I hope both teams don't try to play it safe and try to take the game to penalties. Saw the match yesterday all of it and for the first time I was glued to the TV, enjoyed every bit of it. Thankfully saw one of the best batting by a new generation batter. Brazil's top football governing body, the CBF, confirmed the friendly match between the two African nations as part of an anti-apartheid campaign in support of Vinicius Jr. On June 17, Brazil's opponent Guinea will play in the first match in Barcelona, and the Selecao will play against Senegal in the second match in Lisbon 3 days later. The FIFA president and the CBF have been cracking down on racism since Vinny's racist behavior on the pitch in Valencia last Sunday. Apart from being tough on racism, more punitive measures should be taken so that people don't spoil this beautiful game with heinous practices like racism.
I would like to say a little differently that the Brazilian team is likely to be the favorite in the next World Cup. Because the Brazil team has so many young players who are currently playing in the best clubs, these players will be able to develop great maturity in themselves by the time the next World Cup comes, which will hopefully make the Brazil team an impossibly strong team. |

GT won not because of their bowling but because of GIll. Thrid century in IPL and that to in a crucial match was beyond my imagination. This is going to be an era of Shubham Gill as I consider another Kohli in the making. We deserved win for GT and dominating comeback.
I would call this a one man show from Shubman Gill who took Gujarat Titans to the finals. He alone scored 129 runs and was a difference between the two teams. When you have such a big score to chase, you need to go hard from the very first ball and in the process you may lose more wickets and lose the match. This is what happened with Mumbai Indians. Both the openers from MI , Rohit Sharma and Nehal Wadhera went out cheaply making things even more difficult for the team. Gujarat Titans is currently doing a great performance, this team has been able to perform really commendably in some matches of the past few days.
