quite sad, i saw a message from the dev in telegram that they only get 29eth so far. I hope they could advertise this project more and be aggressive on it because if people don't know arena no one will invest on it  Cry
really? i think you are right, they should hire marketing personnel in order to advertise this ICO properly or they should join some gathering to introduce this more to the public, i hope they can catch up soon and reach soft cap before ico ends.
it's too early to judge ico, maybe they are in the process of talks with big investors. who knows one day the funds already reach soft cap. just stay tune guys Smiley

we don't know yet but it is only estimated, arena space has just yet started who knows if they are having communication with big investors. all we can do to help is advertise it and keep bumping this thread with thread-worthy comments to make investors invest in this project.

if arena space try to build a park in philippines, this will make a job to everyone. they will need a staff that will take care of every customer that will visit and play on the park. i hope they will..Roll Eyes

if you backread a part about building an arena park in philippines, there is so much to talk about it and if ever we will come to that, they will be helping more filipinoes to have an opportunity for a job.

I am interested to what kind or type of devices that will be used in these amusment parks, how they work. I seen the videos of some VR gadgets and have tried one also, they are really impressive and entertaining. There are so many gadgets in development like the augmented reality which is also fun. Is there anyone that knows the specific devices that Arena space is using? or Is it a secret, Im just being curious.

There are some devices using in the parks:
PS4
Oculus Rift CV1
HTC Vive
HTC Vive VR cube (for one or two persons)
Samsung GearVR 2 + Samsung S6
VR Autosimulator, SKALA and Paraplane VR
You can also watch the video to see how it works - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YlMLBxArxWc
Is there some of your devices were going to be sale?

I need to consult my colleagues to give you an answer. I will return later and comment on this.
Everything I know is that equipment rent is possible

Some devices from Samsung, Homido, HTC and Fibrum are already availiable to buy at the park's territory

A little refinement:
There's a partnership with this companies
the main product is HTC Vive
Thanks admin/devs for answering. So we can buy in the park's territory only those some devices and gadgets?
You are right. Also soon it may be possible to buy them online.
Agreed, someday it is going to buy through online. Ok buddy thanks! Good to have you in this thread, now it's clear in my mind.
Thank you for the information, its great that the developers are giving these kind of information, it just shows that they are not just in for the money, they are more like ambassadors of new technology. Technology is not to be kept and made a profit, but its to be shared to everyone to get to the next step which is the further development of technology that would benefit all. I appreciate what you do and you have my support .
it's nice to know that in arena space there's a lot of equipment to use.. Having Ps4 in park? How exciting but i think the main atraction here is the HTC vr.. Hopefully they can develop a park that can play for many person or park like a battlefield for counter strike.. That's cool right?
You are right.
Our original interactive products include:
-Full Immersion VR - the system of complete immersion into virtual reality, enriched wit ha variety of content - VR shooting ranges, VR quests, labyrinths. VR worlds (rated 18+) capable of servicing 1-50 people in the same zone (optimally, 6-10 people).
-SKALA - an original combination of a climbing wall and a videogame.
-Digital avatar in full control of the actor, reflecting their every movement and facial expression.
Also, for example, is preparing a new VR attraction – Robot simulator.  (https://www.instagram.com/p/Bat3luJhUh4/?taken-by=arenaspaceico)

this Arena Space is a huge playground of virtual technology, so expect that we can not just use one thing.  but they prepare for more attraction to make more experience to us. and thank you for all updates and coordination.
Do they have some stuff toys or any souvenirs right there? Just asking, cause I think their facilities and games is excellent . Me and my friends expect more souvenirs to purchase when visiting the famous Arena Space.

I need to consult my colleagues to give you an answer. I will return later and comment on this.

It is allowed to use are own mobile inside arena by putting it on vr?and if that allowed it woud be great because you have some saved games in your mobile

You can rent a helmet and use your own devices. About using own mobile inside arena I need to consult my colleagues to give you an answer. I will return later and comment on this.

If this happens, the park will be overcrowded, right? People will be grouping up and just rent a VR helmet and will take the most of the space from people who are playing inside the park.

If that is your suggestion, then arena space won't be building parks instead but manufacture a type of VR helmet to actually experience VR if they can easilly install mobile games to experience VR.

I just ask how young can this VR amusement park be? Do you have a child's limited ability to use your technology?
I think they will have that. but for us to be the user's of Virtual reality we need to be careful. and for all the children who want to use that.
I think all parks/amusement parks have their own guidelines. So maybe they have an age limit for every place or games you are going to try inside the Arena.
It depends on what games you are going to play or join. Yes age limit must be implemented in every games for safety precaution.

That is correct! In addition, individuals should disclose if they have any medical condition so that they can only be admitted if their health permits them. Also, age is an important qualifier like those in the movie house, children of certain age cannot enter a certain attraction since it is not appropriate for their age and understanding.

ofcourse, there must be an age limit when it comes in playing games. there should be games restricted for the kids, there should be games that needs parental guidance.

If vr park will launch here in the ph what is security cause here in philippines have a lot of kidnapers and in vr most of surely will play is kids

ofcourse, that's really the target market, kids. all parents want to enjoy the child even once of the vr experience.

about the security of the park for vr in Philippines, we will be needing to study the place where we would build the park. Mostly in a populated place to ensure to target their target market.

Im very excited to try this VR and reality games. Indeed, this project really very enjoyable and interesting. Hope to start this project here in the Philippines.
yah youre right, this is really interesting and exciting. hope that some rich business man here in phillipines invest in arena space, so they can build here also..
I'm hoping too, that some business man, will combine there money to get affiliate Vr parks here in Philippines if that will happen its more fun in the Philippines, lets keep support Vr parks!

we all look forward to having this in the Philippines, but let's face the reality that we can't have it here because of so many issues. let's focus on where we can more effectively offer VR.

I hope that we will also have an arena space here in the Philippines, Im sure that it will be enjoyed by people who are young or old it will be an awesome family bonding to all of the Filipinos.
i agree on that, because me and my friends are gamers to. and for sure we will enjoy if we try this kind of VR games.
even if you're not a gamer I'm sure that you'll enjoy it because it's not just for gamers like us even when kids or adults can enjoy this kind of park.
I agree, for example I'm not a computer game player then I see VR TECHNOLOGY I was wondering why its players are happy and it's starting to get my attention to try and play it.
Even when you're not playing a computer games you are absolutely enjoy that VR Technology.
Computer games is different from playing VR technology because in VR you can experience realistic game.
they say that you are the character you played. so very nice of these virtual reality games. sometimes it seems like you just have to laugh and see the game you played. It would be nice if you were the character in the game you wanted.
Yes, and imagine that your enemy is your friends. I can not wait anymore to try this kind of entertainment it's so interesting.
Its great that having arena space it will improve the friendship. Besides more memories and experience will make in this kind of project.

sometimes too much love on playing might actually make you find a true love in the game.

im not saying that this is for a gamers only.i know that this activity are good for all people regardless if gamers or not.because there are many activities that you can do inside the arena space.

Yep, even if you're not a gamer it's okay. Being a gamer is a small advantage on beating/enjoying the game. But the whole VR experience itself is quite synonymous in the word 'fun.' It doesn't matter if you don't play well or understand it. But if you obtain the right amount of fun, then that's it.

the point here is the experience of the user of how will VR satisfy them compared to other games/park.

50  Local / Pilipinas / Re: Btc price on: November 17, 2017, 05:45:45 PM
may nabasa ako about india na nagsarado or binanned na ata nila ang bitcoin doon. im not sure kung guillable ang nabasa ko pero kung hindi nagsarado ang bitcoin sa india (i dont want to spread fake news. this is all i know. correct me if im wrong), hindi lang siguro 8k yan, baka beyond our expectation pa.
52  Local / Others (Pilipinas) / Re: Newbie Welcome Thread on: November 15, 2017, 05:44:20 PM
Huh Huh

People preach about respect yet are so hypocritical in their actions and behaviour. And they continue to follow this path, blissfully unaware of the wrongs and relationships they destroy along the way. Being too close minded to thinking that they are always right. But they have not yet explored outside their selfish bubble of the innocent act that they have created. They don’t give you a chance to others and unforeseen consequences; in the open and behind closed doors.
54  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Do you trust the United States of America? on: November 15, 2017, 04:37:32 PM
like every country there has it own conspiracy and secrets. we might know thats theres a news who manipulate us and play dirty tricks to spice the nation. united states is the most powerful country that can play many people in their hands but be wise to play the game.
55  Other / Politics & Society / Re: what is the definition of success? on: November 15, 2017, 03:03:45 PM
Success is within the mind of the individual. A large portion of ones life is spent working to become successful. People are told throughout childhood to work hard so they can grow up and make lots of money. But success takes many different forms. Different people have different interpretations of what success means to them. For some, success is measured by social status and wealth; for others success is determined only by the amount of happiness one feels but for me success is being free.
56  Other / Off-topic / Re: Would you kill your own children if God commanded you to? on: November 15, 2017, 08:42:53 AM
No. I won't listen to God. My son/daughter is everything to me. Why would I kill him/her if with just a blink of his eye, he could kill someone? I'd rather rot in hell than killing my own kin.
57  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Supermarket Accept Bitcoin on: November 14, 2017, 06:05:13 PM
now that bitcoin appears, it's sad to say that they have not used bitcoin for payment but it's not too far to happen to those exposed to the world market, like the 1st country. There are still many who do not believe in virtual money here.
58  Other / Politics & Society / Re: impact of social media on: November 14, 2017, 05:32:18 PM
social media has greatly benefited society, but everything that too much of a good thing can always lead to negative effects.

"The overuse of social media is a global problem impacting all generations, and research has shown that substantial internet usage can have a highly negative impact on our mental and emotional health.

Social media also allows for self-expression and can serve as a creative outlet for individuals to express themselves, share their artwork and share their voice on specific topics. Being able to express yourself in a healthy way is a very important part of the human experience, and social media can be a great outlet for young adults."
59  Other / Politics & Society / Re: do you believe in your government? on: November 14, 2017, 04:59:46 PM
We have lost hope in our government, especially in the Philippines. poverty should be killed, not the poor. the nation itself dies in its people, hidden lies and sells fellow man in other races. philippines is slowly becoming a prostitute. The government for me is one of the stories in different angles.
60  Economy / Economics / Re: Life with out money ? on: November 14, 2017, 04:21:02 PM
money is just a man made and human power when you lived in city. if the money was not made i think our earth is a better place. money creates anger, and demonic emotion. think about animals, they don't need money to survive but to work in a freely way.  when you lived in province, money wont matter anymore.
