I think this coin should be passed over to proper, trusted and dedicated dev.
Having one of the main pools on a fork shows a lack of commitment from the dev and/or the team.
Pools are the "heartbeat" of a coin, that should be closely monitored and taken care of if an issue arises.
Also, the differences between the reality and what the OP claims are another sign of a dev that can't be trusted.
Otherwise, that coin has a lot of potential ! I'll be watching it.

I would advise you to start advertising your escrow service on thread where people are doing business.
Because you are starting, focus on the small deals and slowly build your trust over time.
Don't charge a fee, but mention that you accept tips.

Well, in the current Altdice version, it's a bit difficult to identify which bet is coming thanks to who... I don't see how I can easily implement an affiliate program. The game is fair. It takes the bet transaction ID and a secret key which is released every 24h to calculate your lucky number, so you can manually verify the lucky numbers you got. Provable fairness doesn't rely on time or any variables that can be taken advantage of, against the player. We still have that offchain dice game in the wires. It is not my #1 priority but we'll get there eventually sometime. It will have some nice features ! Altdice is here to stay and expand ! By the way, I would like to announce that Altdice is now exploited and maintained by a registered company. We'll add the legal mentions about it in the next few days to the website. |

Again, I asked monbux to escrow a deal I did with a dev. I sent 100% of the amount requested by the dev for the work to monbux (2 BTC). monbux asked me to provide full terms of the deal and conditions. i also gave him the Skype chat logs where I was talking with the dev. Finally, the dev didn't meet the criteria, and did about 10% of the work at the project deadline time. Dev wanted to release 50% of the escrow to keep working. It was him : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=684476.0Due to all this, I decided I don't want to be in business anymore with that dev, so monbux sent me my deposit back after I explained to him what was going on. In the end, I'm concerned because I provided all the designed HTML to that dev, so there's a version of my files somewhere in the wild. Thanks monbux for providing a reliable escrow service ! I think I'll ask you again to escrow my deals in the future |

Please send a transaction with an amount of coins between min bet and max bet to get some winnings if you're lucky oh yeah i can't wait! hey if anybody is interested in also betting altdice..their support takes up to 3 weeks to help you out if they decide to do that. but dont count on that happening. stay away from this place. that would be your best bet:) I was on a vacation break, in a foreign country. Prior to that, I was with family. Now I am restarting all the systems. Usually, I take care of bet related support requests on a daily basis. |
