3721  Economy / Speculation / Re: The arrival of new people in the world of cryptocurrency is really fun on: August 27, 2021, 07:24:06 PM
I believe that it is really depending on the new people that come in, there are some that would be awesome to crypto world, remember not all these coins existed on the first day of bitcoin, ethereum was created by someone who saw bitcoin and wanted to do a better job, and they are constantly trying to improve it, you may like it  or not but you have to accept that they work hard to get it.

Moreover, there are people who will not do any good but to scam others as well, there weren't any scammers on the first day, but eventually that number grew bigger as well. So, for every person who will make the next ETH type of coin, there will be a guy who will scam you out of a lot of money as well. Which is why not all new members are fun, not all of them are terrible, there are some that will make crypto world better and there are some who will make it worse.
3722  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: A gem among 1000 of savage new projects on: August 27, 2021, 06:24:58 PM
I do not think that anyone would be easily picking a gem in 1000+ horrible new projects this easily and offer us the chance to get in very early. We do not know what will be a gem before it becomes a gem, there are so many projects right now that will release in the next 3 months and we have no idea if they will be a gem or not until after 6th month of release, some of them will be nearly zero, most of them will be like that, some of them will just go down a bit, and some of them will be gems, and it will be very few.

This is why do not believe a person who says that the token they are shilling is a gem, because they can't know, you can't know, I can't know if it is a gem, it will only turn out to be a gem or not after it goes up, and before that it is only an assumption and we do not know if this guess is correct or not, it could be as correct as it is wrong.
3723  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Do you have a strategy to help you determine that the dip is at its lower end? on: August 27, 2021, 11:51:23 AM
There tends to be these - what I call - SIKE! rebounds.
What that means is that there will be a steep dip, you think it's bottoming out so you buy, and sure enough, it starts to go up nicely, and then suddenly, usually a couple of days later...BAM! It dips way past the dip you bought at...and stays there for a long time. I don't know if there is a term for this.

Any strategies out there to help you determine that it's the end of the dip for this period?
Well, I used to have one which is "if it dropped 50% in the last month, buy it" and that worked out a treat for a lot of the time, because usually things that go down that much ends up going up a lot, and the recent down and up shows that it is a proof of that.

However recently I realized that I do not have too much money to really care about what is going on with the prices, so whenever I get a little bit of money, I just put it on my portfolio and that's it, I don't care where the price is because I am a long term investor and will sell 10+ years later, so that means the 28k to 50k price point difference will be very unimportant in the long run, it could be very important if you invest a lot, but I do not invest a lot and that is why I think that it is quite important not to judge the price right now and just keep on buying as much as I can afford to.
3724  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Future vs Spot Trading on: August 26, 2021, 03:58:36 PM
many people still doubt it is a scalping casino and despite knowing that the indices in futures trade are a little bit different from the value in the spot trade but can say, many times the stats jump up by huge disparities and make people skeptical that exchanges have played tricks on this common playing field. Despite such proofs, many traders also promise not to continue but with some grudge or passion that seduced them, they still participate while ideally still spot trading
The reason for that is the fact that you could put in 100 bucks and get out with 100k, or even a million dollars. Of course not in a trade (or maybe that is even possible? I don't know) but it is quite easy to do that if you are right at all times on which direction it will go and you just need to be right for a while. I have seen so many of my friends make like 7x profit on just 2k increase on bitcoin price, 2k increase on bitcoin price is basically nothing, and they had 1k invested and got out 7k, and I have seen around this level of profit many times as well, not just once.

You can never make this kind of profit ever in the crypto spot trading world. However the difference is that I have seen them lose the entire 1k as well, and I have seen that happen a lot more frequently. This is why I believe that we should not be doing it if we are newbies or do not have enough funds.
3725  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Things to know before trading. on: August 26, 2021, 02:53:45 PM
It is not easy to become a trader, that is the number one thing that everyone should realize, we are talking about a very tough business and you would really need to end up being online almost every day at all times and get ready for it at all times as well, like even when you are sleeping, you should leave the situation in a way that you will not lose much until you wake up, and then when you wake up every day is a big stress because you are a trader and there are things you can't do, like price going down is not something you can prevent, but you can prevent losing too much money with those kinds of things.

So, I would say that knowing that traders job is a hard one and not an easy one and you may end up earning money but also end up losing a lot time to time, all that stress and anxiety is number one thing. If you are ready for that, then you can start, but believe me you may quit half way because of all the stress.
3726  Economy / Economics / Re: Pakistan's Economy are going to crisis for Taliban? on: August 26, 2021, 09:58:46 AM
Every single nation on earth that do not have a big company (and preferably few more) that sells billions of dollars worth of product to other nations will be facing this crisis. It could be today, it could be next year, it could be in a decade but it will happen.

All those USA, UK, Germany and alike nations that have companies that sells to the whole world does create a gap between those nations and nations like Pakistan. If someone from Pakistan came up with Apple (which wouldn't be big I assume like it is now) then Pakistan would be saved, just from that one company.

So, every nation needs to make sure to promote their big companies and help them grow even bigger when it comes down to going overseas, I would literally prefer if governments paid from tax payers money to these nations to open up shops all around the world so that they would bring in more money back to the nation. If you expect foreigners to come in and give you money then you will bankrupt, you need to go earn that money.
3727  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Which coins/NFT project are undervalued right now? on: August 26, 2021, 05:08:03 AM
I believe that there is an overvalue situation going on in the NFT projects and that is the problem. Right now there are way too many projects ended up super high right now that caused it to be like this, the prices have gone up so much and I am not entirely sure how long this will go. Do not get me wrong, I am not saying that crypto currency as a whole will go down or it is overvalued, if anything crypto markets are undervalued, the total will be 10x more in the future and I am sure of that.

The problem is not the general market, the problem is the fact that there are few coins that are very very overvalued, like why would Doge be so high? I believe that it should not be that high at all but Elon made it high, and there are many like that. So, NFT projects like axie for example, or any other looking like they are definitely overvalued.
3728  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading involvement on: August 25, 2021, 05:18:05 PM
Honestly it is definitely something that people should not be worried about because if they do not want to get involved then let them not get involved, I do not care about it at all and adoption is not going to happen by forcing people to learn about trading. Plus trading is not the only way to make money, there are now people who spend basically nothing to just earn crypto, and that has been the case for a very long time, and I do not mean freelancers that work hard to earn money which is understandable and normal but I mean people who literally just do unqualified work to get that money.

This is simply just the way of crypto, there are so many people who are willing work as long as you pay them just a small amount of money, $10 a day and you get yourself a full on assistant that will do all kinds of work and that is the great part about crypto, it is connecting people all around the world.
3729  Economy / Speculation / Re: Did I do the right thing? I bought shares of MicroStrategy. on: August 25, 2021, 04:37:01 PM
I guess I do not see any difference between them at this point. Microstrategy is a company that keeps on buying bitcoin and that's it, there is nothing else to it and they will profit when the bitcoin price is up and they will lose when the bitcoin price is down, that is literally the only thing they are doing right now.

There is no difference between that and buying bitcoin, because if you bought bitcoin you would lose when it went down and earn when it went up as well. All in all they are not a crook company like most other major places neither and hold so much bitcoin as well hence making a profit for them is not that hard neither. I would say that you did nothing out of ordinary, I can't say it is good, I can't say it is bad, it is just neutral to having bitcoin of your own, and that is why it is not a bad idea for sure, but can't say if it is good neither.
3730  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Development of Tron coin on: August 25, 2021, 01:39:15 PM
Quote
I don't understand why so many fake tokens are sent randomly to thousands of addresses. Speaking of smart contracts, currently tron has a lot of tough competition.
Because of Hackers. They send those coins to your account. If you want to sell those coins, first of all, you need to know about the coin. for this, you will do google, and if you get the coin details/website you will go there. After that, they will provide you a way to convert those coins and if you provide your private key/ phrase you will be hacked. They will just move all of your assets and you are rekt. So why don't try to exchange those shitcoins? what you can do is, Avoid those shit coins in your wallet. Regularly I received that shitcoin in my wallet, But never tried to find out more info about those coins. Because I know this is a new trick to hack my fund. I also seen lot of forum members have already hacked in this way.
That is one thing, another thing is the fact that CMC and gecko and other places look at the holder number, mainly like 10k+ holders and stuff do make a big change for those places and gets them to be listed. So, they end up printing more than they need, and since it is a made up token that worths nothing in theory, they just send it to 10k people, sure that costs a lot of money with the gas fee but now you have 10k+ holders and getting listed on cmc is a lot easier. Add that with fake telegram followers and twitter followers with bunch of fake messages and tweets and retweets and replies?

You are talking about spending 50k and getting your coin to be known as a coin that is "loved by everyone" when in fact there are like maybe 100-200 people there. This will put your coin/token on the map and you will eventually get real people and you can sell your own tokens to make that cost make and profit.
3731  Economy / Gambling / Re: NASCRASH - Grand Opening 50 μŁ Signup Bonus no deposit required on: August 25, 2021, 01:00:21 PM
I think the currency issue is not a big one, it is definitely a small issue that should be a no brainer fix in the near future, I doubt that would make this place any different. However, what I believe is that we are looking into something that is basically the greatest idea to crash since bustabit with very little execution done. There isn't even a proper marketing done as far as I can see, no signature campaigns, no banners, nothing that could attract new people, no promotions, no bonuses and so forth that could be interesting to real time gamblers.

Long story short, this place has a great way of making something out of nothing but at the same time this place needs to be heard by everyone, if we have a lot of people gambling here then we could talk about how it could improve in the future as well, depending on what the customer's needs and wants are.
3732  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How weird is it to borrow money and invest into Bitcoin? on: August 25, 2021, 09:19:30 AM
I would say that it depends on your income, or what type of income you are expecting from bitcoin. At the end of the day if you get 10k loan, and buy 10k worth of bitcoin, and you need to pay let's say $300 per month for 3 years? That means each month you need to make more money while your amount drops, first month you will not have 10k, you will have 9.7k, so it needs to cover that difference, second month it is 9.4k and you need to cover that difference.

Basically if bitcoin goes up a lot, then you can profit, like how we did in the last month, if you could get bitcoin to 50%+ increase? Then yeah you will be in profit and that is a good thing. However the right thing to do is get that 10k, and spend it on something that will get you 300 dollars per month, I don't know what it is, I don't care if it is non-crypto, it should pay you $300 or it is a bad debt, that's it.
3733  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Things I wish I knew before starting my day trading journey on: August 25, 2021, 05:12:53 AM
I am feeling a bit fine after reading all about your problems. I mean surely, I did have my own problems as well but I never felt the half of the things you felt and that is a good thing for me, I am quite happy that I didn't go through emotions like that. I feel like it is a fun entertainment for me, I mean sure its money and I would love to not lose it, but at the same time I know that I will make it back when crypto goes up and I do not feel too badly about it.

I wasn't like this on very first day of course, I had very angry periods as well, but that was like maybe a month at tops, then I was fine, and the initial shock was because I didn't quite understand what was going on, after reading for just a few weeks, I realized what was what and I didn't really have any trouble with anything at all which caused me to have as much fun as I want to for the past 7+ years.
3734  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin fans have developed into a political force. Is this the dawn of victory? on: August 24, 2021, 07:09:28 PM
I do believe that there is a good chance we could potentially see bitcoin reach to levels where it is a political thing as well. I do not know which party will be the one against it and which one will be supporting it but I can see it happening. Like for example in USA, we could see republicans supporting it or against it, supporting because many of their donors like super wealthy people are investing into bitcoin and that is a thing for them to support, but against it because it is decentralized and against banking to begin with.

However if they pick one side, then democrats pick another side that means that we are going to see stuff that change so quickly and suddenly and it will be a reason for voting for some people.
3735  Economy / Economics / Re: On the Sustainability of Decentralized Finance on: August 24, 2021, 05:00:26 PM
I do believe that DeFi should be improved a lot in order to sustain, if we are not going to end up with a problem of getting a writer's block type of thing then we will definitely see improvement.

I have seen so many things like cake, but none of that managed to be like cake, which means that there is still a quite small number of defi projects that end up making a profit for the investors only because when you are giving away that much money for farming that usually means that the money will become less valuable as well. You can tell people that you will give 1000000% yearly all you want but if the coin becomes 99% less valuable than we are going to end up with a big loss.
3736  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: will there be a miracle of bitcoin to shift conventional currencies on: August 24, 2021, 03:02:49 PM
Bitcoin is already a universal currency there is no doubt about that and I have been using it to send/receive money from all around the world for nearly half a decade now, probably a bit longer. Which is why I believe that we should not be focusing on anything that will be shocking like "universal currency soon!" because it is already like that.

The difference is that USD is also a universal currency, it looks like it is just the money for USA people but all around the world even when USA is not involved people do pay each other in dollars, like you could be doing a transaction from Netherlands to Pakistan and can still be asked to pay in dollars instead of euro, which is why it is hard for bitcoin to grow just from that logic. Being a universal currency is one thing but beating USD to become the most used universal currency will not happen anytime soon.
3737  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: About NFT on: August 24, 2021, 02:19:07 PM
I am in part of a group that is trying to build a mmorpg on NFT premises (items will be nft) just like how WoW did it, and I can tell you with ease that it is one of the most difficult things I have seen ever in my life, it is so difficult that I do not think that it will even be done, it may be killed off before it even sees a sunlight, only because of how hard it is. Of course, the size is not that big, it is a smaller one that aims to get bigger eventually with more money they make, however even a small version is such a difficult thing to do, not the game part, humanity have made that type of games for a long time and I think we will make more like that in the future as well, however adding tokens into that logic is the very difficult part and I believe that we are going to have hard time in that place.

It means that anyone who does something this difficult definitely does it because they love it, not just because of money, and I can invest with ease knowing that team actually wants to succeed as well.
3738  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin dominance TA - Switch to BTC soon? on: August 24, 2021, 11:59:54 AM
I do think so.

Whenever the bitcoin market cycle peaks, there is a tendency for alts to overshoot their intrinsic value quite substantially.

We are seeing this already in markets like DeFi and NFTs where there is virtually no usage case at the moment, yet people are placing crazy valuations onto these tokens. BTC is a much more established store of value that people will appreciate once these side projects go bust.
That's what I believe will happen soon enough, altcoins are in a level where they will definitely overshoot their value for sure, it is not going to be today or right now but it is getting closer and closer. When bitcoin reaches its peak, then there won't be any big increases left there, what do you think could happen, 100k+ for bitcoin? That's going to be a bit hard and that's why it is obvious that we will not be ending up happening anytime right now, it is going to happen in the future probably but not right now.

This is why I think it is quite good possibility that altcoins will be going up in the near future, it is going to be a lot more possible, ethereum at 5k+ is quite possible, bnb getting to even 1k levels is possible those are a lot more possible than 100k+ for bitcoin. Which is why I think it is quite possible for altcoins time to shine these days.
3739  Economy / Speculation / Re: Are we in 2017 again? How do you feel about the price chart today? on: August 24, 2021, 05:55:48 AM
It is good that most people believe 2x is not impossible for bitcoin, which means that 10k is definitely possible for etheruem, and 1-2k is possible for bnb as well, these are all great things. Don't get me wrong other coins will go up as well, I just wanted to share the real big ones. I still do not understand why there are people who are so disappointed in what bitcoin could do, I get that in 2018 we dropped a lot and it took time to recover but that was 2018, why do people think that history will repeat itself and we will see a very low price on bitcoin once again? I do not think that will happen, I believe that we will be doing fine and nothing bad will happen.

Of course there is a chance, nobody can deny that there is a chance, but the fact that we are doing fine right now is the proof that doing better is the most likely outcome.
3740  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: At what Age will you introduce your child to trading on: August 23, 2021, 07:26:40 PM
I am not planning on introducing them to "trading" because that doesn't look like a good thing I can explain to them, plus it is a very difficult thing that even I end up doing wrong most of the time so how can I tell them to do something I can't even do. However investment and savings are two things that I will end up telling them to do for sure, money in fiat world loses its value a ton, loses its value like crazy in most of the period of history, especially in the past 50 years, which means that they should not hold fiat, however a little kid can't have a real estate amount of money neither, so they need to find a way to do something.

For a small child when they start school, I will give them permission and I will show them how they could get something big, like ps5 for example for today's kids (probably by my kids time it will be ps6 Cheesy) and in order for that he will have to save money, I will start them with silver, then move to gold, and then move to bitcoin eventually.
