was good.
2656  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Hard earned money - Busted in seconds on: May 30, 2022, 07:16:52 PM
The reason why this topic got to 20+ pages within under 1 month is the fact that there are tons of people who do this. I mean there are people who end up losing a lot of money so quickly that they did not even enjoyed the gambling bit first.

I have seen too many people who do martingale for example and got to 10+ losses on their first 500 attempts and that is like just half an hour or less. That means there are people who gambled less than 30 minutes and lost all of their deposits. This is unlucky of course, you could wager 500k times and not hit 10+ loss streak, or could play 11 times and have all of them be a loss as well. But, I believe that you should always wager with a small amount and prolong your gaming as much as possible.
2657  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2021/2022 on: May 29, 2022, 08:37:11 PM
There are too many people talking about Klopp as a "bad manager" nowadays because of this situation which is a sad thing IMO. I mean he didn't "win" much with the team, he won one league title during pandemic and one UCL title, which are awesome stuff and before him Liverpool wasn't going that great, but unfortunately he took the team to such a high level that, he lost like 2 titles on finals at UCL if I am not wrong and he won the league just once right?

All of this caused him to look like he is bad. Only because he took to the team from a "not good" place to missing out so many things. Without him they wouldn't even be in the UCL finals but since they were and they lost, some people started to talk about how he is not good enough, good but not enough.
2658  Economy / Economics / Re: How DCA Could Have Prevented Your from Losing More on: May 29, 2022, 02:55:51 PM
If people knew how well DCA could make you profit as well, they would have started doing that a long time ago. I personally believe that we should not be really shocked with the current situation, all in all I have to say that the best thing we could do right now would be to accumulate as much as we can.

DCA is basically dollar cost averaging, which means that when you buy at 30k, you buy at 25k too, not 35k, but I do that too. Doesn't matter where it is, I keep on buying more and more and more whenever I get money. This results with me never getting all in at single price, I get in from multiple places and that’s how I make my money. That’s how we should approach it as well.
2659  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: May 28, 2022, 08:11:06 AM
Nkunku definitely will move. Dude is worth something right now, there is no 100% guarantee that he would be worth this much in the future, what happens if they keep him and he gets injured? This shows that there is no 100% guarantee in this. So he should be sold and sold for a huge price, just let the teams compete with each other for the biggest amount. That way they could get another player, maybe not as good but at least he would be someone that worrths something to them and they could get few other players and be better next season.

United is a good case, because they will get rid of Pogba from what I hear, Nkunku would be a good replacement even though they are not the same position, at least the roster talent level doesn't drop.
2660  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto exchanges that support the new LUNA on: May 28, 2022, 07:02:32 AM
"New Luna" is already a word that makes me cringe a lot. I have to say that this will be a huge huge huge failure and there will be a lot of people who either lost money on the previous one that will try to make it back on this one, or there will be ton of people who will try to do better in the long run as well and just get in early and sell as soon as it goes up, or at least they hope so.

We all know that it wouldn't happen that way, we all know that it will eventually come out and make people lose a lot of money all over again. To be able to trade it on some exchanges doesn't make it a legit coin, it is still a failed coin repetition and that's it.
