Added two (2) new projects on the list. There seems to be lots of DeFi related scam nowadays so I urge everyone to exercise care and caution before investing into similar projects. Be careful, everyone!

Right now I am not tagging them nor supporting the flag. Which flag? The point is that these names of the domains are pretty similar and we are lacking information to confirm but suggest the fact that there are very well run by the same scammers. While we are finding SiteNo1>copied to SiteNo2>copied to SiteNo3 - What we did is flagNTag SiteNo2 for copying from SiteNo1. But SiteNo1 is already a scam so that does not make it legitimate at all. In other words, these sites are all scams. No idea where they got the original template from, but basing on the fact that neither ICOs nor DeFi tokens are legal securities, we can flagNtag all of them. Woops sorry about that! I actually deleted the flag and edited the focus on the scam accusation to YFIZ Finance instead of XFinance. Im not entirely sure if Xfinance is entirely genuine, but just to be safe, I deleted the flag on the thread. |

I understand that they may have purchased the template elsewhere but you can check the contents of the website that it copied it from that source that I posted. In my opinion, I think it's enough reason for me to conclude that it its intent is to scam and take advantage of people, but you are right. Let's hear the opinion of others just to be sure!

Surely, both projects used the same template for the website. As far as I know, the template should buy from some provider, so if they have bought this template then they have the right to use all the contents belong to the template. I am not sure if in this case, we should call them a plagiariser. If you found something on the whitepaper then it's a matter of concern. But definitely, I don't like such as projects who have been using a direct template and don't have the ability to modify it. For me, simply I will not trust them with a penny.

There is an ongoing scam accusation made by me due to the contents of your Whitepaper having been plagiarized from three (3) sources, namely: Sinovatechain, APIS, and Next.Exchange's Whitepaper. Thank you very much for creating this accusation against them! Unfortunately, they did fail to respond to my allegation and they deserve to be be flagged for plagiarizing its content. Good research and team work from you and @qwertyup23, so I am supporting the flag. Scam Accusations section is sadly getting full with new posts and I can't manage to read and examine all the scams  It is actually sad that there has been a proliferation of a number of scams each day. It is relatively difficult to start to look for legit and genuine projects out there but with a number of people contributing to this thread, I can see that we are at least helping, in our own way, to make this forum cleaner and safer! |

Bottom line: Suspect everything in the cryptocurrency space other than Bitcoin to be a scam.  That sums it up nicely. It is interesting to see that Rfinance made their first announcement thread week ago. First they hired someone to do it for them, but when they were busted for plagiarism by @AhmandM in [WARNING] RFinance (RFI) Plagiarized Website Contents , OP of that thread naturally deleted it. So what else will scammers do than open a new one as they don't really care about reputation. For them it's rinse and repeat business anyway, where they churn out new scammy projects one after the another. It cost them very little time and money, while profits are huge. Oops I did not realize that Ahmad already posted an accusation on this project. I'll be locking this thread now to prevent any further damage. I am very sorry but I did not realize that Ahmad posted an accusation against this project before. Thank you, I'll be locking this thread now. |
