what is everyone's opinion of joining the campaign? I wouldn't. Even if they aren't a scam, there sure are a lot of accusations. They kind of give me that ponzi vibe. Maybe they're merely incompetent, or possibly a combination. I wouldn't want to promote that, certainly not for pennies. I follow Yobit because I have some shitcoins there, and I see peoples are still accusing them of this & that on TG but no response for them. So it's still the old Yobit, nothing has changed. Their reputation is ruined, and it's largely because of their lack of customer support. It seems like they pick and choose which issues to address. Perhaps the way to deal with this would be to report shitposts to the campaign managers (either self-proclaimed ones here or to someone on Yobit) and if they don't take action, which they most likely won't, then report it to moderators as "low effort incentivized spamming" with proof of the above. I know it's a complicated two-step process but if that works then perhaps the whole campaign can be shitcanned if it's proven that they don't control it, instead of fighting thousands of individual posts. Or if I'm wrong and they do control it and kick the abusers out of the campaign - good too.
Sounds like a plan. I'd say it's fair to go a step further and red-tag those extreme shitposters. Maybe if a some others see the effects of incessant shitposting they'll clean up their act. Shhhh... Alas you've broken the code. Oops, please excuse my transgression. BTW, safety meeting in the garage in 5 minutes.

Reply 10,000. I'm reporting this post for off-topic, spamming, trolling, and just because I'm bored. j/k

Hey Loyce, any chance you can calculate the average earned merit of the Yobit campaign participants? Purely to satisfy my curiosity. Side note we could happily send packages of Oregano back and forth while making others jelly.
Oregano? Who the fuck smokes oregano? I thought we were talking about Marijuana. BTW, I'm from NorCal; our flowering plants with psychotropic properties are the envy of the galaxy.

Remember when you told me that half your nastymining income was going to personal expenses?
Oh shit, I nearly fell out of my chair laughing. All NastyMining's mined coins are mined directly to the NastyFans donation address. I literally never touch them until I receive a distribution for my shares that I purchased with my own BTC. This is all public and provable. I guess you're escalating the lies you're telling now? You can see I'm even mining on a 3rd party and everything is public on the blockchain, so... I guess we can watch as Vod's lies escalate in a pathetic attempt to receive retaliatory feedback so he doesn't look like such an immature pathetic individual. Sorry. Bathe in your regret Vod. Well, that's all wonderful and nice, but do you remember when you told me that half your nastymining income was going to personal expenses? Now now, boys. Semantics; Maybe OgNasty did say half of his NastyMining income is going to personal expenses, but that's not the same thing as half of NastyMining's income going to OgNasty's personal expenses.

~I'm not saying this is great news for the forum if they're restarting their campaign, because their last one contained some of the worst shitposters imaginable and they would accept anyone with a beating heart and working thumbs. The campaigners were almost as bad as the ones in Secondstrade (remember them?).
How did they compare to Stake.com? I wasn't around for the Yobit fiasco, but I've read enough to concluded it was a shitshow. I'm wondering if it's allowed to manage a Bitcointalk.org sig campaign off site like this. I don't see any rules that it would effectively break, but it seems like a way to avoid some accountability. BTW actmyname, can you pass me some of what you're smoking?
I'll be over here on The Pharmacist's left hand side.

On 4/16, I purchased BTC from CEX.IO, and had the funds transferred into my Electrum wallet. Once the funds arrived, I opened my other Electrum wallet, clicked on receive to get a receiving address, scanned the QR Code, and sent all funds from one wallet to the other. When checking the receiving wallet, the address that was generated is not in my address list, and I am showing on block explorer the transaction has 389 confirmations. I have spent hours trying to locate the missing funds, and have not been able to. https://www.blockchain.com/btc/address/1N14wnnyHZdkET9yej4BGptSFc448kykFmTo answer your questions: What OS are you using ? Linux Ubuntu 18.04 What version of electrum are you using ? 3.3.4 Did you verify the signature of the file you have downloaded (to make sure you have the REAL electrum) ? YES Is electrum synced (green / red circle at the bottom right) ? YES Does your wallet contain the private key to the address you have posted ? I have checked all my Electrum wallets with the ismine command, and all results came back FALSE. Any kind of assistance anybody can give me is greatly appreciated! That's really weird, sorry to hear about your troubles. What about this address: 1Bvb4zY6jnZMhDKY9F74eQeN1YCXo83uzN, is it a change address in your first wallet? The only thing I can think of is that maybe you had an error with your camera when you scanned the QR code, or maybe you had another window open with a different QR code that the camera picked up. A little dirt on your monitor or the camera lens could screw up your QR code as well. I always double check my addresses, even when scanning a QR code. According to the answers you gave to our predicted questions, it seems you have a secure set up with the real, safe version of Electrum. The address that's housing your funds is stagnant, it doesn't seem like one used by a scammer. If the address isn't yours I think your funds may be lost for ever.

Pretty sad...
Couldn't agree more. You will probably never have made such an easy 20%; in your life.
I've already earned that much from my sig campaign this week. It was pretty easy and I didn't have to risk anything.

Will marcotheminer... disappear quietly with the 0.05 BTC 1 (6.3%) troll everyone on the way out 1 (6.3%) repay it late and borrow again 11 (68.8%) repay it late, never borrow again [...] 1 (6.3%) repay it on time 1 (6.3%) not find anyone to lend to him 1 (6.3%)
68% of us (me included) guessed right. I'm switching it up this time, though; I don't think he'll find anyone greedy enough to lend to him. Realistically, I wouldn't put it past him to take the BTC0.04, and leave all this harassment behind.

Here is my record of events. I have linked most of my statements to un-edited posts for referenced. ~ On March 14th, I had decided to take offers on the diced.io domain to: This is a problem. Even if you're communication was clear, you didn't edit your OP. You were looking for a loan with Diced.io as collateral, while simultaneously asking for offers to sell it outright. I noticed this at the time, but I didn't think you were trying to pull a fast one. On March 27, I closed the lending thread since I no longer wanted a loan but rather wanted to sell for $1500 USD (as referenced above) That's another issue. You didn't lock the thread. Again, I noticed this discrepancy, and thought that it could lead to trouble. I almost warned you about, I don't remember what distracted me or why I chose not to. On March 27, I created a sale thread for $1500 USD for the diced.io domain, after experiencing that no one was willing to fill the $1000 loan, while still believing in the domains value: Domain: diced.io Price: $1500 USD Registrar: Namecheap Registered since: 14 August 2018 Godaddy Estimation: $992 USDFreevaluator.com Estimation: $6800 USD Perfect if you are looking to run your own dice site in the near future, or looking to barter with a planned or upcoming casino. Darkstar_ can escrow the sale. I'll pay the fees. Price slightly negotiable. The time stamp on your posts show that you posted the sale ad before you posted the notice in your loan thread. And again, you didn't lock your loan thread after changing your strategy. I would like to hear your judgement so I can see what exactly I did here that deemed me from a normal trader to an untrustworthy trader. I do believe there has been a confusion with dates that has factored into your trust rating but of course I can not know for sure.
Thank you
Once again, I didn't think you were up to anything nefarious. But, you were bouncing different strategies around the forum, being indecisive. I think the thing that got you tagged was the fact that you neglected to lock the thread with your loan request after posting that you were looking for offers to sell the domain. I didn't tag you, but I can see why Vod did. It wouldn't be out of the realm of possibilities to put up that domain as collateral and then skip out on the loan. To be honest I have no idea what makes anyone think that domain is worth what you claim, but I'm no expert. None the less, I view your request as quite risky, and would not lend you the amount you requested based on the collateral you offered.

It's the same pattern that is happening to every new user.
I was a new user just one year ago, I'd like to submit my account as Exhibit A in the pile of evidence that you're full of shit.

While exploring the forum I found a thread of DT2 trust abuse where one of DT1 member made his alt into DT2 member and sending positive feedback to each other account which is clearly an abuse of DT power, somehow it caught into the eyes of other members so now they were out of DT system. You're mistaken about the issue to which you've linked as an example. Neither of the alts were on DT1, but one was on DT2. Each account left positive feedback for the other, not disclosing that the accounts were linked. So, your suggested resolution would have done nothing to prevent that scenario. I don't think we should have any rank requirements for inclusion on DT1. Using many sock puppets to vote for another sock puppet is not likely to go away, but it's pretty easy to detect. The system has shown it can filter it's self rather quickly once abuse has been noticed.

Almost a year have what is the condition of the project now? People, who invested are you happy with your coins or regret it?
I gotta say, this project is looking better than ever! Only 14 days to go before the presale starts. I'm pretty pumped about it. No doubt HoweyCoins are going to have a transformative effect on the future of ICOs. Totally agree. This project made me to and sign up there. Looking forward to seeing it exceed the expectations. All the best. I totally disagree. My expectations for this coin would be impossible to exceed because they are so excessive. Only 14 more days of waiting, but I know it'll feel like forever.

i hope just you don't have to be in my position at any point in your lifetime Each and ever one of us has had their back against the wall at one point or another. Hell, even rich folks have money issues, their's just include more zeros. But, most of us aren't begging from strangers, attempting to scam strangers, threatening suicide to strangers, or turning to crime... We get a job, sell our material possessions, adjust our life style, or in worst case scenarios we seek help from family or friends. If you are truly in need, and this isn't an attempt to sell a used camera for 2.5x it's value, then I'm sure you can come up some options that don't included suicide. Best of luck. anyway - you can close this topic You can lock this thread yourself, scroll down to the bottom of the page, there's a link on the left.

Your used camera is worth about $195, maybe less. You're asking for about $525. Most lenders require the value of collateral to equal 120% of the loan amount. Even if you could find someone to accept your camera as collateral, they're only likely to lend you BTC0.03.

even though he hasn't been her for 5 days.
I wouldn't bet on that. He probably bought an account is laying low to keep it enrolled in a sig campaign. Just a hunch.

There's almost nothing you can do. Your funds are probably gone but you should ask if they are able to add 2FA to accounts (such as the secret key for google authenticator) as this will stop this issue from occuring and a random key on your phone with a label you've given it will be a lot more secure than just using a username and password. Also don't use your normal password again and if your password was less than about 12 characters then it's too weak.
Bitblender does have a 2FA feature, it uses PGP. To enable it you upload your public PGP key to their server, and every time you log in they give you a one-time-use password that's encrypted with your PGP key. @OP, sorry for your loss. It sounds like you got phished. You should probably enable 2FA and bookmark the link to the real site in your tor browser.
