1.) A valid government issued ID - high-quality images of the following documents are acceptable:
• International passport (double page)
• National ID card (both sides)
• Driving license (both sides)
Important: To avoid delays when verifying your account, make sure that your submitted documents are:
• Entirely visible (watermarks are permitted);
• Images of high quality (color images, with resolution of 300dpi or higher);

Yes, there is. After your Cryptopay account is verified we will forward your documents to our card issuer. They will review them within 7-10 business days and verify your card. After that, you will be able to make third-party loads.

Under our card issuer's rules, 3rd party loads to unverified cards are prohibited. Yes, they get blocked once you receive money back from the bookie.

There is no reason to worry. The hardfork might never happen but if it does it won't affect your funds. What we'll do in case of a hardfork is suspend the deposits for several hours and that's it. Your bitcoins will be safe.
