Gezeichnet: das Bitcoin-Vorstandsmitglied Michael Nowak. Laut Gerichtsakten konnten die anfänglichen Bedenken von Bitcoin offenbar schnell beseitigt werden. Noch am selben Tag, heißt es in den Dokumenten weiter, habe man sich telefonisch geeinigt und vereinbart, dass die Firma zumindest die erste Bitcoin-Adresse auch ohne Post vom Staatsanwalt überprüfen werde. Bitcoin.de lieferte Namen, E-Mail-Adresse, Telefonnummer, Bestellsummen, Kontodaten, Login-Historie und IP-Adressen.Welche rhetorischen Fähigkeiten der zuständige Kriminaloberkommissar D. an diesem Tag am Telefon bewiesen hat, ist nicht überliefert. Trotzdem konnten die Plattform-Betreiber der Polizei zunächst nicht helfen: Die angefragte Adresse sei nicht bei Bitcoin.de registriert, es lägen keine Nutzerdaten vor, schrieb das Unternehmen drei Tage später nach Hannover. Doch Bitcoin.de ermittelte, offenbar auf eigene Faust, weitere Adressen, die mit der Chemical-Love-Adresse in Verbindung stehen könnten. Für insgesamt acht Bitcoin-Adressen lieferte die Börse an diesem Tag personenbezogene Daten an die Behörde: darunter Klarnamen und Nicknames, Wohnort, E-Mail-Adresse, Telefonnummer, Bestellsummen, Bankverbindung, Kontobewegungen, Login-Historie und IP-Adressen. da haben die Herren Oliver Flaskämper und Michael Nowak offensichtlich nicht so ganz verstanden wofür Bitcoin steht. Are you talking about the 2 MB, flag day fork, from Segwit2x? Can core or others block this....or is it a done deal?
Most of the Bitcoin Core contributors think that the idea is a joke. There is practically zero community support for that hard fork. Even the "big blockers" abandoned Segwit2x and run their own altcoin with an increase block size now. I think that fork in November can not, and will not happen. It is too fast, and too soon. Most of core devs also assumed some super techy stuff will just do as always and lead to great consensus. This 'great' consensus we can watch now... |

Also ich war sehr beeindruckt von dem Gespräch mit hv.
Daraus schließe ich folgende Argumente.
Bitcoin, 8 Jahre Funktion bewiesen. (hv)
Segwit, Funktion muss erst mal bewiesen werden. (hv)
BCH, Funktion muss erst bewiesen werden. (meine Lehre aus dem Gespräch)
Gehe ich mal davon aus, beides neue wird funktionieren, ergeben sich für mich folgende Argumente.
BCH Überweisung, wie Bitcoin 6 Bestätigungen eine Stunde.
Segwit Überweisung augenblicklich, unmittelbar.
Bedeutung für den Kurs? Hab meine Glaskugel verkauft, brauche ich nicht mehr. Habe Bitcoin plus den BCH-Bonus.
Ich mache gar nichts.
Alles richtig - Bitcoin Cash ist sicher nicht so sicher wie Original Bitcoin (schätze Faktor 10 unsicherer) SW ist ja noch nicht wirklich aktiv / produktiv gemined worden, evtl auf LTC ? SW könnte m.M. auch auch noch weiter von vielen Minern rausgefiltert / verzögert werden - wird spannend. Der Kurs für Bitcoin Cash ist sicher zu hoch, für dieses Stadium - ich werde keine grosse Summe reinstecken, evtl. Bottom Fishing betreiben... (wo ist der Bottom ?) Orig Bitcoin könnte zunächst mal vom 'neuen Geld' profitieren, denn viele wandeln wohl erstmal in sichere BTC um. Macht Sinn oder ? |

Transaction Business is Miner Business (per design)
Miners are securing your bitcoin over 8 years now and may include (or not) your specific tx - on-chain.
They are the final bottleneck of that control and get payed for to do so.
If you add some other boy's business on top and try to work against miners (orthogonal competition) than miners might skip these other's txs (if they can detect) and this even despite they provide a very high fee (because human rational - safe miner's reputation of on-chain business).
I do not see the orgcoin scale with that 2nd layer (orthogonal) model fast (safety needs to be shown for some years) and with same security (miners have reason to attack).
But some devs might collude with these other boy's business and are trapped.

Das heisst nicht, dass ich Dich bei Geschäften über den Tisch ziehe. Meine generellen unpersönlichen Handlungen werden aber niemals zu Deinem Vorteil sein, wenn sie gleichzeitig zu meinem Nachteil sind. Geben viele Nutzer ihre Entscheidungsmöglichkeit ab, dann verschlechtert sich die Situation für die meisten Nutzer zugunsten einzelner Profiteure.
Nein - es geht technisch garnicht, dass jeder kleinste Bticoin-Owner bei der 'Kontrolle' des Netwerkes mithilft. Nichtmal im SVP mode. Bitcoin ist ganz ähnlich wie eMail. Ein paar grosse spielen zwar gegeneinander, aber sie müssen fair(!) bleiben, sonst ist das ganze Vertrauen hin - für Gross (weinge) und Klein (= Masse) - > Die Masse macht / kann / will nur mit Kauf oder Verkauf (mail hin mail her) - keine weitere Funktion! Die geniesst, dass sich die Grossen gegenseitig Kontrollieren müssen, sonst kommt die Masse erst garnicht zum Kaufen. |
