I'm using Google translate here so assuming I understood you correctly...
Recovering your hardware wallet on Trustwallet was not really a good choice. But since you've already done that, as far as I know, Trustwallet doesn't let you access more than one address. That could be the reason as to why you cannot see your funds and if by "SegWit" you mean native SegWit (addresses starting with bc1) then Trustwallet should support that so I don't think the problem is related to that.

You can't simply convert your addresses to SegWit addresses, and not move them anywhere. You would need to transfer them to a SegWit address, whether you decide to use the same seedphrase as your current wallet, or create a completely new one.

You can try with paxful .com as I know it is world wide p2p buy /sell service and maximum type of payment system available with local and Globally
It's been sometime since I last seen someone mention it. I doubt anyone uses it anymore after them shutting down and coming back under a new leadership. If you don't have a problem doing KYC, you might as well just go with something more reputable, has more liquidity and doesn't charge any escrow fees like Binance P2P.

So in short there is a 12% premium charged in my country
So I was thinking like in the old days I could purchase btc internationally via creditcard
Does anyone know any European or international platform offering such services??
Where are you from? You've got a few options like Coinbase, or Bitpanda for Europe. If you're willing to verify your identity as it looks like, it's probably better to use your bank account directly, or deal with other individuals P2P to eliminate those high fees.

For the legalities, that depends on where you're from.
The process should be quite simple though. Sell your BTC in a local exchange to your local currency, withdraw that and use it at a currency exchange to buy whatever foreign currency you want.
This is assuming that you don't have a "black market" like some countries and foreign currencies are easily accessible from banks/currency exchange desks.

and have API or web-socket interface ? just asking.
That's too vague of a request. A lot of decentralized exchanges have an API, but what is it exactly that you're trying to achieve? fetching prices? trading? something else? what do you need websockets for? the more information the better we can help you.

I need legit bitcoin testnet faucet site for my project development, anyone here know where is it?
Here are a few you can check[1]. I'm not sure about the nature of your project, but none of them is going to give you any large sums. There used to be a list which I can't find anymore, but I don't think it had many more sites than this anyway. [1] https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5487239.msg63759683#msg63759683

My electrum History tab shows 1.286 mBtc. But when I choose 'Max; on the send tab, I only get .80379?
I would imagine that the rest of the amount might be reserved to pay for the fees? have you tried sending to see what amount is going to show as fees?

3. DISCLOSURE ... Furthermore, BingX does not accept certain customers. To maintain our strong reputation in the market and ensure a robust compliant marketplace, we have decided to not seek nor accept customers from certain jurisdictions, such as Afghanistan, Burundi, Congo, Cuba, Canada, Mainland China, Hong Kong SAR, Macau SAR, Iran, [/li] [/list] Reminds me of e-coin (now known as Wirex) back when they first started. I think I already mentioned this story before in the forums... This happened back when were just starting and laws were not as strict as they are now, and they were not accepting my country. One of their team members asked me to simply choose France as a country IIRC and to just proceed to use their services.

That's correct yes. You don't even need to install the desktop versions of those wallets. Any wallet would do. Even if sparrow or Bluewallet goes down a few years from now, you can still use pretty much any other wallet.

This is a bit different to Binance and KuCoin because the article mentions that users can "verify their identities using their national ID" and not only use the exchange as a non-KYC users with low limits. This makes a big difference.
But with cointelegraph's article, I doubt this is something that's going to last for too long.
