They stole $15,000 from me in bitcoin.  They have done it to countless other people.  They are constantly stealing from people and not paying them.  The only way they pay is if you find a way to prevent people from depositing and things.  They are truly a virus on the community.  There are tons of people talking about how they just confiscated $15,000 of my deposits with vague TOS rules, and we are just bumping their thread further and many people are just seeing Cloudbet advertised and not following what is going on.

You guys should see all of the scams in the past the site has been dealing with.  They owe me $15,000 and countless others.  You can follow my scam accusation thread here:

You can also see a list of about 30 scam threads started from different people over the years here:

really bad one
https://www.reddit.com/r/sportsbook/comments/ao6txz/warning_bitcoin_sportbook_cloudbetcom_is_trying/

I just went in their discord chat and there was another message from the chat who said they rolled him for 2 BTC ($20,000) and they aren't paying him back either.

I know how the place operates.  They offer an extremely wide selection of odds to anonymous users who use only crypto-currency- this leaves their sportsbook extremely vulnerable to any sharp action or syndicate bettors who can take advantage of obscure betting lines and matches.  Then when they begin to get hit, they find ways to just ban any winning bettor and confiscate the money.

They confiscate the money not only to profit themselves and put it back into marketing budget to get losing gamblers, but they also want to break any winning bettor so that they don't come back and make a new account and continue to gamble with them.

Instead of Cloudbet using this model and scamming people left and right, how about they just offer less betting lines and higher juice and not be an entirely thieving corporation?

Also their username has begun to get serious amounts of flags and some negative trust rating, and I hope it continues and they are completely banned from the site and their thread taken down.  See their profile here:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=154563

They have a legendary account and guess what, positive trust ratings mostly due to influencer marketing and signature campaigns.  They are bringing in new suckers to steal money from.  If they don't win it by gambling losses, they take the money by force.  Any long term winner on the site will get KYC'd and served some sort of TOS to keep the funds, or they'll just hold it indefinitely and not even respond.  I've seen it all.

Can we get rid of this thieving site?  How about you return my money first, Cloudbet?  Again, see the scam accusation thread and decide for yourself if these people should still have a place on bitcointalk as a legendary person.  I don't think so.  I will ask others who know about what is going on to weigh in on this thread and I hope you do keep it up.  We need to clean up these scammers from the crypto community- they are obviously rampant with what they can get away with being anonymous.

Again they need to change their business model so that they don't need to scam people in order to survive as a casino.

They want to take $15,000 from me, out of my deposits and say since I am a winning account they can do that #1 and #2 they are saying that because I logged in from a USA IP and have a permanent residence in USA that I could not have been gambling on their account for 3 months from Mexico where I have been staying during the pandemic since I am out of work.  I need the funds for my day to day life, they were processing tons of deposits and cashouts.  See here all my deposits to the site.

Here are all of the deposits I had made to the site in the last days.

FINAL CASHOUT REQUEST was around 67 BCH.  Some other cashouts had been processed along the way without freezing the account yet.

I trusted them with tons of money and they waited until I deposited a lot of funds until they scammed me and took all the money.  They also pulled an even worse move- they mis-graded a wager, the winning total was about $3,000.  But my account balance at the time was about $30,000.  I didn't notice the mis-grade, and they were telling me that since there was a mis-grade, ALL the bets I made after that should be voided because I didn't let them know personally and was playing with their funds.  it was 10% of my account balance and I had no idea.  It was a retire in a 2nd set and some books have different rules so I wouldn't know.

If they don't change they need to go.  Where is the $15k Cloudbet.

EDIT: UPDATE:
I have been working with Efxes to take down his story and I compiled a bunch of information from him and other people who have been scammed by Cloudbet.

EDIT UPDATE OCTOBER 8, 2020

Hey guys I just summed up the story quite well on twoplustwo and SBRforum.  Here's a link to the article on cloudbetscamsDOTCOM's site: https://cloudbetscams.com/the-entire-efxes-15000-story-as-it-happened-cloudbet-scamming-again/

And here is the article explaining the entire story from first deposit of the week long run to the last 5 deposits in the same day, that I cashed out slightly less than and are owed to me and I won't accept anything less than the balance minus the negative balance and it needs to be done now.  to have this drag on while BTC is rising is criminal.  Here is the story:

I appreciate you and appreciate this feedback. I've posted about this on so many darn sites, it's hard to keep up with the entirety of the story. I need to sum it up in an article, and i will do that but since I really value SBRForum and I am legit an OG here I've been here forever and I love the place and have always loved the people we love to gamble we love to bet and talk sports. Let me go ahead and share with you every minor step of the way.

I deposited $1,300 to this site on September 17, 2020. A 1 BCH deposit, a 2 BCH deposit, and a 3 BCH deposit

1.25BCH
https://blockchair.com/bitcoin-cash/transaction/bc45fb9115e5ecbed7b7dad9e451c17199af77fc4c9f7f2271dca4184b3c6d48
2BCH
https://blockchair.com/bitcoin-cash/transaction/85681098d5a25c32d13c51594b16be6c7eb5719f75778fed1fefc760583f4f03
3BCH
https://blockchair.com/bitcoin-cash/transaction/851d956cf13da2de7cf09a1394bcaf7508a710344ff678329f51768902280147

I then requested a 6.7 BCH cashout
https://blockchair.com/bitcoin-cash/transaction/cf139d036a7b561e940ccf9e0e2419a70838805b302771192100e49070c04d8b

and a 17.7 BCH cashout
https://blockchair.com/bitcoin-cash/transaction/b1e4b40416eb4f471ed66ee7c5fd5679cee39f38b7240660ad5e0db6bd854528

From then, I started depositing back BCH, withdrawing out BCH, and continuing a run up to the moon.

At some point I went on tilt, withdrew everything, transferred it back into BTC, and deposited back some into Nitrogen Sports and some into Cloudbet. In Cloudbet, there was a mis-grade on a BTC bet. I had about $30,000 in Cloudbet, like 3 BTC. The mis-grade was for .26. I continued betting and lost some, and cashed out 2.6 BTC.

I didn't realize the mis-grade was Benoit Paire retiring in the 2nd set was a push instead of a loss. I thought tennis is graded differently in different places so I legit thought it was normal. So I cashed out the BTC after some other bets, total of maybe 2.6 or more. I then turned it back into BCH as you can see me receiving it here:

124 BCH received from transferring back from bitcoin
https://blockchair.com/bitcoin-cash/transaction/cfafbb8455234532e8a25dd849d26b4755ab7c5e87e6acc0e3552e26b870ce2d

I then deposit back into my account the BCH in one day, adding on and adding on and adding on to my BCH balance (not because I was losing the entire balance I was just adding on to bets that day, all in less than 8 hours I was just adding onto my balance).

Those final deposits the final day can be found here:

24 BCH
https://blockchair.com/bitcoin-cash/transaction/0aa77c3a5bc46f9dcd68f5cc5a8b3bc0022a489e6cb52169ec2f068d6200ac5c

20 BCH
https://blockchair.com/bitcoin-cash/transaction/4a38b8c78869faac477e7599e3203c35aeb45df952bc47d0913668434f432a83

16 BCH
https://blockchair.com/bitcoin-cash/transaction/2e7d94c62df064ca773b1d5f070bd66fa9f8e6dd43ecc3561f8eb8f3b9a054b1

3 BCH
https://blockchair.com/bitcoin-cash/transaction/acd56954dbd14b667ee8ee75c4ea15cf2657af95c700fcd458d5bace3f63f8aa

11 BCH
https://blockchair.com/bitcoin-cash/transaction/b18dc22fcc787e1bbcc36d9137b4debbdb8e923dcf52dcce9bb10eee1f5763d3

So I deposit 74 BCH since my last cashout maybe something like that. Not sure how that went down but I may have deposited more since my last cashout but THAT DAY I deposited 74 BCH. I went to withdraw 67 BCH just a few hours later, and I noticed there was a negative balance in the BTC. I went to withdraw the 67 BCH remaining in the account looking at the negative -.26 btc balance I figured they'd just take it out of the BCH balance because it was their error they mis-graded the Benoit Paire match after all with the retire in the 2nd set.

Then I receive this:

Then I send in a ton of documents, using my USA permanent residency I sent in an expired internet bill since I haven't been back there in months and have been in Mexico is the story. Regardless, I deposited 74 BCH and they think I was stealing because of their stupid BTC error, I even deposited $20,000 after they mis-graded the wager, what the heck is wrong with them? Then they sent me this:

I contacted Cloudbet account on Bitcointalk where they have prominent marketing in the bitcoin space where they tend to gain a lot of credibility so they can steal bitcoin and other crypto from the community countless times over. Here's what Cloudbet had to say on bitcointalk personal message:

Hello there, efxes,

I'm sorry to hear, that you've been having some difficulties with your account.

I have followed up on the matter with the Sports and Player Safety team now, and I can provide you with accurate information now.

The relevant team confirm, that the negative balance on your account was due to some bets that were graded as pushed incorrectly although they should have been settled as losses.

Once the bets were graded, you have withdrawn the funds that were incorrectly credited to you, thus the balance became negative as soon as these bets have been regraded accordingly.

Regardless of the negative BTC balance, you continued playing on our website using BCH, without informing our support team or crediting the funds back to your account, thus documentation was requested to verify the account.

Our Player Safety team confirmed, that they have verified your account and emailed you accordingly now, but I'm afraid as you have breached our Terms & Conditions by registering from a prohibited jurisdiction, you will not be able to continue playing on the site in the future.

In this particular email, you are stating that you've also had an account created before you started using this specific account, which means you have breached not one, but two of our terms, thus your account must remain closed, unfortunately.

Thanks for your understanding.

Let me know if there is anything else I can help you with.

Best regards,
Team Cloudbet

So there you have it. As for the other account it's not true. They love to pull that card. I said I might have had an account a few years ago trying out the site but I couldn't remember the email.

They just want to steal the money.

I think those posts should be here to keep up the conversation without censorship.

Hi everyone, we'd like to address the case of efxes.

Our Player Safety Team performed a standard verification check on the account after noticing several failed logins from the USA.

Our authentication log reveals that the player attempted to authenticate from the USA followed by several other European cities within minutes - this clearly goes against his claim that he is living in and playing from Mexico.

Whilst the player complied and supplied an identity document and proof of address, he failed to submit documents that support his claims of residing in Mexico. We consequently closed the account after confirming a clear breach of our terms and licensing agreement.

We ensured that the player received the total sum of their deposit back and consequently consider this case to be closed.

Quote
Dear Mr. ____,

My previous email included an attachment of all of your deposits and withdrawals, which shows that you have withdrawn more coin out of the account than you have deposited. As you knowingly circumvented our registration blocks to place bets on the site you immediately breached our terms of service. These registration blocks are in place to ensure we comply with regulations and do not accept players from jurisdictions that are prohibited.

I understand that you may feel entitled to the funds that have been frozen, but I can assure you that these funds have been accumulated unlawfully and thus have been rightfully frozen. We ensured that you received back the value of your investment into the site. If the circumstances were different and your total deposits did not exceed the amount you withdrew, we would have made arrangements for your to withdraw. We have no intention of causing unnecessary stress for people, whether they are entitled to play on site or not.

In reference to your last deposits, which are all documented in my earlier attachment. There is no record of a 50BCH deposit under that transaction hash, the address in that transaction does not even belong to a Cloudbet account. Mentioning this through online forums and this correspondence is defamatory and untrue.

We have sufficient evidence to conclude your account has been rightfully closed and therefore, I deem this case to be closed with no further action required. We will be happy to provide Curacao Gaming with any supporting evidence if they request it.

I trust this meets your understanding.

Kind regards,

Steve

I was sending from a bunch of different BCH addresses I believe, I had a wallet full of keys.

I'm not sure what the address I was sending to.  Let me check-  regardless of whatever rules Cloudbet has come up with, they need to make right and send the money NOW.  Send the cashout.  Send the money I had just deposited into the site.

I appreciate you making it without censorship.  I really don't have anything to hide.  What they have done is not right and it's happened for years and years and years.  This action of theirs can't come without damages on their end.  They need to suffer for their wrong-doings... the whole community knows it.  But nobody has actually even tarnished their bitcointalk account until this event for some reason- no idea why.  I guess they paid selectively and asked people to undo whatever negative trust they had after slowly paying or settling.  They are scammers through and out, and just thieves.

Here, let me find the address:

In recent days 1xbet has got a lot of accusations, and they were stopped from running their signature campaign to promote their platform. Later Livecoin exchange encountered similar issue and they were also stopped from running their campaign. Now it is cloudbet, I didn't thought of such a large number of accusations from different people. I'm used to the cloudbet for sports betting as it provides the live betting access. I believe the official cloudbet support of our Bitcointalk will respond to it.

I have a feeling 1xbet and cloudbet might be closely related.  Also, if you haven't won in your lifetime in the account, you don't have anything to worry about.  But once you actually win money lifetime on your account and are up , then they will scam you. They can see the total deposited and total withdrawn so they know if you are winning or not long term.  Most people are losing so you will never get scammed.  But even if you won a large sum after losing tons, they will still scam you.  I'm sure of it.  Their business thrives on stealing funds.

All of those deposits you see in the OP are deposits into the Cloudbet wallet basically.  They refuse to pay because in the 3 month lifetime of the account I was up a little bit of money.  They said I was in USA (which I wasn't, I have been in Mexico for months now) and said my documents were not sufficient.  They said I failed my case because i sent in USA documents and they closed the case and are keeping my $15,000 cashout.

You have to realize how absurd it is.  This is happening for years on the site.  They need to be out of business.  This is no way to act in the world.  Only way to act like this is if you are ANONYMOUS and can evade all people angry at them.  This really ruins lives.

They need to leave.  I don't know about 1xbet yet, that's why more people need to speak out on these things.

I did not even know Cloudbet had this many accusations open against them but from the evidence I can see,,, it seems OP is ignoring that he seems to have made several mistakes in his explanation, and left out that he did break TOS?

Have they offered to at least return the deposit, not winnings for breaking terms?

I did not ask you about your problem with your activities on the site and their ToS. I asked you about what you did after you made BCH deposits?

What I see is there are only received transactions with that address, no sendouts till now. All received amount are still in Unspent status.

I don't know that is your BCH address on Cloudbet or their cold wallet address. I have no idea who is the owner of that address (you on your personal wallet, or on your Cloudbet account, Cloudbet's cold wallet). No idea.

I asked because they claimed that address is not on Cloudbet.com.

I'm not sure I understand what you're saying.

I purposefully only included the deposits.  They gave me multiple withdrawals but I don't want to put those for privacy reasons.  The fact is if they were processing large withdrawals, they should only calculate the amount of deposits since the last withdrawal, not the total profit for the book, that only favors the book.

I just don't understand waht you're saying.

I included many many many deposits during my last run at the book which put me into the green magically.

They scammed the living crap out of me.

OK i see what you're saying.

THis is my BCH deposit address at cloudbet: qp468pkf0ujwcpr4ak70ceya4seyapzy4vxk7hewqv

I sent from various wallets.  That's my deposit address.

As far as the "final 50BCH deposit" that was my mistake, the 50BCH was deposited elsewhere.  all the other transactions are to cloudbet basically.  Since the last withdrawal I deposited at least 75 BCH and I still had money in the account after the withdrawal regardless.  I was depositing and withdrawing like a madman.  What happened was I started losing and deposited basically the rest of my BCH minus that 50 BCH, so I had deposited like 100 BCH maybe let's say.  I was down to 67 BCH and went to cash out again, and they froze the account and said I coudln't cash it out becuase USA bla bla bla.

That's what happened man.  They robbed me of my final deposits.  It's scamming.

You have to please look at the OP and look at how many problems this book has.  It's not good business  They stole $15,000 from me.  They can word it however professionally they want, you guys can ask me whatever questions you like, I'm happy to answer them.  The fact is they stole $15,000 from me.  There's no two ways around that.

Just think of it like this.  I go to deposit like 70 BCH, I wager on one match and basically win and then lose some back, a quick deposit.  I go to cash out , and they freeze the account, say they're taking those last deposits that I just deposited because the lifetime balance of the account is a winning one.

I got robbed blind for $15,000.  Plain and simple.  They go after the big fishes, the scams that are worth it.

They need to stop leeching off this community, it's been too many years of this.  Read the OP and all the various things.  Go visit the site the guy posted.  Read up, it's a scam site.

I am not sure I fully understand what the problem with the deposits is. This case looks very difficult, and in such situations I've seen casinos returning the deposits, but not giving the money a person won due to breaking some rules (it's often multi accounting, but in this case it might be using a VPN or something like this). I'm sorry, op, if you truly did nothing wrong and lost $15k of your money. But since you yourself mentioned in the first post of this thread that Cloudbet has 'vague' rules, I suppose you know what they're accusing you of and what you did in violation of the rules. Cloudbet has both positive and negative feedback, so at least it's not a casino that would steal and walk away. I hope the issue will be resolved in a way that is satisfactory to both parties.

Sorry for your loss. Almost every bookmakers we have and are popular are in one way of the other being dented by scam accusation especially some like 1xbit that people repeatedly have issue with. I strongly believe the ads placement managers here on BTT are watching closely and will always do their best to remove any of them if found truly guilty.

These allegations are quite serious. Nor is it just an accusation. He has added all the evidence and even took the trouble to set up a website. Then there is really a serious story behind it. Maybe we can wait for a response from Cloudbet here to resolve it professionally? in this way they suffer serious image damage. I am shocked how many people have become victims of Cloudbet (enter the list he listed). @Cloudbet Time to clear the air and damage control.

Feel for your loss man, but obviously it's also some your problem, because as i see above there was too much accusation about them before.

Will tag their main account and support flag later.

Best regards.

Scams are not moderated here that is the rule of bitcointalk but community has given chance who should be trusted and not, with DT and flag systems.

Cloudbet was one of the reputed sportbook in the past but why they changed now?

Maybe you're talking about SportsBet, eh? I can't remember times when Cloudbet was reputable. Yeah, i remember times when their sig ad was everywhere, but it doesn't have anything close to term "reputable".

Anything but reputable.  Please pay me the cashout Cloudbet.  This is going on way too long and have gone silent.

Well, perhaps you need to extend your patient, --Ronnie of Cloudbet did not online yet since yesterday, perhaps your case is quite taking so long time for them to verify that issue. As he stated in this post,

We ensured that the player received the total sum of their deposit back and consequently consider this case to be closed.

Sorry for your loss and I hope this problem of yours will solved as soon as possible, I believe that the cloudbet will not ruin again their reputation since other DT members revived the negative feedback to neutral.
