381  Economy / Invites & Accounts / Re: WTB localbitcoins account 50+ on: January 21, 2017, 04:25:14 PM
we do not know whether he/she will use this account legally and reliably. He can use the account to steal other people money. I do not like the idea trading this kind of account here.
It is none of your business how shall I use the account neither do I care about what you do or don't like. Who are you in the first place? Hint: no one.
This thread as far as I know doesn't break any forum rule (if it would it'd get deleted) so shut the fuck up and get out of my topic.
P.S. Here it is allowed to trade bitcointalk accounts while the only reason to buy them one can think of is to scam other people so needless to even talk about 3rd services.

It is of our business.
If you're buying and selling accounts on LocalBitcoin to scam people, it makes you a less trustable person.
Even if of course you're not going to get neg trust here, because your behaviour on the forum isn't the problem, it's still an interesting fact for us to notice.
You seem to be completely ok with getting bought account to abuse trust system.

Good to know.
382  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What does a President Trump mean for Bitcoin? on: January 21, 2017, 04:10:30 PM
Trump said he would bring dollars and industries back to USA.

If he does so, the chinese will be affected and the yuan will fall, and most other currencies will fall too.

Then people will go Bitcoin to protect their wealth, and BTC price will rise

There already is a correlaction between the devaluation of the chinese money

Yes. Americans will still trust in the dollar, and with the Fed raising interest rates, will be happy to keep their savings in dollars. But people in other countries, especially autocracies like China, will be looking to get their money out, especially as they devalue.

Lol, like they have a choice xD
Let's get real, btc isn't gonna replace dollars...
Not now, not tomorrow. It just won't.
383  Economy / Gambling / Re: [UPDATE] Lucky Roger - YO HO, YO HO, Pirate life for me! on: January 21, 2017, 12:23:48 PM
Can you explain the logic here ?

My balance says it's over 0.20 mbtc, but still unable to process the withdrawals.Or the faucet or whatever I get in the beginning for grabs doesn't count towards winning ?

No man ^^
It's the contrary, you got a balance of 0.006 MBTC not BTC!
It's a bit confusing though...
All internet website should decide on the unit they use!
Sometimes you got btc and some mbtc xD

385  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is there any possibility of a decrease in demand for Bitcoin? on: January 21, 2017, 10:50:38 AM
If some altcoin becomes better than bitcoin, all the  people will stop using btc and move to the altcoin.
Obviously yes... As much as there are possibilities for an increase in demand
But I don`t think that those posibilities will ever happen.

No chance.

If an altcoin becomes better than Bitcoin it would take years to reach the same sort of adoption as Bitcoin due to the network effect.

And if bitcoin fails (or its value drops significantly, let's say to the $200 or less level, people are going to be even more wary of buying an altcoin, however more advanced it is.

If Bitcoin fails, I reckon we'd be looking at 5+ years at least before another altcoin achieves a similar market cap. People would be very scared of "magical internet money" if the first iteration failed.

Agreed!
Especially as the cryptocurrency world is shady as fuck xD
The altcoin nature wouldn't really matter:
1/ one year of annoucement
2/ one year of launching
3/ two years of functionning before big adoption

That lets plent of time to change bitcoin ^^
386  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 16x win on Chain-Bet.com with 0% House Edge! on: January 20, 2017, 11:55:51 PM
I just check the board of https://www.chain-bet.com.

So, a 0% house edge game has only 2 wins out of 20, i.e 10%! Shocked

HoW?

Lol,

Random?
0% HE means they don't earn on it.
Doesn't mean you won't lose...
387  Economy / Gambling / Re: [UPDATE] Lucky Roger - YO HO, YO HO, Pirate life for me! on: January 20, 2017, 11:42:19 PM
hey!
Well the idea in itself is nothing new of course...
But the "life line" part is new no?
I don't think I've ever seen one! But that's a bit complicated...
Who is able to get the house edge? xD

390  Economy / Economics / Re: US Debt at $19,959,943,400,000 will $20 trillion make the news? on: January 20, 2017, 04:17:26 PM
It seems unfair to me. The debt will cross the $20 trillion mark in the next few days. The media will go ballistic and they will dish out headlines such as "US federal debt at $20 trillion under the Trump presidency". No one is going to mention that half of that debt was created by Barack Obama.

Dude
Don't blame him for 10 trillion xD
I mean he didn't reduce the debt for sure
but 10 trillion? Seriously? xDDDD

Yes Obama doubled the debt from $10 to $20 trillion, just over the total of every previous president combined.

backing up

Ok well my bad I shut up here xD
Impressing. Most impressing in fact is how every president (since JFK) at least doubled the debt in fact!
Like it's some POTUS requirement!

Undecided  (Sorry for my poor english!)

You had no problem at all?

They indeed seem rather legit. But they have one or two accusations.
Well accusations without proofs are worthless but still it's good to also have positive feedback!

399  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Isn't Islam a religion of hate and violence, not peace and love? on: January 16, 2017, 11:38:37 PM

It would be too simplistic to see the Crusades as an attack by powerful westerners on the Muslims of the Middle East. In fact, one historian has described the Crusades as barely a pinprick on the Muslim world.
The Muslim world was politically and militarily the greatest force on earth, much greater than the tiny kingdoms of Western Europe. It was also far more scientifically and culturally advanced.

Ok so I guess it's like terrorism today.

After all all you're saying to excuse crusades can be applied to terrorism of today.
Seems stupid no? Well not as stupid as your argument though.
That was hundreds of years ago Roll Eyes..

Well not as stupid as your argument though Huh..

My argument is that all the crusades were stupid Wink..Especially over something that's not there?..
And i asked you would you not agree?..Now lets see who the stupid person is Grin..

TO FIGHT OVER RELIGION..Is it not stupid?..Now ask yourself WHY..
BECAUSE NOTHING THERE IT'S ALL IN YOUR MINDS Wink Wink..

So if my argument is stupid then so be it..But i will understand why we don't get on Grin..
You believe in fairy tales i don't put the 2 together WAR Cheesy Cheesy..

I'm sorry I can't discuss with you :/

It's not that I don't want but I actually don't understand what you write.
Please if you want to discuss seriously use less smiley and take care of your structure and grammar.
It's really hard to follow, especially when English is not the native language of who you're talking with. I understand proper academic English, not the one you talk in the street :/

So does terrorism have as a primary motivation the fight for a world wide Caliphate?

Seems so, at least Popcorn1 is putting on an equal feet the kingdoms of West world and the kingdoms of the Middle East.
Would you say that today it's not the contrary? Huge and powerful kingdoms of the West and little Middle Eastern kingdoms attacking the West as "barely a pinprick on the Muslim Capitalistic world".

If you don't think that the West has created its own kingdom you're even more stupid as you seem Grin
I don't think anything like that is true.  But I recognize that in the foggy, indoctrinated brain of some Muslims they may have conceptualized of "The West" as an entity and actively fight it.  I believe this is objectively false, though, and the result of misconceptions.

Still, if in your indoctrinated mind you see "The Caliphate" and "The OTHER" then you fight or bomb "The OTHER" and arguably it makes sense to the indoctrinated mind.

In that case just don't complain or play victim when "The OTHER" comes done on you like a hammer on a nail.

Could we just put things in the right order?

It's "THE OTHER" that attacked "The Caliphate" first to take your terms.

Not only USA though, if they're probably the most to be blamed they're certainly not the only one.

So don't play the card of the victim attacked by some terrorists.

In fact, the most funny thing is that as an American you both financed those terrorists AND created the weapons they're using. Not you personally of course (statistically at least).
