Yes its true, fiat does have a important role in our econmy and especially in cryptocurrency, it will take a lot of time to eliminate all fiat. Many says that banks would become obsolete if cryptocurrency would take over the world in the future, but i guess not. Here are some of my assumptions on what would be the situation of banks in the future with cryptocurrency.
1. INVESTMENT
Banks will take an advantage to cryptocurrency using it as their main source of investment. They say, if you cant beat them, join them and bank owners would do everything to fit into new society of financing to find clients on the new generation and still earn from them. Instead of UITFs or mutual funds, they would go for crypto investments.
2. CURRENCY
Or perhaps i would say a dollar account. As far as i know, banks offers a local currency account and a dollar account which can be used for international transactions such as shipment or travel. On the cryptocurrency era, there would be a local currency, dollar , and cryptocurrency account which probably an electronic account. Dollar wouldnt be a big hit that time because crypto can function the same and more effecient to do.
3. LOANS
Who can say that you can only loan fiat on banks? When the time comes, bank can offer crytpocurrency loans which can be used as an investment, business or buying something on cryptocurrency market. Im sure all items can be purchased using crypto that time including cars and real estates. So getting some cryptoloan wouldnt be a problem.
4. SAVINGS
ofcourse, the most wanted of them all. Who.doesnt want any security for their treasured cryptocirrency earnings? Banks which has the main function of keeping your money secured would offer crypto savings which produces interest over time. Preventing scams and hackers that we all afraid of.
As you see, banks would rather adopt than being extinct. Its like those businesses who innovates when society changes. If cryptocurrency overpower the economy, they should go with the flow to survive
Im agree, crypto do able to replace money and i do think it would happen in 4-5 years from now. Crypto could be the new way of market stock and also the goverment will start to embrace blockchain technology cause it would make them easier to track the transaction of the people for taxation |

Yes i believe we should not trust anybody in investation, just do your own research and make your own asessment towards coins that you think good. I believe every prediction do have their own flaw and the truth is sometimes they are totally wrong. I would dump your bitcoin while despite everything you can.  well the trust i believe ETH is a better coins than bitcoin but we should look at a big picture what is bitcoin. I don't think KYC for airdrops offered is fair for those who joined. Some ICO with airdropping is not also fine to get KYC for tokens worth almost nothing or a burger meal is not really fine. I observed it in some ICOs with airdrops that even with giveaways like that so small needs KYC? Don't fall for it guys, not worth it.

I think i would hold a new coins and it could be ROMAD or Unibright. The reasons why i hold romad cause it would be biggest anti-virus in next 10 years and also its on 2020 horizon project which will be great in future. For unibright i do plan to hold this coins cause i believe in blockchain technology and the unibright trying to make use of blockchain in real life without need to learn how to coding, i think unibright will be big company to manage and help others companies to use blockchain technology. |

Bisa saja mungkin , bisa saja tidak mungkin gan. Memang gabisa ditebak, tapi melihat history yang sudah ada, biasanya tiap akhir tahun rata2 pada naek gan. Ya berharap saja semoga lebih dari 25jt  Menurut saya 25 jt sudah tidak mungkin lagi terjadi pada tahun ini, prediksi saya eth mungkin hanya akan dapat menyentuh angka 6 juta. Bitcoin ETF akan sangat mempengaruhi harga ETH di awal tahun 2019 nanti. Menurut saya ada kemungkinan besar ETF akan di setujui di bulan desember tepatnya pada tanggal 29. |

In several years i see cryptocurrency investments would become better choices than invest in market stock. Bitcoin will still become primer coin for ICO and i do think the price will be much better caused by ETF. Wall street will start to sell cryptocurrency, and we might able to buy anything from grocery store or from small retailer by using bitcoin. |

I wanted to see what the general thoughts of the community here are. With bitcoin being in a pretty steady state for the past few weeks, it seems like there's going to be a set up for some kind of growth. With that, there can be many paths, but after seeing today's price (which was up around 5% when I checked), I was wondering if the volatility is what people actually like about bitcoin.
So, do you guys like the volatility and the strong spikes upwards or would you rather like steady growth, around 5% gains over time?
Steady growth is better cause from the first place bitcoin is for transaction and we invest in cause we trust the blockchain technology will be use in our transaction in future, sudden spike only bring good thing for some people and bad thing for someone who bought it at high prices, steady growth is absolutely better than sudden spike. |
