741  Economy / Economics / Re: Unemplyment at least 50% how world will look like then ? on: July 30, 2022, 02:57:03 AM
The global economy is difficult and increasing inflation makes many businesses and business fields bankrupt so as to increase unemployment, this can make everything more difficult to predict, but we must be optimistic by maximizing income with many things. For example, use empty land for us to plant vegetables or short -term fruit so that it can increase income.
I am not sure if the percentage mentioned is the right percentage - because many people are self employed.
Does that percentage include the self employed people as well? However -I believe a skilled worker is never unemployed. It's good to get a degree but its also an excellent approach to learn a skill as well.
742  Economy / Economics / Re: Avoid loan apps, a word of advice. on: July 30, 2022, 02:53:23 AM
The easier it is to get a loan but certainly the interest will be higher, in my country online loan cases often make borrowers very disadvantaged, if they don't want to pay then they spread all data to the public even in inappropriate ways, this is a lesson that we should never rely on online loans via applications even in difficult conditions.
Loan is a cure - most importantly when you take it from a bank. It never ends.
We have never taken a bank loan because once my father took it and it took him ages to pay off the loan.
So better be very careful with money dealing - better live within your means.
743  Economy / Economics / Re: Sri Lanka Economic Crisis is Getting Worse on: July 30, 2022, 02:46:28 AM
I am also concerned about this news, I hope the Sri Lankan economy will improve and progress quickly. and what makes me sad is that there are many other countries whose economies are down. and now many companies are closing, and finally unemployment is increasing in the world. I hope that in the future the world economy will rise again and progress

The root cause for all this is populist policies from the governments who focus only on short-term benefit. During the last decade or so, regimes all over the world have been experimenting with the method of "cash for votes". Even conservative parties such as GOP in the US, NDA in India and the Tories in the UK have resorted to this tactic. Budget deficit widens beyond unsustainable limits as a result of this reckless spending and hard working people feel demotivated after being slapped with more and more taxes. This situation is not sustainable in the long term.
I think what the news say is not the everything. For example there is the same kind of political turmoil going on in Pakistan since April 2022.
If you happen to see there are so many videos and footages of people protesting on the streets till that day. Upon asking a Pakistani friend. He said things are fine but we gather on the call of our former PM Imran Khan. So let's wait an watch what happens next.
744  Economy / Economics / Re: Where should I invest? on: July 30, 2022, 02:43:56 AM

Bitcoin is a digital currency that if it is invested for a longtime it will bring profit if the price of the market goes high, this makes Bitcoin to be different from our traditional fiat which does not have good value. Apart from investing bitcoin to make profit bitcoin can also be spent for payment of goods and services . Thinking of investing bitcoin to make money is not a bad idea if one choose to, instead of saving money in the bank for a long time and not having profit from it, it is better to invest in bitcoin and hodl for sometime to get profit from it.
Investing is an art. You invest to get benefit. But sometimes you are unable to judge the intention of the other person when you are dealing 101.
Instead of getting return you get threats, damage and dismay. So be very careful in all the dealing and get it right. Also one learn through the mistakes because we do it through our lives.
745  Economy / Economics / Re: Who will Replace Russian Gas Supplies to Europe? on: July 30, 2022, 01:55:33 AM
Meanwhile, Latvia has resumed buying Russian gas through an intermediary.

If you buy not directly from Gazprom and pay not in rubles, but in euros, then gas becomes more democratic. Grin
And I am sure many other countries will be doing the same. There is no other solution to it.
Also if they try to build a new pipeline and they try to do something extra quick it will take more than a year to do it. So better say sorry to Russia and move on with them Smiley
746  Economy / Economics / Re: Who will Replace Russian Gas Supplies to Europe? on: July 25, 2022, 07:14:21 PM
Poor Saudi Arabia. If they dont give oil for free, then they should be ready that intelligence will find "nuclear weapons" or other thread, and open hands wide to welcome uncle Sam and democracy.
Biden is in trouble because Midterm elections are approaching . . and democrats are in more power.
The end of US - Afghan war was another set back to Biden administration - and this inflation and oil crisis is going to affect the midterm elections.
747  Economy / Economics / Re: Where should I invest? on: July 25, 2022, 07:12:16 PM
There are many investment opportunities like the local investment in real estate and also in the booming businesses like Airbnb and food store.
but obviously  coins  are more quick in giving the return than other investment but know the merits and demerits before you jump in to it.
The advantages and disadvantages of each investment are natural because investing in coins that can provide faster returns also has a greater level of risk and varying levels of profit because the price of coins is very volatile and often changes in a matter of hours. Likewise with other investments such as in real estate whose returns look longer, but the profits are also more stable as long as the business is still running well.
Actually, when we talk about investment, we must be aware that this is done in a period of time that can be said to be long enough so that it is indeed a coin that is indeed a good target.
As for coins that are temporary and only pay attention to Pump and Dump there it is not a good thing to be an Investment coin.
It depends on what we believe whether it is possible and strong to invest in the long term or indeed only able to trade with a shorter duration of time.
I agree that people are investing in Airbnb and it's very productive and fruitful you need not to invest much and you get a good return.
Also it is helpful for many people who are living alone -they get a good company and along side they get some extra money.
748  Economy / Economics / Re: Sri Lanka Economic Crisis is Getting Worse on: July 25, 2022, 07:08:54 PM

The newly formed government need to work in a much faster way to tackle the prevailing situation which is at the worst. Sri Lanka to recover as the past will take decades. Even with loans it isn't possible, because right now the inflation have peaked along with the shortage of basic needs of life. One by one things can be retained, but when the focus is made over specific subject the other gets affected.
Sri Lanka will survive - the footages and pictures are obviously disturbing, but what has made people so aggressive that they have move the game of politics and threw all the politician out of the palaces.
The world is in so much chaos - the inflation - COVID- War - political instability. This is adding on more trouble to the people problem
749  Economy / Economics / Re: Avoid loan apps, a word of advice. on: July 24, 2022, 11:46:03 PM

take it as the last resort of getting funds. but if you will just take a loan because of personal things that you want to buy, then don't. take a loan if you badly need it, and if you have other resources that you think you can use if other options are not available. also, you need to look for loan options, where you can compare the interest rates and their terms. for sure, there will be more than one lending company that you can go to.
Sometimes one is in so much trouble that one cannot avoid taking loan whatsoever is the situation...
And then comes the hefty installment and payback time which almost takes all the freshness on the face of the person.
750  Economy / Economics / Re: Unemplyment at least 50% how world will look like then ? on: July 24, 2022, 11:45:35 PM
the price will not affect the number of unemployed but the price is very identical to the economic condition of one country / and the cost of production of one product offered,
there are many entrepreneurs out there and sometimes many jobs are created but it's just that humans have high ambitions and want to occupy a decent position but don't measure their abilities so many companies refuse, so for 50% unemployment in one country it's an impossible thing according to me, don't know for the others
Yes, there could be lots of opportunities for everyone. More businesses are being established since most countries are now recovering from the pandemic. Some people are blaming the increasing number of unemployment rate on the government but the fact is, they lack skills and others don't have the eagerness to look for opportunities. The success of a person depends on their determination and hard work.
.The 50% is the number too exaggerated ..
Now a days many people are self employed - people are learning freelancing and earning from their home. That is the biggest liberty they have achieved during Covid
751  Economy / Economics / Re: COVID had widened the gap between world's richest and poorest on: July 24, 2022, 11:45:23 PM

Therefore, as an individual then it would really be just normal for us to mind our own business and our lives and try your best to free yourself from poverty or into the challenges of this life.
No matter what situation happens, the only ones who could help you is only yourself.  Smiley
that is correct ... at the end you are your true friend.
No One can help yourself but you. In every walk of life - be it personal or professional.COVID has taught us many valuable lesson the most important of all is
Health is biggest wealth.
Jobs are temporary and a call away.
Family is your biggest support system
752  Economy / Economics / Re: Where should I invest? on: July 24, 2022, 11:44:57 PM
Making predictions on the cryptocurrency market, especially in the current turbulent times, is quite a thankless task, but still, if someone is going to invest in this market, then they will still have to make some assumptions about the near future. There are two possible scenarios. If the market continues its decline or there is a sideways trend, then the most reliable option for a beginner will be investing in bitcoin, because historically bitcoin is less susceptible to falling than other cryptocurrencies. If you think that the cryptocurrency market will soon begin to rise, then you can think about investing in Ethereum as a more or less common and safe option from altcoins, especially considering the imminent transition to a new network model, which could potentially lead to a strengthening of the exchange rate of Ethereum.
At this time - when everyone is dealing with the inflation only the smartest will have some extra money to invest somewhere.
Those who are that smart to have good money management -  they will be able to invest well.
753  Other / Politics & Society / Re: High inflation is causing GLOBAL protests on: July 24, 2022, 11:44:43 PM
I don't find the Sri Lanka in this list of countries because I believe that is facing the most economic crisis due to high inflation rate even the current leaders were thrown out by people after continuous protests for very long time. But inflation is not something new but people failed to understand the concept or governments all around the world kept it from reaching the people's knowledge for decades but now due to the internet boom everything is in our palm if we want to know we can learn.

I agree, I heard that they have a huge debt in other countries and that causes the country economy to collapse. Sooner or later I believe that my country will make a protest as well. Inflation in here is very bad, working from 8 to 5 jobs cannot provide you a better budget for the whole family, I needed to have multiple work so that I could have a savings, our country's having a huge debt as well and even in the few next generation it will not be paid so easily, consider that dollar is getting higher in here.
These protests are not going to work ...people will get used to it.
Inflation trouble is everywhere - people are in stress because they have so many things to deal with it. .  . the health, wealth and other stresses.
754  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is trading really worth it? on: July 24, 2022, 11:44:27 PM

I think you are right if one understands trading then it is very easy for him and if one does not understand it is very difficult for him if one understands trading
It is not possible to "understand" trading, as it's only based on luck, bro. It's 50 percent chance.
People will lose huge sums of money because nobody can predict crypto markets. Do you known, where Bitcoin's price will be tomorrow or next week? Nobody knows.
Because if, such people would be rich already.

Only prediction is long term and Bitcoin will go up because it is a store of value.
Bitcoin is scarce because it is capped. No inflation, no new coins mined.

= value will go up per coin.  Smiley

No need to make risky trades.

wagmi
...I think everything is worth doing - unless it is done right way.
Trading too has pros and cons - some people are very good in trading but there is too much mind game involved. So one should be very active.
755  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: The right time to invest on: July 24, 2022, 11:44:12 PM

Every word given or suggested on this market or any place in related with crypto would be always speculative and would really be just basing on what they have saw in the past and since we do know about
potential then it would really be just normal that they would be saying those things whenever they do see a declining market and presuming that it is already the bottom but we know that there's
no way for someone could able to determine about the lowest price but on general sense and idea then i cant really blame out people on giving positivity whenever the market is really on the low level
which we do presume that it might already be the bottom.
There is no right time to invest. One can do it at any stage and at any time...
But its good to keep looking for the opportunist and keep doing a research and do when you have some extra money.
756  Economy / Economics / Re: Wheat War I is going to be World War III on: July 24, 2022, 11:43:48 PM

Ukraine can give freedom to the peoples enslaved by Russia! Ukraine can enable Russia to forget its Nazi greatness and become, in a few decades, a more or less adequate country. Ukraine will allow Russia to return to its historical past - a gray Asian country on the outskirts of civilization Smiley
About Odessa - yes, for trying to bring peace to the Russians in Odessa, Russia will also pay in full, and even more Rashists will be sent to the next world. Just don’t start your propaganda fable about “crucified boys” and “raped grandmothers”, so beloved by all Russians Smiley

Now - Biden after creating all the mess has rushed to the Saudia for oil and gas supply. And Saudia did a good answer too.
I was saying in the forum that everyone wants ban on Russia - where Russia is not a weak country and they oil and gas. So now the whole European Union including the USA is in trouble.
757  Economy / Economics / Re: Wheat War I is going to be World War III on: July 23, 2022, 09:58:31 PM
^^^ LOL.. Russia doesn't need to cut the gas to Europe, if it want the Europeans to suffer. The Europeans are so stupid that in some time (maybe within the next one or two months) they will refuse the gas from Russia by themselves. And that's all it takes to make the destruction of the famed German manufacturing sector complete. Once the factories shut down, they will never be able to compete in the global market. Anyway, without cheap energy their products can't remain in the market. EU can subsidize, but for how long?
Whatever it is - this game has put all the world in very difficult situation
The power game is horrible and results are more horrible - everywhere people seem to be in trouble - the covid war was not over and we came into another war and than another crisis and so on and so forth.
758  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: The right time to invest on: July 23, 2022, 09:55:08 PM
As a newbie one finds it difficult to know the right time to invest. I really want to know if I can actually invest into Bitcoin at this moment.
Don't wait to invest any specific price point. no one know the actual price movement .best strategy to invest is doing DCA(dollar cost averaging). and always keep 20% dollar free.
THe right time to invest was 10 years ago - the other right time is now.
One should be  practical and should give it a proper try - do the research and make the real difference.
759  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is trading really worth it? on: July 23, 2022, 09:50:50 PM
just because you had entered the high price where the market do make out correction? These are the common scenarios on why people do end up on being a holder if they do really have experience these things.
Asking out if Trading is worth it? Yes for course but we should know that there are different type of trading which some do even make out some generalization about buying low and selling high concept
which is a fact but execution and duration might really vary and this is where people do see make out some differences in between their actions basing on their preference and point of view.
If someone is particular about something - they get it.
Half will and half struggle is not the solution of any problem - everything is worth a try if you do it with full intention.
760  Other / Politics & Society / Re: High inflation is causing GLOBAL protests on: July 23, 2022, 09:48:30 PM
I'm sorry that SOME of those videos were fake, or not the actual protests as the narrative of those tweets, BUT it doesn't mean that some countries around the world are not suffering from high inflation, higher food prices, and higher costs of living. It might be just the beginning of a global instability especially if inflation continues to surge up in many regions.
That is correct - protests are all over and people are protesting to show their anger and dismay over inflation and all the hike.
But these protest are not going to work because they are all over. However the only solution is to keep oneself busy and earn as much as one can.
