I honestly am just as confused as anyone else.  Doesn't matter what you believe but I'm telling the truth somebody is just trying to piss me off and ruin my integrity while making a few bucks.   some people just have no life, luckily there is nothing large at stake other than my account which I tried to remain reputable but someone destroyed that in a matter of days.   I don't use forums unless there is something important and Justin from 999dice brought it to my attention the other day or I wouldn't even have known it was hacked and I believe he is responsible.  he's a known hacker and told everyone to give me bad reviews and someone could have just taken it a step further lol... he would be the best place to start... why is there primedice in the Sig now?  it all seems so fishy....ppl r scum what can I say...

I assume you don't want to get back your forum account (if you are the real owner). So why are you continuing to post in this thread? If you want try to recover your account, this would be the steps :

1) Open one and explain all the situation in one post,
2) contact theymos (I gave you the link of the thread with all the explanation),
3) wait.
3942  Other / Meta / Re: Discussion of trading negative trusted accounts on: March 13, 2015, 09:11:34 AM
@shorena,

now nyktalgia1 will say "everything is possible" ; at this point only the admin can investigate (but they are busy) so we will continue to the infinity. Everyone should "build" his security and the forum is not responsable if someone will lose his account (give a valid story, be truthful and maybe an admin will believe you).
3943  Other / Meta / Re: Discussion of trading negative trusted accounts on: March 13, 2015, 08:58:01 AM
haha that is fucked up scumbags will do anything for money i guess.......  just leave the negative feedback its not even the rightful account owner who bought/sold it w/e.....  I hope whoever is responsible reads this someday while they are burning in hell.

You can see on that post I had my soundcloud.com/dismal-realm that is proof it was me, but they changed that shit after they hacked me.....

Now the unique possibility is :

Open a thread here in the meta, follow this instrunction for "try" to recover the account (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=497545.0) and explain all the situation (if you want).

Good luck.
3944  Other / Meta / Re: Discussion of trading negative trusted accounts on: March 13, 2015, 08:47:17 AM
My e-mail is no longer linked to that account cuz it was hacked so I can't even recover my password lol...... wtf

http://prntscr.com/6g5n7h

That is all the proof I hvae the link is directed to my account.

najzenmajsen (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=316167) has bought the account, maybe you can try to contact him for more information (like the address of the "seller").

So you are saying I could have sold my account? HHAA how much did he pay for it?

I am not "saying" anything, this is the thread : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=973915.0  everyone should judge with own mind. It seems he paid 0.05 bitcoin.

3946  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Where to advertise for a big BTC auditory? on: March 13, 2015, 08:41:00 AM
Hi guys.
Please advice me where can I advertise paying buy BITCOINS (or at least PayPal).

It seems that I tried all the sites, from a-ads.com and adbit.co to btcclicks.com and coinad.com
Their auditory is too small and I have no Idea where can I advertise more? I do not want to use google ads (too reach traffic and too many bots).

I looked at the neobux.com, but their site is so stupid that even cannot send me a registration email.

So, my question: can you list some sites, which provide a lot of good-quality traffic?
I mean from 100 000 or more users.

I will be very thankful if you will say.

You can start a signature campaign here in the forum but don't expect 100'000 click on the signature. This forum has ~461411 users, obviously not all are active (some users drop the forum, the other were banned, etc..) but I think at the moment there is a good quantity of active users.
3947  Other / Meta / Re: Discussion of trading negative trusted accounts on: March 13, 2015, 08:15:42 AM
I am the original owner I got hacked or some shit I can't access my account anymore.  I don't even trade or care but I am being trolled for calling out 999dice as a scam.  This is how scummy they are....

My account was never bought or sold whoever is making up these lies and fake feedback reviews is responsible.

"Negative trusts" aren't responsible (the contrary). Now you should give a full and real explanation to theymos (through PM) and why not also to open a thread here in the meta (with all the information). You should build your "security" it is easy to say " Damn, my forum account was hacked".
3948  Other / New forum software / Re: Add a Telegram contact method. on: March 13, 2015, 07:37:53 AM
You want to add Telegram, but are ignoring WhatsApp, which is, whether you like it or not, more widely used than Telegram.

Whatsapp needs phone number and I don't think BT users will share phone numbers with each other.

Doesn't Telegram use phone numbers too?

You don't want to give your phone number to others, username is enough.

What username?

When you "register" an account on telegram with your phone number (the same procedure of whatsapp) you can also add an alias. If the other people want to communicate with you, they should only search your alias/username in the search box on telegram. At the end it is better telegram than whatsapp because it is more "anonymous".
3949  Economy / Services / Re: Need someone to make constructive posts on my accounts on: March 13, 2015, 07:27:30 AM
Guys,

Firstly I would not like to spam the forum. I go on to the forum everyday and love it. I bought some accounts recently and found I couldn't get enough time to post on them. That's why I was asking for this service. I would like constructive posts only and it would be good if someone can use these accounts for good.

I understand this might sound a bit crazy, that's why I have no time to do this.

I have about 12-14 accounts right now, and I'm willing to raise the bounty to BTC1.5.

Thanks

If you cannot manage all the forum accounts "maybe" it would be better sell a couple of these accounts (in the digital goods section). I think no one will accept 1.5 bitcoin for spam (yes spam, not "post") more than 600 posts per day (without generate a sort of insubstantial messages). Keep my advice if you are intelligent Wink and specially keep the forum clean | this is not only your forum |
3950  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Guard your Bitcoin with Stainless Steel Cold Storage on: March 13, 2015, 06:00:01 AM
Okay but how can you go through an airport scanner with this thing in your pocket during your holiday vacation is the big question Cool

It suppose to be a cold storage, you should  not go around the city (for example) with that piece of steel in your pocket.  Indeed I think this type of cold storage should be used to store bitcoin for a "long time" and in a safe place.
3951  Other / Meta / Re: Trust improvements on: March 13, 2015, 05:46:59 AM
trust list update with current active users would fix everything imo

In DefaultTrust trust list, only Sirius is inactive. All others are active. If you meant something else, please clarify.

The default trust list is the list with all the username that you are seeing (lev. 2). I think that kingscrown wanted to say "only the users in the level 1 of depth".
3952  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: When asking for a refund from a seller.... on: March 13, 2015, 05:41:11 AM
If I want to get a refund from a seller I should receive the full amount of Bitcoins I paid to the seller correct?

If he wants to give back a refund, the answer is yes. If he is not honest, you will not receive any amount and you can open a "scam" accusation in the correct forum section.

3954  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: help needed - txn not get confirmed - on: March 12, 2015, 10:12:06 PM
i made banner for gebbit here and he sends me money without miner fees ... now i send some big money to PD , but bcz of this txn that also dont gets confirmed, any helps Huh

will pay if it gets confirmed Smiley

It has Medium Priority, so it may take about one hour but it will get confirmed. You don't need to do anything except wait.

its already more than 3-4 hrs  Cry Cry Cry

As EcuaMobi said, you have only to wait. The unique thing you can do (if you really need this bitcoin) is to contact again gebbit and ask them to send again the bitcoin  (but with a min. of 1000 satoshi as fee) and you can make another banner or re-send back the first tx.
3955  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I wish to put a 5 mb file and preserve it on the blockchain, I will also pay. on: March 12, 2015, 09:19:56 PM
I wish to preserve this file for later generations.  I have no technical know how to do this,  any help would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks.
1) Do you want to place this file as one piece? (This is not possible today)
2) Do you agree if the data in this file will be split for several (a lot number) pieces?
3) How much can you pay for it? (Today 1kb costs 0.00001...0.0001 btc. So, 5 mb is not very expensive, but not free)
This is actually insanely expensive. 1mb is 1000 kb, so that would be multiplied by 5000, so would be 0.5 btc, about 150 US dollars, to store one file...

The purpose of this actual bitcoin blockchain is not to "store" a large file, but only a max. of 40 byte of data (like someone has said in the previous posts). If the OP wants to store 5 Mb in one transaction then it will be impossible for the moment (due the limit of the block size ~ 1 MB) maybe in the future if the block size will rise to 10 or 20 MB someone can start "to think" about this function.

Remember that your file will be on each device/pc that has downloaded the entire blockchain (so it could be better to protect it with a password, but if the OP wants to save a file on the bitcoin blockchain then it means he want that information will be "public").
3956  Economy / Speculation / Re: My strategy - buy and spend on: March 12, 2015, 09:02:33 PM
What is the purpose of a currency? I know bitcoin is not only a currency, but the real purpose is to "spend it" not to hodl or hold."Money is a means of payment, not speculation"; however at the end everyone of use have a different opinion of what is a currency/money.
3957  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Guard your Bitcoin with Stainless Steel Cold Storage on: March 12, 2015, 08:03:06 PM
Seems pretty cool. But it shouldn't be so small or expensive and they should use gold instead of steel.
Gold melts at 1,064°C. Stainless melts at about 1,450°C.

They can also use an alloy of metals(if they don't already use one). One like "chromium-cobalt" with a melting point of ~ 14500 °c , the cost will be the same (maybe a little high).
3958  Economy / Digital goods / Re: The Collapse of the Bitcoin Generator Bot on: March 12, 2015, 07:36:17 PM

If so, couldn't you just use new proxies? Also, maybe clicking the ads for the owner might help, as he profits from ad clicks, and if he's still making money, maybe he will turn a blind eye to people using this bot. Sorry for the loss though, some people had to pay 1.5 btc for this if I can remember correctly.

Yes, it is possible to try with new proxies but then you would need to buy a batch of new proxies again with no guarantee that the site owners won't ban them if they find out again. High quality dedicated proxies usually cost at least $1 each per month, sometimes more.

With the way the bot operates, it is difficult to click on the ads even if I wanted to.

It is indeed quite unfortunate that the bot has been effectively shut down by the site owners so soon. I personally will have to call it quits at this point as I am not interested in spending another $50-$60 on a batch of new proxies for my accounts. Not to mention having to re-register and re-add the new accounts is too much of a hassle for me to go through at this moment.

The real problem is that the owner of the site is reading this forum, maybe it was better to keep this "method" completely anonymous. However it might function again but I haven't tried the script so I cannot be sure.

3960  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Guard your Bitcoin with Stainless Steel Cold Storage on: March 12, 2015, 07:10:54 PM
I recommend to diversify types of Bitcoin storage. There is no single solution working all-in-one.

- You can printout a bulk of paperwallets and for a safety reasons keep your Bip38_password within Cryptosteel.
- You can have several copies of paperwallets in different locations, but one StainlessSteel
- It is not clear if Cryptosteel can store a Master Seed - we are exploring this right now.
- You can use a Cryptosteel as a master book of passwords
- You can store any type of sentence you desire even a poem (additional letter-cards will be also available separately)

You can burry cryptosteel, keep it in strong box or safe, but also you can build it into a wall.
If it will save even one person life time savings, I would say, I reach my initial goal.
Keep in mind numbers of lost crypto-coins.

Here is the official thread -> https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=977486 <-

Why does cryptosteel have "true random numbers" while paper wallets don't? You can use the same process on both, right?

It is "no-sense" the process to generate an address is *almost* the same, he cannot say "true random numbers" because also the other options have a real generation of numbers. The unique merit of a stainless steel cold storage is "fire, acid and water resistant".
