I have been commissioned to provide a review for this service, and here're my observations: 1) It works as advertised for small amounts. I didn't risk a large amount of bitcoin, so I have no idea how much the service is capable of exchanging/obfuscating. 2) The UI is simple, and I find that to be a positive thing. I'm not concerned that there isn't much fanfare to the site. 3) There does seem to be a small trade penalty, at least according to the prices I observed at coinmarketcap at the time of the transactions.
More in depth review: The first thing I noticed when I tried to visit the site at work is that my company's firewall blocks it, claiming the security certificate is invalid: I was able to visit the site once I logged out of my company network, and the certificate appeared to be intact. I didn't dig too deep into this discrepancy, a task I may undertake in the future. I conducted two trades on the site, and was able to extract my litecoin both times. Both trades were for 0.0001 BTC. Both times I received about 1.5% less LTC than the price at CMC suggests. I didn't see the exchange rate published on the site which to an extent contradicts this claim: - Exchange rate: The coin swap only takes place with the rate you agree with.
Furthermore, 1.5% is a pretty small discrepancy and could merely be due to different exchanges being used to establish pricing. However, it could also be a contradiction of this claim: Withdrawing the LTC is pretty straight forward, and fees can be manually adjusted from 0.0001 to 0.001 LTC. The site does automatically suggest a fee, presumably offering the most efficient rate at the time. There's a feature that allows you to destroy the session once it's been completed, which I used after conducting the first trade. It appears to have worked, I was not able to restore that session after destroying it. Whether all the information pertaining to the session has actually been purged from the server I do not know. Something that obviously requires a level of trust.
What I would like to see: The site provides a bitcoin address to send your coins, but there is no letter of guarantee, or a signed message reassuring the sender that the service indeed owns the address. This is a safety measure that I believe would help establish legitimacy. I would also like to see the website's certificate issue fixed.

I just saw the edits you make to your original post I wondered what the topic " Needing a same day BTC loan of anything I can get for ~$10." did on my Watchlist. He seriously went from asking 2 BTC to asking $10! In other words: it doesn't matter how much he gets, and he'll take whatever he can. To be fair, he's asking for ~$95 (0.01 BTC,) but yeah, I see your point. The fact that he still thinks he's going to get anything is surprising. But, since he did apologize for stoking our ire I figured I'd give him the benefit of the doubt. To an extent, of course.

Edit: I just saw the edits you make to your original post, and now I feel sorry for you. That doesn't change the fact that you will not get a loan here, you simply do not qualify. Don't take it personally, that's just the way things are. As for our attitude toward your initial request; on a daily basis we witness new accounts asking for money with no reputation, and offering nothing that will guarantee compensation in case of default. Your's was more outlandish than most. I would prefer directly to wallet but if in the end I have to go through a site, please inform me if I have to deposit more cash into it before I can withdraw.
Never, and I do mean never send money to site that claims you'll get more in return. All of them, and I do mean all of them are scams.

Sweet! Is that Solidworks? Yes it is. I actually prefer Autodesk Inventor, but SW is what I have available through work. I must admit it's growing on me, it works pretty darn good. I used Mastercam to create mine although all the models that I program at work on MC are imported from Solidworks. I like your knurled edge. After seeing yours I got the idea to "cheat" mine with just lines. Also I like how you embossed rather than engraved. I actually thought about that after I machined mine. (20/20 hindsight, lol) Weird thing is, I found that after polishing, when I hold the coin up at a certain angle in the light, my brain actually interprets the engraving as raised embossed letters. Good luck with your creation.Cool stuff. MC is by far my favorite CAM package. It's been a while since I've programmed CNC on a daily basis, these days I'm working with plastic injection molds, and mostly on the design side. That's probably why I defaulted towards the "embossed" design vs. the relieved cuts. Half dozen in one, six in the other. I like the physical aspects of yours vs. the virtual aspects of mine. I have manual machines at home (Monarch 10ee and a Bridgeport,) but I can't justify using the CNCs at work for G-Jobs. Despite all of my years of experience the tool room guys still freak out when they see an engineer touching the machines, lol.

Enter your transaction hash into one of the many blockchain explorers, I like blockchair.com. Find your recieving address, then make sure it's listed in the address tab of your Electrum wallet. You can search for your address by hitting Ctrl+F.

I have a feeling Stedsm is misinterpreting the "decaying" of sMerit, and what it means.
For every Merit point you earn, you only have 1/2 of an sMerit to give away. For example: if suchmoon gives you 4 merits for a post, you will have two sMerit to give away. If you choose to give those merits to Foxpup, she will have 1 sMerit to give away. If she gives it a newbie who's never earned a merit before, he'll have to wait until he is awarded another before he has 1 sMerit to give away.
That's the "decaying" effect currently in place. It doesn't mean that your sMerit will go away if you don't spend them. They will be there for ever, but they don't do anybody any good in that state.

I'll volunteer to review, but I won't send first, not even a dollar. This is a new service promoted by a new account. It may seem silly to attempt to scam 0.0001 BTC, but that's not the point. It's definitely a noble effort on DiamondCardz part, but realistically there's no verbiage that will make a borrower pay back once he determines to not to. There's no verbiage that will cause a lender to furnish the loan once collateral has been sent. There's no verbiage that will prevent a scammer from abandoning his account once he's chosen to scam. As for contracts; they are worthless unless we can identify to "the courts" those who've breached it. In it's infancy the culture of crypto adopted the acceptance of anonymity. That's unlikely to change in the foreseeable future. Even if it's abated at some point, it'll never completely go away. It's an ingrained part of why crypto exists. As it is, the best we can do is red-tag the anonymous account of a borrower that doesn't pay back a loan, or a lender that doesn't return collateral (or doesn't furnish the loan once collateral has been sent.) As a lender I've issued many non-collateralized loans, for which I must be willing to assume the risks involved. If a borrower sends collateral to a lender (even a "trusted," yet anonymous third-party escrow agent) he must also assume the risks involved. Both parties should know these risks before entering into such arrangements. I realize that being fair, patient, and generous are more likely to prevent me from being scammed than all the words in my terms of service. We're all human, we run into unforeseen circumstances, lenders and borrowers alike. The best we can hope for a contract to accomplish is to establish the guidelines for amounts, duration, interests, and repayment. Only those who intend to will honor the contract, and any who intend not to will not. Regardless of how many mediation clauses you include in your contracts, that's not going to change.

If you are using physical collateral is it expected to be at a higher % than if crypto backed collateral is used?
Regards
Not necessarily, but unless we're talking about precious metals at spot price, the value of physical goods can be subjective. Collectibles are a prime example; not everyone has the means, knowledge, or time to sell collectibles for their highest potential value. So the lender may choose to apply a much lower value to the collectibles if they are used as collateral. In the event the borrower defaults on the loan the lender can sell them for below top-tier pricing, and is likely to recover his losses much sooner. Each lender has his policies, some won't accept physical collateral at all. It's also worth noting that this is a global forum. The locations of the lender and borrower might make physical collateral impractical. In your case, since you've already indicated your intent to sell your collectibles, no one is likely to accept them as collateral for a loan. The rational is that since you've already attempted to sell them, you are very likely to take the loan and abandon the collateral with the lender.

Kinda bummed about that tool mark on the right side of inner circle. That's where the tool plunged at the start of circular cuts. Try ramping into the cut, start at Z 0.0, then add your Z depth to a quarter arc G2 (or G3) code line. The thing looks gorgeous anyway, I never did mind tooling marks when they don't get in the way of function. Industrial art, baby!
I'm calling BS on this: Been making portrait of suspected bitcoin creator DORIAN NAKAMOTO It looks like you took this photo and ran some digital effects on it to make it look like a charcoal drawing. Hell, my phone's camera app will do it. I'm finding it hard to believe that the same person who drew such life-like eyes did such a shitty job on the bitcoin ring. Sorry, not buying it.
