341  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Bitcoin Casino Affiliate Marketing Tips on: March 06, 2019, 01:36:59 PM
I think the biggest thing people should not forget about is the consistency. You can't just have bunch of affiliates and stop getting new ones and hope that you will continue to make money forever. First of all are you really sure that the casino you redirected people will exist another 50 years ?

I doubt any casino will exist for that long so you need to find a way for your affiliates to stay together and respect you, if one website is gone you should be able to tell them to sign under your affiliate to another website. If you just plaster banners everywhere than yeah you will get some affiliates but as soon as they are gone you can't find them again.

Create a discord like channel where you share your information (or a website would do) and try to keep peoples eyes on that constantly so they could continue being your affiliates even if websites die.
342  Economy / Speculation / Re: Deutsche Bank (Hitler and Trumps Bankers) Raid a Case for Bitcoin? on: March 06, 2019, 01:02:18 PM
Going against Deutsche bank like all other banks are innocent seems willfully ignorant, they are one of the worst banks in history and they have been doing illegal stuff for years now (decades even) but that is not only them, look at what JP Morgan has been doing as well, they had CEO of their bank go become secretary of finance or something (don't really know american politics that well) and shape the country in a way that would make the most money for the banks.

These are the evil people who rule countries without actually being at the helms and we can't trust the judgement of a banker ever when it comes to finance because they will only think for themselves. Deutsche at least started to get a bit of consequences for what they are doing, hopefully the same will happen for all evil banks.
343  Economy / Speculation / Re: If bitcoin mining will be based on POW+POS.. on: March 06, 2019, 06:23:18 AM
POW will be a all perfect thing for all the future ? It may not be. Changes are inevitable everywhere.
I agree here. Changes/enhancements are always avoidable. I am always worrying on "green-house" impacts due to bitcoin mining. It was not covered by you still this may become one of the reason if bitcoin will adopting POS. We have passed 10 years with POW among many fluctuations and it may continue for another 10 years also before peoples will be realizing about the importance of encouraging people to store bitcoins to have huge/stable markets.
344  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin is difficult to rise above the price of $ 4000?? on: March 05, 2019, 04:48:56 PM
It is not difficult, however its not easy neither. Going above 4000 a bit is something we have done multiple times in the past months, it is something that is common, however going above 4.5 thousand for example is a bit difficult, still nothing impossible, nothing too challenging, this is bitcoin after all. Usually bitcoin prices go up and down between two trends and that continues for a long time, remember just few months ago when price was moving between 6.5 thousand dollars and 7.2 thousand dollars all the time before it dropped.

I do not mean it will drop again but before it goes down OR it goes up bitcoin prices moves up and down between the same prices. We will see above 4.5 thousand dollars one day however it may take sometime, its not an impossible task but we need to be patient for it.
345  Economy / Economics / Re: Crypto Vs Lotto on: March 05, 2019, 07:55:55 AM
You say lotto is 300 million to one but those people who buy tickets usually buy something like 10 bucks or maybe 50 bucks at most and that is it, they do not see it as an investment, they see it as a way of gambling which is the reality. Investment to bitcoin and buying lottery tickets are not even remotely close to each other hence we can not compare it. There is a huuuuuuge difference between investment and lotto.

Are you telling the truth about investing into bitcoin could probably yield more profit than buying a ticket ? For sure, you are definitely right about that however people are not looking for couple percent increase or even double triple of what they invest into with lottery, they are looking for putting up 50 bucks and making couple million dollars in return, that is the type of potential return in lottery and even though its highly unlikely that is the whole reason why lottery exists.
346  Economy / Economics / Re: Does Pump is Coming on: March 04, 2019, 05:21:14 PM
I think we are probably closer to it than further away. If you look at the dates the last time we were in a pump type of situation and bitcoin increased to 20 thousand dollars was the last month of 2017 which means it has been over a year since we had that kind of price, if you ask me we are closer to an increase right now that the last time it happened, it will once again happen in the next one year or so.

I can't of course guarantee something like that, its just my gut feeling and I am making this up so I could be totally wrong but if you consider another 1 year and 3 months passes we will be in about 2020 may which is exactly the date halving will happen which everyone here is expecting so direly and assume the price will go up. That is why I think we are closer to an increase than the last time we had an increase.
347  Economy / Economics / Re: Spain- Catalonia - Plans on creating a cryptocurrency with an inherent taxation on: March 04, 2019, 04:27:03 PM
It would make so much more sense than trying to create a new banknote currency. Catalonia is right now in a sense running its own country inside another country.

Spain of course wouldn't allow them to have their freedom but if you ask anyone there they would rather have their own freedom, I wouldn't want to go into politics as well but we are talking about a group of people wanting to get out of a nation but forced military-wise to stay in that country which can't continue forever, Spain can't continue to fight Catalonia's freedom forever.

Now, in this system and issue we can't assume Catalonia to build their economic system with banknotes and banks and so forth which means they could use cryptocurrency to use among each other and not pay a single tax on Spain that way and somehow get a bit closer to their financial freedom to begin with. That's why it should be done and looks like a great idea.
348  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum upgraded as Constantinople, St. Petersburg go live on: March 04, 2019, 02:51:51 PM
It did upgraded to constantinople but has anyone realized how it didn't created this immense marketing or at least hype that it had on the first try ? I mean it is such a weird thing that last time ethereum decided to have a hard fork the price went up, everybody talked about it, there was bunch of topics here, all the news crypto places had pages of articles every single day and basically a bunch of chaos ensued until it was later decided to put on hold.

Now, it passed but we do not see it at all and it happened like it was a regular Wednesday maintenance on a regular thing, felt like we had hard forks every week on ethereum, which is not the case. I do not understand why people are not more hyped about this because it means we are getting closer to proof of stake ethereum very soon.
349  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ETH on: March 04, 2019, 05:33:49 AM
Ethereum is an attempt to solve Bitcoin’s limited functionality, according to Ethereum’s co-founder Vitalik Buterin
But ethereum is not a currency whereas bitcoin is. When these are all 2 complete different thing, how one could solve the other's limited functionality ? Even there will be a possibility for that, I could not understand why not bitcoin can do that with another BIP enhancement ? I mean if there will be a solution for bitcoin's issue then within bitcoin itself devs will implement that and no need of ethereum to be a test-rat here.

it helped cryptocurrency adoption to some extent, no ethereum, no ICOs, no developments in cryptocurrency world (ICOs helped whether you believe it or not).
ICO is here before ethereum was announced. All altcoins are doing the work of promotions of cryptos to new people hence there will be no surprises ethereum too joining that big list. The hard pumps etehreum is the only differences from rest of altcoins.
350  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is the best XRP wallet? on: March 03, 2019, 07:05:38 AM
The best wallet I found is Ripple wallet. It is easy to install and operate without any major problem. Now I don't have any XRP coins. But the good thoughts about the wallet is remarkable.
Then why people are looking for the best one when devs are having their own ? I mean in recent times I checked with some coins like TRON and EOS but both of them not having any "official" wallet, it seems. Tron has tons of third party developed wallets whereas with EOS, I am still learning how to securely store them (due to these reasons, I am still holding them within my exchanges).

Previously, I faced hard time with ethereum then slowly started adopting myetherwallet even I was not a supporter of web wallets. Here, I must mention about my early days struggle with multibit until electrum became hit and recommended as bitcoin-qt and bitcoin-core takes months to sync.

I mean devs must take necessary steps to make things easier for storing their coins in highly reliable and in confident way. It is their one of basic responsibility. Not sure what TRON and EOS are trying without declaring an official wallet. XRP is always a mystery, they had charged fees for an addy in some exchanges some times back and now people are still looking for best wallets to save XRP. Ridiculous Roll Eyes.
351  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum Constantinople Hard Fork Is Concluded on: March 02, 2019, 04:21:59 PM
I still can't believe how under the radar this hard fork is. Last time it was about to happen the price increased a lot almost to double before it happened and there was a huge hype around ETH going on.

This time around its just like another daily maintenance or something, nobody really cares about it. What happened ?
Did they changed something crucial that would in the end make this hard fork uninteresting to people ?
What was so hyped about it last time that didn't take any attention this time ?

I am checking the notes on what changed but I can't see any major changes between the last time and this time, it looks like they are exactly the same but a few months in between. Interesting to see what can trending do to a coin, it trended than and increased a lot and it didn't trend now and same exact thing is not hyped at all.
352  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC just went Down on: March 02, 2019, 03:37:58 PM
And the price went up to 3800+ again right afterwards, do not assume anything when bitcoin goes down or up because it can continue to go down or up or it can change. Basically bitcoin is something that can do any type of movement or stay the same at any given moment. We have seen the price at 3400 just couple weeks ago, than we saw it 4200 and than it went down and now it is at the same price for days without changing and doubt it will change anything.

I would like to point out that we have hit the same numbers plenty of times before as well so these moves are not anything new to us and I doubt it will be the last one as well, we will probably see the same moves couple more times and it will keep happening back and forth for a long time unless something major happens.
353  Economy / Speculation / Re: A Saving Plan on: March 02, 2019, 02:59:40 PM
Monthly saving has always been the best method since the early days of humanity. Even merchants that existed before money was created managed to find a way to save on each sale instead of reinvesting or spending everything. Roman times there were many people who have done trades and such and bought places for future profits with each of their income, of course that took months for them to get something from place A to B and come back but they still did it.

So, in today's world smartest choice would be if you are american just put up your credit card on coinbase and give an order to buy x amount of (decide on how much dollar) bitcoin every month so you can save for the future without having to worry if price is going up or down since you will buy from all prices.
354  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Tips for when Getting Stuck on: March 02, 2019, 07:32:44 AM
Fluctuacion of crypto is very high, so your target profit should be minimum 7% , and for stop loss should about 4%. Use stop loss is very usefull because crypto can be dumped just afew minutes. Never hold crypto without use stop loss because alot of people did it and they been loss more than 90%.
Stop-loss may help you NOT to wait infinitely and also will help you to buy back at reversal point. But, I do trader BTC and ETH against fiats still I never prefer using stop-loss as I do not wait for big profits hence I am able to manage without getting stuck. Enter the position and wait for the minimum target prices to reach and book profits. That's all.

If we wait for days to week then anything may happen. Luckily I was not trading on the day when bitcoin was falling from $6300 to $3800 levels. If I would have been trading on that day, I might have got stuck on that day. Just trading for short targets may help anyone otherwise having stoploss levels will definitely safeguard ourselves.
355  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Are you using any volume monitor for better trade? How it works? on: March 01, 2019, 06:53:34 AM
I want to know about volume monitor. Can anybody help me to find out any good volume monitor for binance and bittrex. And please try to explain how it works actually.
I am not sure only for one or two functionalities, you cannot get any app or bot but most trading bots are coming with altering functionalities when your preset levels of volumes met by any asset. If you want to have custom bots then you may go for ordering with veteran coders as I do see many people are offering such services here in this board itself.

I like to suggest you to go for writing your own codes by using api of binance and bittrex as these days with the help of YouTube and other online resources you can achieve anything you like to have. Moreover, volumes alone cannot help you to identify a good trading signals hence make sure for what purposes you are looking for and its level of effectiveness in profit making with crypto trading.
356  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Day Trading on: February 28, 2019, 04:54:54 PM
I think now the situation is good for daily trading, because seeing market price movements also starts to increase, so I believe this is also the right time to trade.
Starts to increase is good sign for day trading ? A complete wrong assumption. Moreover, the current market situation is sideways movement and which is always a good thing for day traders. You may buy and every dips and may sell at your targets. When market is trading within a range, identifying the dips and peaks are much easier for day traders hence this must be a right time for day traders to risk more.

if in my opinion now is a great long-term trade to get a big profit because now to get a big enough profit it is still very difficult. so it's good to do long-term trading
There will be no auspicious time for long term trading because all the prices what we are having currently must be the good prices for buying and holding because in near future crypto may rise up to x10 too.
357  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Does Martingale Work? on: February 28, 2019, 03:11:55 PM
the best thing to do is place a small number of bets and walk away when your in profit.  The more you play then the closer the results will be towards the expected odds.
But, martingale is here for those gamblers who are all focusing something differently always.

  • Martingale strategy is not for you when you are targeting profit-making from gambling.
  • Martingale strategy is not for the gamblers who are all looking for short stay in gambling.
  • Martingale strategy is not for the gamblers who are having limited bankroll/not ready to make use of faucets.

If you want to make some profits and then you plan to leave off gambling then probably you should never gamble because gambling is not meant for that. You people approach gambling with wrong reasons and then crying out for your losses.
358  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: INFOGRAPHIC: Online Slot Gaming Tips from Veteran Players on: February 28, 2019, 02:45:35 PM
Yeah, I assume these tips that are obvious for a bit of experienced player, not even too much but just a bit experience would do. There are always people who go in and play slots without caring about how games work at all.

I have a mother in law that just sits in front of slots and just chucks changes in it and rolls, that is it she doesn't do anything else, she doesn't care about the returns she doesn't care about the house edge, she just goes there sits down and plays and that is it. She probably played more slots than an average online gambler and has less knowledge of how it works than a person who studied how it works for 5 minutes.

These are tips for those kinds of people and that is why simple stuff really helps like check out what the returns are for your bets and what the house edge is.
359  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Bitcoin gambling that stressed me out (i wanna quit) on: February 28, 2019, 01:05:25 PM
replacing gambling with another activity, like gaming, could very well work.
I know that when I took an extended break from gambling, I just worked more and in my free time I would just play multiplayer games.

This won't work for everyone though and it's important to just be honest with yourself, seek professional help when you know you can't manage to quit on your own.
Being honest must be a practical approach because cheating ourselves will not hep in the progress of quitting addictions. In other words, we can say that we must show some dedication for quitting gambling. When we are willing to quit by heart then the chances for quitting will be really high. Unfortunately most gamblers are starting the process of quitting only due to the compulsion of their family members or due to lack of enough funds to continue gambling. In this case, I guess no one prefer quitting by full heartedly.

Honesty works everywhere hence it must work in the process of quitting gambling too. Only when we are honest to quit gambling, our family members will come forward to help us to engage ourselves with some other entertainments which is more important to deviate our mindset by not remembering about gambling.
360  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling poll on: February 28, 2019, 12:21:43 PM
I usually have "days" where I have play couple days in a row and stop, not like for smart reasons but because I really do not like to gamble every single day, its just I have runs every here and there and every time I do that I play in all games I can think of to get the most fun out of gambling that I can. I play poker, I play sports betting, I play casinos and I play dice (last two sometimes collide), like 2 weeks of no gambling at all and than 3 days in a row gambling type of schedule.

Living life without gambling ever again seems really boring, gambling is just too fun to quit but I also know that if I gamble too much I will lose money I can't afford to lose so I put myself limits like "50 bucks a day" or whatever so that during those days I gamble I stop when I lose it.
