381  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: 1xbit refuse to send me back my deposits on: February 01, 2024, 08:10:12 PM
Should I report this with all my evidence to the internet crime authority and illegal gambling manufacturers and internet police on all websites? I want my part of the deposit back because I don't deserve you stealing my own money.
If my deposits refunded, I am going to delete the review on this website and another websites for reviews.
The 1xbit casino platform has a lousy reputation, with numerous accusations of scams from many members who have posted against it. It is worth noting that this platform has been operating for years and uses fake promotion tactics to this day, and still, every day, we discover a new victim who was defrauded by getting the ending of his cooperation with them and the closure of his account after they are falsely claiming the violation of their policy and terms. If you can report them to the authorities you mentioned, you can move forward, although I am not optimistic that you will be able to sue them or that you will be able to return your stolen funds.

We are sorry for your loss; the mistake also lies on your side for not thoroughly researching and checking reviews about 1xbit. If you had searched this forum for information about them, you would have refrained from using their fraudulent platform after seeing all the evidence and cases of scams.

Update:

We also want to highlight the presence of several scammers who have impersonated our accounts on Telegram. Everyone must be cautious. We do not send a DM first or request money from anyone (in addition to the names of our accounts in the Bptrades group with the admin badge @irfan_pak10/@albonBTC). You can aslo send us a private message here on the forum.
383  Economy / Exchanges / Re: All my savings on BKEX are gone. on: January 31, 2024, 09:34:35 PM
I have read about what happened to the BKEX platform after they stole their clients' funds. They suddenly stopped withdrawals without prior warning, claiming that the clients were involved in money laundering, and the police investigated the platform team. In their announcement, they did not mention any proof or important details of what these lying scammers called. They currently have no support to respond to customer inquiries about what happened, and their social media accounts have been inactive since late May of the previous year. This indicates that they have disappeared, and there are no solutions for the customers who deposited their funds to recover them.

I'm sorry for your loss, OP; you should have learned this lesson from the beginning of your involvement in crypto. CEX platforms are not safe.; many cases of fraud, bankruptcies, and hacks happened with many other exchange platforms. Do not trust any person, company, or Twitter account claiming they can recover your stolen funds on BKEX. These are scammers who will ask you to send them the transaction hash of the deposits or screenshots and then lure you into a trap. Be cautious.
384  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Are newbies afraid to comment on threads of highly ranked members? on: January 31, 2024, 08:27:46 PM
This serve as an encouragement for me because I always find it difficult to join discussions of high-ranking members, even if it is a subject that I have an understanding of. Although I sometimes made an effort to participate in discussions I had ideas for with high-ranking members members, but I always felt like I am wrong because I have seen many newbies with negative trust, which is why I always have fear in me to join discussions of senior members. But now I know the reasons for their negative trust, so I will focus on more research and will not hesitate to ask questions.
These Newbie members whose accounts have been tagged with negative trust are most likely cheaters in bounty campaigns who use alternative and new accounts, scammers, spammers, etc. No member is tagged without valid reasons, and if you verify one of them’s accounts, you will understand the reason for their bad trust rating. It's good that you know this now.

No shame, fear, discouragement, or obstacle might hinder any member from engaging in discussions, exchanging ideas, or asking questions. No legendary member started with that rank immediately upon creating their account; everyone began from the first rank. The good thing is that any member, regardless of his rank, seeks to learn and educate himself and apply the rules of the forum. If there is a discussion that he does not understand, he must take a look at the contributions of other members and do his research to ensure that his post will have value and not off topic.
385  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: ACN trading platform: legit or scam? on: January 31, 2024, 07:51:36 PM
I came across this platform in a whatsapp group I joined weeks ago (I'm not even sure how I joined it) where they trade contracts. I've been taking a look at the group's activity every now and then. They used to post 2 signals a day but the last couple of weeks only 1 signal is being released every evening. There's an analyst who shares daily news every morning and posts the signal in the evening. Then there's an assistant to help registering an account on ACN. The signals accuracy is quite impressive and the amounts they recommend for each trade are rather high so they also have trading plans for those with lower funds (I still didn't get to the point where the assistant lets me know my trading plan because a deposit has to be made first);
I've encountered this often. I find that I have been added to groups that I do not know on Telegram or WhatsApp by strangers, and they post their signals and screenshots of the profits that users have achieved through them. Then, they provide a link to the trading platform they've created (here lies the trap). They try to appear as trading experts and provide you with assistance in various ways. They tempt you with the profits that you could make. In the end, if you do not do your own research and make a deposit, you will not be able to withdraw. It is good that you created this topic at the appropriate time before it is too late. I strongly advise you never to buy signals or use an unknown and unfamiliar trading platform. I wish you a speedy recovery and hope you can achieve the financial goals you aspire to. However, there is no quick money in this field, and also, if you lack sufficient experience and knowledge, trading can pose significant risks for you. There are many other safe ways; you can check out the beginners' board or use the search above to find them.
386  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Time for Jupiter (JUP)!!!! on: January 30, 2024, 10:03:06 PM
Left twenty hours before Jupiter coins listing on many top exchange market such as Kucoin, MEXC, Bybit, Bitmart and miss Binance exchange for this time but its not problem to see Jjupiter coin will bounce higher price on first time listing. [...]
The news of this listing was pleasing for participants who received their airdrop of the JUP coin. Although they did not announce the listing of the currency on Binance, it is good that the JUP coin will be listed tomorrow, January 31, 03:00 UTC, on approximately 10 exchange platforms. This is a wise decision taken by the Jupiter project team to build a large trading volume for the currency, which may certainly affect the positivity in the price of the currency and will be in the interest of the airdrop hunters. However, in the end, the market is the one that will determine the price, but what I see is that the maximum price for the currency on the Jupiter official website was $0.6987, and the initial price is $0.4032. We hope that people will achieve good profits from it, as happened with the WEN coin.
387  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Buy ideas on: January 30, 2024, 09:31:40 PM
Ideas, opinions, points of view, and advice are what any beginner should buy, but he must also be able to verify them and sell them by applying them. Some take ideas and information without working with them or ignoring what they have learned. The BitcoinTalk forum is the largest market for selling ideas without charge. Through discussions and topics rich with information on bitcoin, altcoins, trading, investment, etc., any beginner can learn many important things in his journey in the crypto space, which is full of risks and requires knowledge, experience, and the sharing of opinions that may or may not be correct because the forum has members with varying experiences, and no one is infallible. However, with a consensus of opinions and verification of the idea or advice from various reliable sources, this idea will undoubtedly be correct.

Any beginner must accept the opinions and the ideas and apply them and not rely on his own pieces of information that he built without sufficient knowledge.
388  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Know why the exchange wallet are not safe on: January 30, 2024, 08:26:20 PM
What if you keep your coins in an exchange wallet and you try to protect your coins and then the exchange collapses? There will be no way to get back your bitcoins. That's why I have said earlier that storing Bitcoin in a secured wallet and protecting your seed phrases are some good ways to protect your Bitcoin. Instead of keeping them in an exchange wallet.
This advice is not to keep coins in exchange wallets. Although everyone mentions it and praises its importance, you find that some do not give it importance. The answer to the question you mentioned is sufficient to make any beginner reconsider again before deciding to keep his holdings on exchange platforms. In the event that these exchanges collapse or are hacked, or their official email is hacked through a third-party email provider, their clients will inevitably be exposed to considerable risks. They may lose their capital and may not receive compensation in the end. In addition to the CEX platforms, they are attacked by regulatory bodies to comply with international regulations. These platforms may impose strict policies, restrict a country from using their services, or confiscate and freeze funds, so CEX should not be a wallet for any long-term investor. There are more safe decentralized alternatives for BTC that do not expose users' privacy and KYC documents.
389  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: As a crypto investor, the less app you install the better. on: January 30, 2024, 07:53:58 PM
I will like to advice beginners to avoid non default keyboards, as they have the potential to collect every data on your phone, the sensitive ones and the less sensitive, even the words we type through them.
I have found many applications for non-default keyboards that have been modified and developed and added attractive features. These modified applications are not only for the keyboard but also for communication applications. You may find WhatsApp Gold or Telegram Plus and unofficial versions developed by unknown people. When someone uses one of these applications, these applications may collect essential and sensitive information, violate privacy, and expose his phone to big risks and his wallet to be exploited through the permissions obtained by them. The best thing is to use another phone for these wallets without downloading unofficial or non-default applications, whether on Google Play, the Apple Store, through the search engine, or any advertisements.

Thank you, OP, for this valuable advice.
390  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Testnet faucet abuser with 4 accounts on: January 29, 2024, 09:34:20 PM
My anti abuse measures include lowering the testnet amount for users with low Activity and for requesting more than once.
This is a really good measure that will reduce the abuse of your Testnet; I don't know what the point of them draining the Testnet Bitcoin faucet is. Do they think these are real bitcoins on the main networks? lol

I will add that most campaigns and bounties do not accept Brand New and Newbie accounts because they can participate with these alternative accounts and cheat using these new accounts with no activities or contributions. I agree with the previous members; there is no benefit in tagging their accounts, as this will not be a deterrent for them to repeat their previous actions.
391  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Everyone Calls My Child's Name Bitcoin. on: January 29, 2024, 09:04:47 PM
I read the story that you posted last year, the one you mentioned in the link, where you paid the total childbirth fees to the doctor in exchange for 0.007 BTC. Now, this amount is equivalent to $300 at the current price of BTC. This doctor, who was involved in crypto, agreed to accept Bitcoin as a payment method. He is really a smart person.

I ended up paying in bitcoin about 0.007 or about $210.
--------
Regarding this topic, based on what you said, it is better for you to advise these people not to give your son the name “Bitcoin” because, in reality, this matter may cause a potential legal threat to you or your child if he exceeds the legal age. The matter varies from one country to another. Many people were called Satoshi, but nothing happened to them. Naming your child Bitcoin might also cause embarrassment if he cannot answer questions and may inconvenience you if you repeatedly tell the full story because of his name. I advise you not to repeat the same story with other doctors or people you do not know when they accept Bitcoin; make it your private investment, and when you earn returns from Bitcoin, you can use P2P and pay them using fiat money.
392  Local / العربية (Arabic) / Re: [عرض مجاني] محفظة Safepal X1 للعتاد on: January 29, 2024, 08:18:17 PM

393  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Reference thread for the flag against WinningJoy on: January 29, 2024, 06:51:17 PM
This funny scammer claims that his system can generate a 200% monthly profit from casino winnings. In the following quote, he urges members to send him hundreds of dollars to learn about a supernatural project that will defeat Bitcoin and Ethereum. He has provided his wallet addresses for fundraising for this miraculous, historical discovery that no one on this planet has ever known before!  Cheesy

Want To Know Next Generation Of Digital Currency That Defeat Cryptocurrency, Send Me Few Hundreds $

I do have the great new vision for the next generation of digital currency that easily destroy the current cryptocurrency (never reveal any information with any entities), the previous last week are not the same.

The beings/entities who can send me few hundreds USD within the next 12 hours will receive the “priority” from me to carry that crazy good project that can defeat Bitcoin Ethereum, etc. . Here I open this opportunity for both team from the East and the West.

This is not a scammer but a clown. Of course, I will support the flag. I do not think it is possible for anyone to believe what this Newbie member posted. Thank you, @OP, for the warning and for sharing the immortality course, which I may buy one day so that I can continue to narrow down scammers and make the crypto community safe. LMAO
394  Economy / Scam Accusations / UnionKey Fake Hardware Wallet - Phishing Site on: January 26, 2024, 09:54:07 PM
What happened:: The Newbie Member @UnionKey posted a topic about the UnionKey Hardware wallet, which does not exist on the website that he mentioned its link in his topic. In addition to the fact that the website has HTTP, the buttons for "Free Download the wallet" or "Go to store" and all other buttons on other pages on the official website do not work. [This indicates that this nonsense provides no products or services] And just HTML pages and a poor interface. In addition, there is no open-source wallet code on GitHub. All his phishing site contains is a button to connect the wallet. He also generated his topic using AI and translated it using Google Translate, where he published it on Arabic, 中文 (Chinese), and Deutsch (German) local boards.

395  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: We dont own enough bitcoin on: January 25, 2024, 09:48:22 PM
The thought and belief of not having enough of something brings forth the constant pursuit of that object. Thus, acting as if we never have enough of a resource will allow us cognitively to always be looking to acquire said resource and then eventually this will lead to a surplus, right? Gosh I hope so! Becuase I sure need to get more BTC and I don't have enough!!!
Everyone strives and wishes to acquire large amounts of Bitcoin, and there are those who set a specific target for the appropriate quantity, which depends on the amount of money they spend from their capital for investment. There are those who believe that owning one Bitcoin is sufficient, there are those who see 0.1 as an appropriate amount, and there are those who constantly increase their holdings without a target or defined quantity. For me, I see that always striving to increase my Bitcoin holdings is a good thing until one obtains a large surplus. Bitcoin is the currency of the future and one of the best safe and profitable investments. Even if the value of Bitcoin temporarily decreases at some point, this is normal due to the inherent volatility of the crypto market. However, capital management and thoughtful investments are important to avoid selling accumulated holdings in case of emergencies in the long run.

So, yes, let's continue collecting and accumulating as Bitcoin becomes more ideal with decreasing supply and increasing demand, leading to a higher price.
396  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Vs Gold, land which better? on: January 25, 2024, 07:28:45 PM
My parents thought that bitcoins that cannot be seen or touched cannot be an asset. They think that investing in physical assets such as gold, bank deposits, land etc. is more profitable than Bitcoin. But even after I convinced them, they are not ready to invest in Bitcoin. They don't want to believe in virtual currency.
It is not essential to convince them to accept their point of view resulting from their lack of knowledge and belief in Bitcoin and virtual assets. Their responses are natural since many older adults believe in only tangible and visible things, which they think are the most profitable. They need a lot of time to get to know Bitcoin, understand its investment well, and learn how much profit Bitcoin can achieve and how much it has achieved since previous years. Therefore, since you are involved in the field of crypto and are aware and believe in the future of Bitcoin, you can rely on your personal decision to invest part of the amount that your father sends to the family in Bitcoin, as it is the best of all these investments from my point of view. The person must invest in the field where he has experience and knowledge of all the risks it carries, as each person has his own decision and vision.

398  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Saudi Arabia 1M BTC BUY !! on: January 24, 2024, 11:48:22 PM
There is a rumour going on about an potential $500 billion investment into BTC by the Saudi governments, As we know today BTC just dropped below $40k. I am having a very strong feeling that this would be the perfect time to invest, What are your thoughts about this and price predictions for next week if the this "rumour" becomes a reality?
It will not become a reality, and one should not invest based on rumors and FOMO. It's worth noting that there are no confirmations or reliable sources that have verified the claims regarding Saudi Arabia and the wealthy oil-rich Gulf countries. A Bitcoin enthusiast on X mentioned this rumor as speculation and has quickly spread on social media and news blogs. Now, Several YouTubers have capitalized on this rumor to create videos and generate views.. It is not logical for Saudi Arabia and Qatar to invest $500 billion in Bitcoin, which would constitute approximately 5% of the total circulating supply of Bitcoin, surpassing Wall Street and many other reasons mentioned here. The goal of these people who help spread rumors is to influence the price of Bitcoin through beginners who may believe and invest based on the information presented to them, and the other goal of spreading such rumors is to achieve fame and money.
399  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Have you ever regretted selling your bitcoins ? on: January 24, 2024, 09:16:35 PM
If you're looking at things financially speaking only, of course you could say you regret selling your BTC.  Who knows what would have happened though.  If I didn't pay off my house and held my BTC instead, what other things would have happened in my life to potentially destroy my BTC holdings?  It's easy to look back and say you'd have more money now if you did this, but you never know the butterfly effect of some things.  Sure, I wish I hadn't spent thousands of BTC on retail purchases and bills back in 2011-2013, but who is to say if Bitcoin would have been a success without early spending, or what the effects of not making those purchases would be.
No one regrets selling his Bitcoin holding in the early years, even if he remained a Bitcoin holder until one of his ATH times, and indeed, Bitcoin prices from 2011-2013 were golden investment opportunities. Still, there are requirements and life circumstances that differ from person to person that may force him to decide on a sudden sale without his desire. Each of us has his own life and the necessary supplies to continue life. Indeed, whoever has been able to hold Bitcoin without selling large quantities of it until now is a fortunate person, or perhaps he has an additional source of income sufficient to pay for all of his life’s affairs without touching a single piece of Bitcoin in the long term.

Naturally, no one knew that Bitcoin would have achieved all these successes now. The vision of its future was almost blurry in the past, and the people who spread negativity and FUD were more than the positive ones. Indeed, the consequences of not making these purchases would have been dire, but the good thing is that Bitcoin is not devoid of opportunities, even if its price seems high now. Let us say goodbye to regret and thank the past for the lessons learned from it.
400  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: I think Tradusbit dot com is a scam! on: January 23, 2024, 10:05:54 PM
It shows the website tradusbit dot com which is created on 2023 as shown above and yet the image below where the date in the e-mail that this person received is on 2021.
LOL, it's really funny! The gullible scammers think people will believe them through a photoshopped screenshot.

I checked the link that this scammer sent, and indeed, this is a Ponzi scheme. This is evident from the following screenshot: the investment plans they prepared on the site and the profits the investor will receive within 24 hours and up to 96 hours in the last plan. Of course, this is a well-known and old scam scheme, and anyone falling for it lacks experience in this field.

In addition to your advice, I can also add that it is important to stay away from this platform and from strangers, especially on Telegram, X, and Discord. You will often encounter such unknown people who initiate conversations with you and, in the end, try to lure you into one of the traps they have set up.
