^coming soon...  Hey everyone, Sam Patterson here from the OpenBazaar team. We admittedly don't have a very good presence here in the forums, we are mostly in our /r/openbazaar subreddit or on IRC. So claims like the quote above should be treated very skeptically; this appears to be a scammer. We aren't offering shares, or any investment of any kind. There are no fees for using OpenBazaar - that's one of the cores benefits of it - so it's unclear how anyone could get a return on investment. We do take donations, but aren't soliciting them, we don't really need them at this point. If we do, we'll do a proper crowdfunding campaign. Happy to answer questions about OpenBazaar is anyone has them. We're really excited to see how much the community has supported us over the past few months, it's been a lot of work but very rewarding. Wow, The whole thread is a burst!! The delay in dividends on Saturday Nov 15th was a one time issue that was resolved a few hours later.

did divdends get paid for the 15th today yet.
Not for me and the agreement they posted says this: " Payout calculation Payouts are done daily. " And havelock just sent an email saying this: " Today's dividends announced, but payment will be finished on Monday for weekend. You don't need worry about that. " No idea why that is something I shouldn't worry about that or why they can't explain it. We only saved some BTC for days dividends on platform for safety, we didn't check this account on Friday. However, thanks for HAVELOCK's support, we pushed BTC at the weekend, yesterday's dividend was paid out. Man! you need to check it regularly, this service is still new, don't want it to go to the other side. |

Well you can't go and start a site like coinbase or bitpay. You will be handling customer money and storing them, you'll be prone to hacks. So, first and foremost security!!
And you will need reserves, you can't predict if buy and sell will be equal, a reserve is needed.
These big companies get mostly from dealers who accept bitcoin, but if need they also use exchanges like BTC-e...

Yea, but you can't accept everyone to hold bitcoin. We need merchants to buy stuff and if the prices won't stay stable, merchant will go on selling.
So, first and foremost is people start believing in it and when they see any bad stuff or news they don't need to panic.
This will make the price a bit stable.

from all I read its hard to roi these days with hashlets, its only if you bought them from the start when they were cheap and got primes or first zens... did you hear anything about their new upcoming hashlet for hashcoin or smth, maybe if we buy this one early we could make some profit too  when will it go for sale?
