They will ask for Selfie + ID in hand



And of course, if they do not make a FULL REFUND of your money they scam  

cryptopay will receive many red flags, and a nasty reputation.

I have been using CryptoPay since last December as far as I remember,
I sent the proper verification papers and instantly I got verified.
I just did what they asked me to do. If you want to use their services you better follow their rules,
otherwise, they are other services out there to choose from.
So, no problem with me and CryptoPay atm.

You can do it either through the Live chat on the website or send an email to the following address: support@cryptopay.me. Please be informed that if your card was blocked by our card issuer due to third-party load we are obliged to request verification documents from your side. If you fail to provide them we can initiate a refund process. Please contact our customer support service directly and we will do our best to help you solve your problem!

EDIT: one small question: what happens to the monthly service fee if the card isn't loaded? I don't mind paying 1€/month as long as the account contains funds, but i want to avoid having to pay charges for a card that is unloaded.

Hi! As long as there are no transactions, no fees would be charged. The fee would be charged only if the card was active during the month.

There is no reason to worry. The hardfork might never happen but if it does it won't affect your funds. What we'll do in case of a hardfork is suspend the deposits for several hours and that's it. Your bitcoins will be safe.

Under our card issuer's rules, 3rd party loads to unverified cards are prohibited. Yes, they get blocked once you receive money back from the bookie.
