GOSU REVIEW ALERT - GOSU REVIEW ALERT - GOSU REVIEW ALERT

I have just published my Chips.gg Casino review - I know some have been waiting for it so feel free to check it out if you like! Smiley --> https://www.btcgosu.com/review/chips-gg/
Hello efialtis,

Your review on BTCGoSu for Chips.gg says there is no restriction on the casino. This statement is not correct. The site (according to ToS) does not allow people are from some nations: USA, UK, Australia, Estonia, Netherlands to register accounts.

Quote
3.3. You are aware that the right to access and use the website and any products there offered, may be considered illegal in certain countries. We are not able to verify the legality of service in each and every jurisdiction, consequently, you are responsible in determining whether your accessing and using our website is compliant with the applicable laws in your country and you warrant to us that gambling is not illegal in the territory where you reside. For various legal or commercial reasons, we do not permit accounts to be opened or used by customers resident in certain jurisdictions, including the United States of America (and her dependencies, military bases and territories), Australia, United Kingdom, Estonia, Netherlands or other restricted jurisdictions (“Restricted Jurisdiction”) as communicated by us from time to time. By using the Website you confirm you are not a resident in a Restricted Jurisdiction.

@chipsgg

I have tested 10 random casinos to find out what measures they took to disallow members from restricted jurisdictions from accessing their platform.
I opened a thread and the results are posted here:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5278411.0

Your TOS claim that citizens of USA, UK, and Netherlands aren't allowed to register at the casino. However, I had no problems accessing the site with a VPN from all 3 countries.

This can create issues where a user gambles, wins money, and then has his account frozen because he was using it from a restricted location. This leads to bad press for you as the operator. This could all be prevented with active IP logs from restricted locations. Is that something you would be interested in implementing and when?

Thank you for sharing your concerns regarding the potential problems you feel this could cause players in the future. We appreciate you taking the time to share this and we will address this issue in our next development update.

Expensive to mine Bitcoin. Bug or feature, someone asks well for us it's clear it’s a feature. If it’s expensive and consumes a lot of energy to secure, this means it’s really costly to attack — so much so in fact that it is economically unviable for any entity right now to successfull crack Bitcoin, even if it had the resources, it would never recover from the attack.
It is expensive cost: $493083 for 1-hour attack. Crypto51.app provides that attack cost on Bitcoin network. They use network hashrate, Nicehash cost (1 hour) as inputs to estimate that cost and their estimate can be not totally correct.

3704  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: ETH/ERC20 - Check and select good Gas price on: October 03, 2020, 08:39:50 AM
Surely the current situation and fees we have to pay to move ERC20 tokens suck but this ultimately won't last forever once we switch to ETH 2.0 especially for a beginning.

To be honest I even stopped using the Ethereum network a couple of months ago until things get back to normal.
The crazy period on ETH network this year is far away, fee is on the way down to 37 Gwei today ETH Gas Station's Tx Calculator. It is more than 2-fold higher than the fee in early of this year but it is good after 2 months.

I think you can return to use ETH next one to four weeks when DeFi projects won't have big demands from community.

How DeFi is Driving The Spike in Ethereum's Gas Price. Charts highlight DeFi effects very good.

3705  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Cloudbet should no longer be allowed on bitcointalk- a danger to community on: October 02, 2020, 05:01:48 AM
Did you make deposits in BCH, and used those BCH to gamble on Cloudbet.com?

All of those deposits you see in the OP are deposits into the Cloudbet wallet basically.  They refuse to pay because in the 3 month lifetime of the account I was up a little bit of money.  They said I was in USA (which I wasn't, I have been in Mexico for months now) and said my documents were not sufficient.  They said I failed my case because i sent in USA documents and they closed the case and are keeping my $15,000 cashout.

You have to realize how absurd it is.  This is happening for years on the site.  They need to be out of business.  This is no way to act in the world.  Only way to act like this is if you are ANONYMOUS and can evade all people angry at them.  This really ruins lives.

They need to leave.  I don't know about 1xbet yet, that's why more people need to speak out on these things.
I did not ask you about your problem with your activities on the site and their ToS. I asked you about what you did after you made BCH deposits?

What I see is there are only received transactions with that address, no sendouts till now. All received amount are still in Unspent status.

I don't know that is your BCH address on Cloudbet or their cold wallet address. I have no idea who is the owner of that address (you on your personal wallet, or on your Cloudbet account, Cloudbet's cold wallet). No idea.

I asked because they claimed that address is not on Cloudbet.com.

3706  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Cloudbet should no longer be allowed on bitcointalk- a danger to community on: October 02, 2020, 04:48:13 AM
I was sending from a bunch of different BCH addresses I believe, I had a wallet full of keys.

I'm not sure what the address I was sending to.  Let me check-  regardless of whatever rules Cloudbet has come up with, they need to make right and send the money NOW.  Send the cashout.  Send the money I had just deposited into the site.

I appreciate you making it without censorship.  I really don't have anything to hide.  What they have done is not right and it's happened for years and years and years.  This action of theirs can't come without damages on their end.  They need to suffer for their wrong-doings... the whole community knows it.  But nobody has actually even tarnished their bitcointalk account until this event for some reason- no idea why.  I guess they paid selectively and asked people to undo whatever negative trust they had after slowly paying or settling.  They are scammers through and out, and just thieves.

Here, let me find the address:

I think those posts should be here to keep up the conversation without censorship.

Hi everyone, we'd like to address the case of efxes.

Our Player Safety Team performed a standard verification check on the account after noticing several failed logins from the USA.

Our authentication log reveals that the player attempted to authenticate from the USA followed by several other European cities within minutes - this clearly goes against his claim that he is living in and playing from Mexico.

Whilst the player complied and supplied an identity document and proof of address, he failed to submit documents that support his claims of residing in Mexico. We consequently closed the account after confirming a clear breach of our terms and licensing agreement.

We ensured that the player received the total sum of their deposit back and consequently consider this case to be closed.

Quote
Dear Mr. ____,

My previous email included an attachment of all of your deposits and withdrawals, which shows that you have withdrawn more coin out of the account than you have deposited. As you knowingly circumvented our registration blocks to place bets on the site you immediately breached our terms of service. These registration blocks are in place to ensure we comply with regulations and do not accept players from jurisdictions that are prohibited.

I understand that you may feel entitled to the funds that have been frozen, but I can assure you that these funds have been accumulated unlawfully and thus have been rightfully frozen. We ensured that you received back the value of your investment into the site. If the circumstances were different and your total deposits did not exceed the amount you withdrew, we would have made arrangements for your to withdraw. We have no intention of causing unnecessary stress for people, whether they are entitled to play on site or not.

In reference to your last deposits, which are all documented in my earlier attachment. There is no record of a 50BCH deposit under that transaction hash, the address in that transaction does not even belong to a Cloudbet account. Mentioning this through online forums and this correspondence is defamatory and untrue.

We have sufficient evidence to conclude your account has been rightfully closed and therefore, I deem this case to be closed with no further action required. We will be happy to provide Curacao Gaming with any supporting evidence if they request it.

I trust this meets your understanding.

Kind regards,

Steve

Head of Customer Service
From your BCH hashes, your BCH address from which you made deposits likekly is qr9m7peyurh9x4w6njffl6lx6vltkkqdayntxmeg68.
What is your deposit address on Cloudbet? Can you provide that adress?

I know you signed your message from this address 1Eei6rJywMqEfXfjUiqanBdPvpRbGEVmPU

However, it is better to keep your stake message in same format as the others here. Despite of it is not a big problem but I see some newbies simply take a very last staked message and use it as their format. It can bring some weird situation when they don't know where to put their address.

I think your staked message should be posted like this (just my 2 cents)  Smiley

You are a purely bounty hunter. 88 posts and it is a challenge for me to dig and find two comments you want to apply. 2 comments are covered by your bounty reports and I don't have any sort of belief that 2 comments are good enough to win.

One more thing, if you want to apply, you need to read rules, look at previous won applications and apply with your best posts (comments), not with your profile page.  Huh

I've been here for quite a while, but somehow could not continue. But, I've promised myself this time will do it and it's now reflected through my post history. I would be thankful if you make a visit on my profile. Here's my application with one of my post:

3710  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2020/21 on: October 02, 2020, 02:00:50 AM
Barca won against Celta 3:0. In recent years Celta at home were very difficult opponent for Barca, but today we had very good game. We dominated tonight even in 2nd half when we had only 10 men on pitch. Coutinho finally showing why he was bought. Actually, when he was loaned to Bayern, I didn't believed that I will see him in Barcelona squad again. Another great game for Ansu Fat.
Didn't watched the game, but it's impressive that Cadiz with 2 red cards and just 1 shot on target managed to beat Athletic. I looked at stats - seems that Athletic didn't found ways how to score against parked bus Smiley.
The season begin in the way Messi can feel happy with overal results for Barcelona and I can see he get fun back when he is playing on the field. But I also felt that Messi has seen exactly what he stepped a decade ago when he grew up and took over the position of Ronaldinho. Ansu Fati has performed very excellent in first 2 matches and who knows next 2 or 3 seasons the youth player will become another key player, then a new legendary in Nou Camp.

What I like the most in the goal he scored in the match is how he managed the ball, and fastly dribled through oponent's defenders. Talented, speedy, and good dribbling techniques.

Just tried my luck on betcoin's sportsbook, and damn you Eibar!  Cry

I ignored the fact that Eibar has no win since week 1 and trusted them blindly. Well...
Your last week bet is almost perfect but it was unfortunately broken down by Eibar. I can know how disappointed you feel about Eibar. In Serie A 2017 - 2018, Benevento only had their first win after 18 matches in the league. They lost first 14 matches, had a first draw in round 15, and first win in round 18.  Undecided

That bit should include some guidance on where to safely buy and store Bitcoin (especially to tell them to use wallets like Electrum or Bitamp for safety).
For wallet softwares, people have to verify (they should) wallets. How to Safely Download and Verify Electrum.

Get wallets from official websites then verify it because risks of attacks and compromises on website. Officially visit websites & download apps, not fake ones.. A wallet is downloaded from official website is not always a real wallet.

  • Double up bitcoin by sending it to some address.
It is a very classic scam method. How do people blindly believe in such scam attempt? Send 1 BTC to one given address and get 2 BTC back, how should I believe in?

Your images show Twitter accounts of scammers from that I would prefer to make some points to detect scammers on Twitter.
  • Check username (pay attention on typoes, prefix, suffix). Scammers must create usernames that are different from real ones (they fake by using typoes, prefix or suffix).
  • Account ages (if the age is new, it is from scammers)
  • Total followers (real accounts have high followers)
  • Scam accounts mostly tweet scam giveaways and you rarely see product update tweets.

Personally, I don't think it's easy to remove red tags here. Zepher for obvious reasons, but Lutpin and Lauda the question is how willing they are to reconsider the situation and potentially to remove negative feedback.
it can be covered with positive feedbacks, earned or as a counter. So, it is necessary by Duckdice.io to make an effort a get some positive feedback.
I dunno but Lauda had this topic [Cult of Lauda] An historic peace: Rome’s treaty with Carthage and I believe that if Lauda see good things and changes from Duckdice.io, neg feedback can be removed.

The issue is Lauda is less active recent months.

Promotions helps catch the attention of the public that is why they'll come into this forum for this. But it was not only a thing we should look for any gambling site, but Roobet.com also makes it different from the others and that is the reason why gamblers have come into them.
Now, with the increase in numbers of gambling sites, it was important to keep their site being recognize and what they do now was a great thing to do and they should keep this otherwise they will be out from the competition.
Promotions are important in marketing strategies, traditionally. It makes more sense when crypto-accepted casinos come here to promote their companies in the biggest bitcoin and crypto forum.

Roobet.com make their promotions unique because they run many types of promotions, contests, many rounds and all have been paid smoothly and fairly to all participants. I did not see a single negative comment from legit participants.
