How much funds raised during ICO will be allocated to marketing and R&D?
30% founds will be allocated for marketing. Considering the importance which marketing have today I think that this is a good decision. In crypto the most important thing is marketing then the work team does. That's not maybe good but all do it so if you dont want to be stuck in dust like many other projects focusing on marketing is really good thing to do. I agree, however, no one should neglect develepement of the plaftorm, that must be number one priority. Any news on when we can expect some beta results? According to the roadmap open beta is planed for Q1 so we cwn expect results in the first months of 2019... Will there be any regional restrictions for beta participations? I don't think so, no reason for that, except maybe US. |

Thanks for sharing that,an interesting article.For me,best reason is nr 1: Agate Blockchain: with its high speed and very low transaction fees, the Agate blockchain is way different from the rest. Completely decentralised and highly scalable, the blockchain has Smart Contracts for daily transactions with total reliability and security. A token generator engine and a block explorer to duly record every transaction with transparency are other added highlights.I think its incredibly important to have your own blockchain when you are dealing with something like ecommerce,so you are not dependant on 3rd party blockchains. I agree if you have your working network, it's much better than depend on the blockers of third-party developers who at any moment can get stuck like it was in the etherium when the network was spammed. Plus, one must understand that Desktop & Mobile POS terminal for merchants also largely solve. The more people will participate in the network, the more stable it will be and the more the price grows. Important thing is also that merchants who invest in ICO will get POS terminals for free. Will all merchants get POS terminals for free or there is a limited number? |

There could be many reasons why people would want to open a dispute. AGT is paypal for crypto currencies, can they dispute the transaction with Agate?
Since all transactions are happening on the blockchain and both sender and reciever can track it,there wont be any dispute mechanism. This dispute mechanism is often abused on paypal by scammers,so im glad that option wont be available on Agate. Dispute mechanism has made so much bad situations for tons of people on Paypal, glad that cancer won't be available with Agate. |

I read on your reddit that your smart contract is finished and under the test. Can you tell me more about it,is it done internally by the Loligo team, or you hired someone?

2- Our Smartcontract & dev experts are first range professionals with solid experience with Ethereum/EOS.Thank you Nice to see that there are things happening and smart contract being tested.I just think it could be good for the project if smart contract is audited by a third party.
