41  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin in 2020 on: May 24, 2019, 05:55:42 AM
I think authorities have absolutely no say in bitcoin at all, they are definitely strong enough to make it go low if they could but they are not strong enough to stop it. So that's why I think authorities can ban bitcoin all they want but it will continue forever as long as there is at least one pc with bitcoin on their computer.

Now that we are as far as many big countries accepting the existence of bitcoin and there are plenty of crypto companies and they are getting funded by a lot of big names in angel investor area so they are going to continue as well. That's why I think even if a couple of small countries ban bitcoin and even as a big country china bans it, as long as the other countries continue their legal look towards bitcoin it can go as high as anything and there is no mathematical limit to what it can be.
42  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin at $9,000 by the end of the year on: May 23, 2019, 06:56:40 AM
9 thousand dollars seemed so impossible just couple months ago, now it looks like it is already given that we will reach it anyway and people are not really that excited about reaching 9 thousand dollars (except people who will reuse the "OVER 9000!" memes Cheesy ). That is the power and shock of bitcoin, we could totally reach to 3 thousand dollars tomorrow and people will be sad and upset and all that but in the end we will have to accept it and move on and reach back to high prices, we can reach to 50 thousand dollars this year and nobody will say "how did this happen!!", some people will be super happy (like me) and some people will be sad they missed it out but in the end we will accept it.

Look at apples stocks for example it worth it is 186 dollars each, do you really think it could go to 10 dollars to a thousand dollars this year? There is no way that happens, but those type of things are quite normal in bitcoin.
43  Economy / Speculation / Re: Are We Going Back to $7,000? on: May 22, 2019, 09:05:49 AM
It wouldn't be impossible to go back to 7000, it is mathematically and technically quite possible, however the hype and attention bitcoin has right now can only cause it to go up and common sense states we won't be seeing 7000 for a while, maybe never who knows. It is only possible if something like what Craig Wright did happens, if some rich whale comes up and sells 50 thousand bitcoins all at once on 5 different huge exchanges then you can bet that price of bitcoin will plummet to who knows where.

Unless that happens the hype is real and bull run is here so we are going to try our best to make it go beyond the all time high price once again and will make sure the support is strong in every single level below that to make sure we don't go down that fast ever again.

44  Economy / Economics / Re: Price of goods goes up, salary never goes up!!! on: May 22, 2019, 08:20:51 AM
I know that inflation is a thing and everyone is having problems and salary doesn't really go up that much, I do not want to defend capitalism, I am a democratic socialist and I am in favor of increasing wages, taxing the rich more, helping the poor with that money and make everything affordable. However it does sounds a bit fishy when someone says their salary has been the same for the past 30 years, do you mean by purchasing power?

Maybe 30 years ago what salary you got was capable of making you live a certain standard and now your current salary can't keep up with that even though it went up? If your salary hasn't moved a single cent in the past 30 years that is literally unheard of and you should definitely look for working somewhere else, you should have decades ago, even though purchasing power is getting less and less for workers its never 30 years same salary bad.
45  Economy / Economics / Re: A Tale of Two Socialisms on: May 22, 2019, 07:47:32 AM
Capitalism is just socialism for rich people. Normally on regular socialistic countries people have free education and free healthcare and so forth and that I can understand, you pay a premium tax just to get everything free in your country and that is why governments ask for your taxes, otherwise we would live in a capitalist world where there is absolutely no taxes at all and where companies own the roads the hospitals the schools and everything costs something so no need for taxes at all.

Moreover, in countries like USA people still pay taxes whereas all the roads and schools and hospitals all cost money, so where is that tax goes to? Well, it goes to help the rich and give tax breaks to them and help them keep getting richer, that is why capitalism is just socialism for the rich.
46  Economy / Economics / Re: On stablecoins on: May 22, 2019, 06:34:19 AM
I think the main reason why they were started was the ease of trading, not for profiting. The main idea was putting dollars vs bitcoin was difficult some people had to withdraw their currencies from the exchanges like binance where fiat was not allowed and put it on places like coinbase and trade it to fiat and do the reverse whenever they want it back on binance.

However, right now there is almost a trillion stable tokens created, everyone and their dog starts a new stable coin, which caused some issues of course but we can't deny that it made it easier to trade fiat vs bitcoin on wherever you want, that is why it was loved. I believe tether people are scammers, I believe there are plenty of stable coin scammers but in the end success only happens after you endure the pain in this business.
47  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Tottenham Vs LiverPool UEFA Final on: May 21, 2019, 06:32:52 PM
The difference will be made with salahs presence on the pitch this time, his head injury (concussion?, not sure how its written) was not a big deal and he was ready to play but the rules stated that he was not allowed to play, so even though he was ready to play he was just simply not allowed. That is why I think putting him back on the pitch would create wonders, not just because he is a great player but dude missed out on playing at Barcelona game where they won without him and 4-0! at that so now he has a lot more things to prove and he needs to put all of his efforts and show that he is not really someone Liverpool can sell and get money and keep playing better without him like that 4-0 game. He is both a great player and will play his best to show he is worthy.
48  Economy / Gambling / Re: flashflip | PvP Gambling built right into Discord | 1% edge | Provably fair on: May 21, 2019, 11:23:09 AM
Jesus Christ, firs there was a casino in telegram, now discord? Whats next you guys gonna find a way to create a casino in my fridge? Cheesy All kidding aside I am not sure if discord is really that much bitcoin lover, I have been around of bitcoin for over 6 years and I have tried to move people from many places to discord for couple years now with no success, you can be a bitcoin supporter and also like gaming hence have a discord but never really connect them to each other.

It would be very difficult for you to make bitcoin people come to discord and gamble there as well, I failed to make them TALK there let alone gambling so I know what I am talking about. Of course you can have this insane amazing marketing that reaches everyone everywhere and go viral but unless something like that happens its going to be very tough.
49  Economy / Gambling / Re: ♣ BetHash.io | Free $4,000 GiftBox Offer! Crypto Gaming Hub |💰Lottery 🎲 Dice ♠ on: May 21, 2019, 10:36:28 AM
They are working on a better affiliate network than everyone else in the casino world where you get money no matter what happens to your affiliates income, they are literally giving you money even if your affiliate wins instead of usual only pay you when they lose system. So, hash will not be the only reason why people would play here, after all you will be getting stakes and all that from that but there will be marketing agents who are disguised as affiliate marketers going around getting new people to play here. That is why I think it is not really that significant that 96% is all staked since it would have to be 100% eventually anyway so why not stake it now and focus on other stuff to make people gamble here, its good enough as a casino anyway after all.
50  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🔥🚀 NanoGames.io - Social Gambling | Play with Nano, Doge, Ethereum, etc 🔥🚀 on: May 21, 2019, 08:58:18 AM
Fortnite is such a kids game to me, is there plans to add more tournaments in the future? I do not want to download and play that horrific game just to win a chance but if you can add something more like pubg maybe then we can actually have fun.

No matter what happens I would like to congratz nanogames for their futuristic ideas of tournaments, normally the casinos only do wagering contests like "whoever wagers most in the next 7 days will win the prize" just to gain more customers and make everyone gamble a lot more, it works out for them because people wager a lot to win but it is not nice for people like me who do not have too much to risk on gambling. That is why these types of third party (fortnite in this instance) tournaments to give out prizes and attract new customers is AWESOME.
51  Economy / Gambling / Re: Game of Thrones Finale Bet - Win 3x Bitcoins to guess the New King or Queen on: May 21, 2019, 08:17:59 AM
You can be rest assured that nobody played here, the game of thrones is already over so this will get no more interest anymore and there has never been a single bet here neither. You can check the address from blockchain.com right away here ;
https://www.blockchain.com/btc/address/34ddVoBdPian9uurGVDcLbuZDvwr5pJaBr

As you can see from that link there has been absolutely no bets and nobody ever sent any money to that address before which means nobody fell victim to this scam and that is good news. I know the crypto world became very suspicious of everything because of all the scams and "hacks" and all that after years of going through all of that but that is good thing because nobody can scam crypto people with such low effort anymore. We are wiser and we know better now.
52  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Did you earn from the lastest bull run of BTC 3k4-8k3?? on: May 21, 2019, 07:42:02 AM
Did anyone bought BTC at 3k4 and sell BTC at 8k3 for real? How many percentage of profit did you earn from the recently bull run??
Did anyone ask your self why you always miss the train and then regret and decide to fomo?
Let's disscusion about our mentality in trading. It's really a problem for all the traders, especially the news one.
Professional traders in this group please give some advices. Thanks!!!!!
I can't say I profited yet because I haven't sold yet, so I am still holding, however I did bought and earned bitcoin during 3.4k times as well (this new 3k4 is a weird style of writing 3.4k we all know). So yeah while I profited a lot during this time, if it falls before I sell any of them then I will not be in profit, however if it goes even higher than I will be profiting a lot more.

I definitely think that it will go up and that is why I haven't sold so I am in one of those few people who profited the max possible outcome since I both bought and earned bitcoin during the bottom, I even got some at 3200 as well at the end of last year. Bitcoin has caused me to lose a lot of money during 2018 so it is only justice that I am making up for it right now.
53  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is the bear market over? Important Weekly close! on: May 21, 2019, 06:59:30 AM
Now we have went up and down it is important how we react from now on. Yeah, we had an increase to over 8 thousand and we dipped a bit back but the important part is to know how low can it get. Are we going to go back down a lot from now on? Or is this more like a resting period where bitcoin will rest a bit then go up again.

Bear market is already gone that is for sure but bull maybe just starting, think about it if bitcoin went up this much only to rest and gain more power and increase the same amount of percent once again it will be such a huge increase, it went up over 100% so that would mean over 15 thousand dollars easily.

We have to push back on crypto and try to not sell as long as we can, I know its hard sometimes but we have to at least give it a try.
54  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Finally Facebook Has Established New Fintech Firm in Switzerland on: May 19, 2019, 02:05:47 PM
They are really taking this seriously but the details are still cloudy. I mean why are they exactly wanting a crypto currency for themselves? What is their full purpose? They have been on the Washington radar for a while now for checking peoples information and selling that data to whoever wants to buy it so they are really not the most trusted company in the world, why would I want them to now control over my wallet as well? Why would I want them to have that type of power when I am not even happy with them having more information let alone my money?

They would now check us spend that money and see what we spend it on and then collect that data and sell it to corporations labeling who buys what and that will be another invasion of our privacy by them to make a profit.
55  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: TRON to soon displace ETHEREUM? on: May 19, 2019, 01:32:33 PM
I don't think any coin will exactly replace ethereum, coins do not displace each other that way, they basically make other coins less useful. For example I honestly believe that ethereum is a much much better coin than tron, however what tron can do plus what eos can do plus what neo can do and all other ones combined makes ethereum not unique and makes it less valuable.

So, one coin is not better than the other when all coins get together all coins can dethrone any coin at all. Except bitcoin of course, bitcoin is the king of the coins. If you want the dethrone xrp you can, same with eth, same with ltc, same with any coin, all you have to do is focus on bunch of other smaller coins that can do one part of what that coin does and you can get equal shares of that one coins parts.
56  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will spending Bitcoin actually be bad for the price? on: May 19, 2019, 08:38:42 AM
I think it depends on where you spend, the important thing for bitcoin is adoption and increasing the hype for it so spending does actually make a lot of sense. However if you spend it on somewhere that will sell it right away then it doesn't really make any sense. For example steam had bitcoin purchase for a while and that was amazing, I don't know what they did with it but if they kept a bit of it then they are bitcoin rich right now for sure, that type of spending is alright.

However, if you want to spend it buying coffee that doesn't really make that much change, its just a cup of coffee here and there and it would literally make no change at all. That is why where you spend your bitcoin changes the bad or good, there is really very little "bad" place to spend unless they literally cash out right away but there is levels of good on spending.
57  Economy / Speculation / Re: Where's FOMO at? Tom Lee on: May 19, 2019, 07:39:15 AM
Tom Lee is usually a fool but at this moment he is totally right. Ten thousand dollars would make a great FOMO price and we would have very little resistance left to hold us so if we can pass the 10 thousand dollar mark then we will see another new hype and a lot of people buying bitcoin which would result with price going even higher in an endless circle (of course it eventually ends when they can't afford to make it even higher).

So, maybe for just this time only we can agree with Tom Lee, but even though he said something we all thought he was right just because he said it I feel a doubt, if he didn't say it at all I would have thought the same but since its Tom Lee and since he has always been wrong it makes you doubt your own opinions when you agree with him.
58  Economy / Speculation / Re: MtGox trustees dumping coins again? on: May 18, 2019, 06:29:23 PM
I think most of this drop came from people realizing the increase in bitcoin slowed down a bit and not like it could go to 80 thousand dollars tomorrow so they realize they might as well put their money into altcoins that might actually go x10 or even if not better than bitcoin. That way people moved their bitcoins to altcoins which meant keep selling their bitcoins for something even if not for fiat which dropped the rate of bitcoin in the end.

You can see altcoins rising at the same moment bitcoin started to drop. I am pretty sure people will realize its not that smart to keep it all on altcoins and move back to bitcoin soon which will get us another bull run and I believe that one will be even bigger than this one and break that previous all time high record fo 20 thousand dollars.
59  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Cryptocurrency calendar 2019 on: May 18, 2019, 05:56:50 PM
There are not that many amazing upcoming news, some of them are cool and all but most of them are just updates. I don't know what eos is planning but there is an increasing demand and interest towards eos in the past year so I can see them having some sort of good hype out of this and actually increase in value.

Aside from that almost all of them are regular stuff and wouldn't affect anything at all, sys has been about the same for a while and it has been trying to recover but this update probably won't be a reason to recover at all. Maybe pundi will get some interest because there is a good community behind it but I really think that is one of the rare coins where even with community support its not a decent coin, I can't really judge though, maybe I am wrong.
60  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Ethereum will Boom ! on: May 18, 2019, 04:59:38 PM
Price may go up a bit but the most important part is the update ethereum is trying to get and make staking possible. They had been working on it for a while but haven't had success yet, they are doing couple of updates leading up to that in the end but they need to be faster.

They have been known as the second chief in command after bitcoin for so long but failed to make any changes and other coins catch up with ethereum and now there are other methods then just ICO like IEO with binance and all so ethereum is getting less and less famous, having staking available would make so much changes that they may regain some of the power they lost. With this move they can gather back a bit but it won't be sustainable until they make a full change to their current system.
