3963  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How to get the Bitcoin off my USB stick? on: March 09, 2015, 02:26:37 AM
Hmmm ... I'd start a computer with an Ubuntu Live CD and plug the USB stick in it.
You should be able to access any file on the USB Key.

If that won't work, I recommend using pywallet ( https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=34028.0 )
Make pywallet look on the USB key partition for private keys.

If you have another computer (or a way to access Skype) I can help you with the manipulations.
I already recovered a lot of lost altcoins with pywallet ...

Feel free to PM me. Smiley
3964  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [PXC] Phoenixcoin v0.6.6.0 ~ NeoScrypt on: March 09, 2015, 01:20:49 AM
you bring back ORB on Altdice again??

We are currently doing the necessary to relaunch the website. We want to make it as it was before.
So basically, yes. I am now downloading the ORB blockchain.

However, we'll be looking to raise some funds by selling some shares. We hold about 1k ORB, and a game won't be profitable enough with such a small bankroll.

Please understand that our IT resources are limited and we can't afford to run any altcoin.
What happened lately is that we were losing money due to an expensive IT setup to run AltDice so we had to rebuild it in another way.

Anyway, I'll post in the ORB thread to let you all know. Smiley

Thanks for your comprehension.

I can have a poker site built for 1,ooousd give or take. Mavens, server, install, and host I believe.

I am not sure, I'd first try with the Mavens trial version, but I might be able to do this for less ....
The trial version is limited a lot, but I think I can do some tests with that.

Actually it would be interesting to hold a NKA poker game ! Cheesy
3966  Economy / Gambling / Re: BITCOIN LOTTERY.NET - Send small amount of bitcoin & win more bitcoin ! on: March 08, 2015, 08:59:36 PM
Ok so We have our first winner !! Smiley Check our site! There was only two participants: the Winner and Mr Yogg so He is getting kind of "financial compensation" Wink

Thanks a lot ! I appreciate it.
I just received a 0.0085BTC transaction to my address.
This is the exact amount I sent them to take place in the previous drawing.

However, it's too bad your game is not provably fair. :/

What do You mean our game is not fair? It was 50/50 chance, there was only 2 participants and I'm not the participant who win Smiley Still there's a chance for 0.005 BTC Smiley

I'm not saying that your game is not fair and I'm not accusing you.
I think that if you introduce some way to make the game provably fair (showing with an algorythm how you determine the winner), you will have more players.

Entretemps, le dollar US monte grave.

Smiley

That site it´s not working anymore. Seem´s like everyone had problems with this scrypt.

I was interested in buying this, but since it's flawed/bugged, I won't.  Sad
johny1976, please keep us informed about the issue and fix.
Thanks !

what issue are you talking about? thanks

Post is 2 days old, and I didn't see any reply or explanation from CoinJack devs :

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=967306.msg10663062#msg10663062

Apparently some of their players found a way to bet more than max bet.

3979  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [PXC] Phoenixcoin v0.6.6.0 ~ NeoScrypt on: March 07, 2015, 10:23:27 AM

Hello everybody  Smiley
We are now relaunching our website, and I am happy to again introduce Altdice to the Phoenixcoin community.
It's a provably fair dice game pretty much like Satoshi Dice and Just-Dice.

http://pxc.altdice.net

Onchain game rules :

To place a bet, choose your favorite odds and send a transaction from your wallet to the associated game address, with an amount anywhere from min bet to the max bet.
A Lucky number between 0 and 65535 will be picked up for you, based on your bet transaction ID. (Provably fair, of course)
If your Lucky number is below the target number you bet on, then you win your bet amount * Prize Multiplier which is paid out directly to your wallet.
If you lose, you get 0.1 PXC back to your wallet.

The game requires 1 Phoenixcoin confirmation to process a bet. 98% expected payout. 2% edge house.
Come and multiply your PXCs ! You can wager up to 80,000 PXC per single bet !

Have a try :-)
Send any amount from 5 PXC to 40,000 PXC to PuWgjtywJLZPuQ44JA98fharPwDgUfL1Kg => This is the 85% chance of winning game address.
It pays out x1.153 your bet amount automatically to your wallet if you win.

Offchain game rules :

With the Offchain game, you can deposit any amount of coins on the website, and then bet without using the blockchain.
The algorythm is also provably fair and you can claim free coins from the Offchain game faucet.
After you make a deposit, you can choose to bet exactly as you like, with your favorite odds. You can try out different betting patterns with the automated betting feature !
When you have finished playing, you can withdraw the coins to any address you want.

Share sale :

We are selling 25% of our future PXC profit. We are looking to raise a total of 300,000 PXC to offer higher betting limits.
Act fast if you want to grab a piece of the action before it's gone !

Please visit http://altdice.net/share.php for more informations.

---------------------------------------------------

I wish endless fun to players and the best of luck on http://pxc.altdice.net Smiley

Feel free to send a PM or Contact Us on the website whatever the reason. Feedbacks are always welcome !
