41  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: New coin are scam nowadays on: August 25, 2018, 02:39:21 PM
Hello, I am new in this forum but not new in cryptocurrencies,  I started trading cryptocurrency in 2016 and my first cryptocurrency I bought that time is vergecurrency and other penny coin. And I returned my money in bundle because they have good tech and very good team..So early this year I noticed that a lot of coin is now scam and failed promises. So please if you want to buy any coin don't go to coinmarketcap only because coinmarketcap can list any coin without verifying it well, just go to their telegram group and ask questions I think this can help you stay away from scam coin...

I disagree. There are a lot of new coins with great potential.
The only problem with new emerging coins is the rough start it usually experience but that's normal or mayve because new emerging coins are usually have the same concept like other coins created from the past. This is why sometimes it is difficult to trade.
42  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Airdrops and Bounties useful? on: August 24, 2018, 05:56:58 PM
Are Airdrops and Bounties really leading to a successful coin? There are so many out there this time.
Or are they mostly shitcoins, disappear or using your emails for phishing?
Have you ever participate to one with high profit? How long was wait for that?
I think most of them are just bullshit and time wasting and not worth putting some effort in.

Yeah, why not. Its good profit. Though profits you gain are quite small. I think its a legit way to earn coins. The most important thing you'll have to do is to be willing to wait and to accept the possibility of gaining non-valuable tokens. I really believe its worth the effort especially tokens received from bounty campaigns.
43  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it safe to invest all my savings in cryptocurrencies on: August 24, 2018, 05:52:43 PM
Am thinking of investing my savings instead keeping it in the bank,is cryptocurrency a wise choice?

Of course not, maybe invest half and keep the remaining money into the outside world. Maybe start a business, that way you can easily get the money whenever you needed it.
44  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Invest in altcoins today or maybe later? on: August 24, 2018, 05:30:28 PM
Base on what I observed,  since market turns red and I think this the best way to invest in altcoins because I’am positive enough it will go up sooner when bullrun hits the mark this bear months. Do you also plan to HODL coins for so long? Your ideas are pleasurably accepted and do you agree to invest now or maybe later?

Patience is one of the most important key factor in achieving great profits and success here in the crypto industry, crypto users must understand that alt coins possesses great potential of gaining huge profits and now is a great time to invest while a lot of alt coins are currently low in value.
45  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Never Give Up on Your Dreams on: August 24, 2018, 05:23:08 PM
Hi Guys
A heavy road often leads to great success. The most
important thing is not give up and do not be discouraged by
numerous obstacles that will appear because it is inevitable.

Yes, I absolutely agree. Its true. The absence of failure won't lead you to success. Many successful people with prominent reputations underwent through trials and rejections but the most important thing is that they got up even though they've been beaten many times.
That's how success can be achieve, the moment you accepted defeat and once again get up and fight for it all over again.
I believe that's how winning is done.
46  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What will happen to all other coins if,bitcoin will die? on: August 24, 2018, 05:16:01 PM
In my own observation on these past few months,if the bitcoin price in the market goes down, all other coins are also down. Other coins will remain,if bitcoin's totally died?

Any opinion please!...

I think its quite the contrary, I do believe that whatever was causing Bitcoin's value to drop is only temporary and by the time it reach the month where demands of Bitcoin is expected to increase then that i believe is the moment where Bitcoin's value will once again soar high. The most important thing we could do for now is to remain calm and extend our patience a little bit. Don't worry Bitcoin won't die. Im sure about that. Simply because it already established its great reputation to handle every crisis. Including situations like these. Im pretty sure that we will see some changes in this remaining months of this year. Maybe a bull market.
47  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How bad are ICOs this year? on: August 24, 2018, 05:06:19 PM
News headline says "76% of This Year’s ICOs Are Already Under Water"  and most of these are ICOs launched at the first quarter of this year.
If you’re going to invest in an ICO, then, the message is clear: be selective, choose blockchain projects over anything else and make sure you get into the pre-sale. Otherwise, you’ll be wasting your time and your ethereum.

Watch out folks!  Grin

https://news.bitcoin.com/76-of-this-years-icos-are-already-under-water/?utm_source=OneSignal%20Push&utm_medium=notification&utm_campaign=Push%20Notifications

Yes i think i may agree with that. In fact, last year was a blast.
The problem this year is that we are experiencing obvious drought in ICO.
Maybe because investments this year dropped compare last year or maybe this is just ordinary. We'll never know until we get to the last month of 2018. Until then, let's just hope its not too late to invest in an ICO and more importantly let's remain calm and pray it will somehow change for the better.
48  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Where do you store your tokens? on: August 24, 2018, 04:59:38 PM
Hey guys, where do you store your tokens? On your ethereum wallet or on an exchange, or maybe you store your tokens somewhere else? Give me some recommendations, where my tokens will be in complete safety?

I usually kept my tokens from my wallet through myetherwallet(MEW). There are other ways where you can store your tokens, one example is to put it through exchanges.
However, always remember that the safety of your tokens rest within your own hands. Always be vigilant, avoid malicious sites and more importantly always think twice before entering and accepting foreign invitations through spam.
49  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why do you sell your coins? on: August 18, 2018, 08:55:34 AM
Do you sell because of the rise/deep in the market, or do you sell because you actually needed the money and not because of the deep/rise of the price, or you're the type that just jumps in pick some profits and jump out?
I am a long term holder of altcoins. I sell my tokens (both alts and bitcoin) when I am broke, and when I need some money. I don't sell because there is a deep in the market, I sell because I need to. So, what about you?

I sell my coins, simply because this was the entire purpose of being oart of the crypto industry, its to gain good profits through short or long term Investments. It will only depend on your desire to sell if its the right moment or not.
50  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: altcoins which is good today to buy on: August 18, 2018, 08:33:32 AM
right now I want to buy altcoins, but I am still confused to choose a lot of his altcoins on the exchange, in your opinion, which altcoins is the best thing right now for me to buy?

There are alt coins with great potential like Eos, Neo,Xmr, Xrp and Ltc. Its just a matter of time before these coins could grow exponentially and its also great for a long term investment.
51  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ETH is now dying, what do you think? on: August 18, 2018, 08:07:19 AM
Crypto market is been red for last 3 months. Everyone has lost money. What do you think?

It will eventually recover, I'm quite sure about that.
Its just, many people are easily confused and they panic instead of being calm and just let the red market status just pass.
FUD are among things why this is happening and from my own perspective this a normal cycle of the market and it will gradually increase once again by the end of the year.
52  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why so many bounty campaign are extending? on: August 18, 2018, 07:57:27 AM
Due to lot of scammed ICO more investors lost their interest investing in ICO. Success rate of ICO decreased that is why bounty campaign period nowadays are extending. Do you agree?

ICO's were probably extending simply because they haven't achieved their target sale yet and they need to fullfill their desired capital.
As a result, they extended their bounty campaigns.
53  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The reason why everything is down! on: August 18, 2018, 07:21:59 AM
Many people in the crypto industry doesn't realize the market was being manipulated by these whales for the past few years until today. Because they possessed huge quantities of coins, the market's been easily affected and the price was basically going down or going up, depending on what they desire to happen. Another reason is a lot of crypto users were in a panic state because of the red market's status, and there was FUD happening and its causing them to sell their tokens for a low price and as a result, it was being bought by these whales and sell them for a high price.
54  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: BITCOIN vs ETH ? Your thoughts? on: August 18, 2018, 07:06:31 AM
Both are great investments.
Its just that bitcoin is the first digital coin created while ethereum was developed with advanced blockchain technology features.
I prefer both. However, i believe  Bitcoin is more profitable than ethereum it is currently the highest digital coin in the market today.
55  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Crypto Market all RED today. I am so scared on: August 18, 2018, 06:55:52 AM
BTC $5800
ETH $395
NEO $29
BTC $23
XRP $0.48
...
I lost 70% of my investment. WTF is going on?? I am really scared.
Does this real the bubble will explode in 2018?
Please give some advices.
Thank you so much!

You have to understand that this is just normal and it i'm quite sure that this is only temporary. First, You must remain calm and just hold your tokens for a while, whatever the reasons of market's red status, im pretty confident that this will pass, on the the contrary, this might be a great opportunity to buy Bitcoin at a lower price and i'm quite sure that its value will once again recover or probably surpass its highest value ever recorded.
56  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: BTC or ETH in 2018 on: August 11, 2018, 05:13:53 PM
Bitcoin or Ethereum, Which of these coins will rule in 2018?

I think both. But, most people prefer Bitcoin simply because it has the highest digital coin value in the market right now and a lot alt coins depend only in Bitcoin while Ethereum has much lower coin value compared to Bitcoin.
57  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Invest in Ethereum on: August 11, 2018, 04:52:08 PM
Hello.

do you think it's a good time to invest in Ethereum?

Yes, of course its great to invest on Ethereum today and grab the opportunity to buy Ethereum at a low price. Im quite confident that it will regain its previous value and maybe it will skyrocket by the end of this year.
58  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Time to move to BTC on: August 11, 2018, 03:48:30 PM
I think to have a bull market up-coming is the best way to move all the money that you have in altcoins to bitcoin, because with market dominance of Bitcoin the market will go green, and the bull run with start, as far as I am concerned from the previous experience of the bull run more than 55% bitcoin was dominant in the market.
Suggestions?

Its true, I also believe this is the right moment to invest on Bitcoin and grab the opportunity of buying bitcoin at six thousand dollars.
Im pretty sure that by the end of this year Bitcoin will surely increase its value exponentially.
59  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I lost 80% of my bitcoins in alts, What can I do now?! on: August 11, 2018, 03:19:51 PM
Hey there

In june & July I bought Digibyte & Stratis & Siacoin with all my bitcoins, till now I lost almost 80%

What can I do, HOLD or Sell or What!

You should probably just hold. The damage is already done and you have no choice but to accept this unfortunate situation.
Just hold for a few months then maybe you'll eventually get lucky and hope for a bull run.
60  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you join ICOs that requires KYC? on: August 10, 2018, 07:36:44 PM
Do any of you participate in ICOs that requires KYC (Know your Customer). We actually experienced this one on exchanges but how about in partipating in ICOs or just even in airdrop that requires KYC.

I think it depends as for me as they are many scams as well just getting your information. In some instances, we can be blind sometimes, mkay? I really do not join airdrops if it requires too needy to get your personal information.

I believe some people are not cautious as long as they can join airdrops. How about you? What are your thoughts about KYC in ICOS?

Yes, i do experienced joining in an ICO that has requirements to fill-up a KYC form. Typically, they would say its for AML (Anti-Money Laundering Act) purposes against fraud and probably its their strategy to catch alternate accounts that might be a part of their bounty campaign.
However, i also read somewhere that this KYC are being used to steal identities of others by Hackers probably for their evil purposes. Unless we remained vigilant and we make sure that the ICO we joined was a legit one then its ok to have a KYC requirements.
