@cryptopay_support what's the process after that? can they be unblocked after passing verification?
Yes, you can unlock your card by providing the valid verification documents, but please be informed that this process could take up to 10 business days. In order to verify your account, you will need to submit 2 types of documents: 1.) A valid government issued ID - high-quality images of the following documents are acceptable: • International passport (double page) • National ID card (both sides) • Driving license (both sides) Important: To avoid delays when verifying your account, make sure that your submitted documents are: • Entirely visible (watermarks are permitted); • Images of high quality (color images, with resolution of 300dpi or higher); • Valid ID documents with expiry date clearly visible. 2.) A proof of residency - a high quality scanned images or a direct online extract of the following documents: Bank statement, Utility bill, Tax return, council tax bill, Certificate of residency issued by a government, within the last 3 months and addressed to your name and home address. We cannot accept mobile phone bill or a credit card statement as proof of residence. Note: For languages such as that use non-Latin characters, a certified translation of your proof of residence document will greatly speed up processing time. |

If I verify my account prior to withdrawing back from bookie is there any technical time needed between the time my account is verified and the time that the card is available for receiving money back and won't be blocked? @cryptopay_support

Hi, Yes, there is. After your Cryptopay account is verified we will forward your documents to our card issuer. They will review them within 7-10 business days and verify your card. After that, you will be able to make third-party loads. |

Okay, I got my Cryptopay Debit Card yesterday  The verification is very hard, my document several times rejected  After to give an extra explanation, finally my account is verified  What sort of explanation did you have to give so to have the card's verification process to be completed? I want to know what exactly they had a problem with cause I don't want to have to go thru this entire process just to find out I can not verify my card.  |

WHY would you remove the lifetime load bar indicator? this is such a useful feature to have an overview of your limits/spending's... Are you talking about the physical cards or virtual cards. I am asking this because I haven't noticed a change in the limits yet. Right now, I still have the "Lifetime load limit" indicator bar which shows a limit of 2525 USD. |
