41  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ETH or LTC long term? on: April 14, 2018, 12:33:01 PM
Ethereum, better use case and more active development than litecoin.
42  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is ETH also a bubble like bitcoin? on: April 12, 2018, 05:52:49 PM
I don't think bitcoin is a bubble, looks like you're trying to provoke some people?  Wink
43  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Neo future? on: April 12, 2018, 05:50:21 PM
Could be up or down I'm not sure of it, I think there will be a lot of competition in the smart contract world.
44  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Hitbtc unrealistic deposit and withdrawal fees on: April 10, 2018, 05:05:18 PM
With such high withdrawal fees, you are better of buying ethbit in coinexchange. I believe hitbtc has to review its withdrawal fees, I think it is too high too.

They don't really care about anyone but themselves, they have showed that a few times already.
45  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: City going full crypto on: April 08, 2018, 02:15:24 PM
Sounds more like a pump and dump scam to be honest.
46  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Be patient for your profit on: April 08, 2018, 01:39:52 PM
Hi,

I see a lot of members waiting for like 7 days and they didn't getting any profit..
After 14 days the price is dropping..

They screaming on bitcointalk and Twitter.. (some of them  Grin)
My answer.. Just wait!

- Developers can't work 24 hours a day
- don't check the twitter or ANN every hour  Wink
- a project in blockchain isn't a job for a week.. Be patient..
If you wait a year or a couple of months you get much more profit.

The problem is that many of the newcomers are looking for fast profits, if that's your goal you're going to have a hard time holding.
47  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bloody Markets on: April 08, 2018, 01:36:50 PM
most of cryptocurrency are red for now and down in USD terms,, especially bitcoin
at this moment bitcoin price down below 10K USD depends on coinmarketcap data

is this the best time to buy more bitcoin ?

bloody market is a good time to buy some of coins from it.
but don't expect for quick recover because the market price still can keep falling at that time.

I think most people who are buying now are expecting a recovery before the end of the year.
48  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: If Bitcoin dies does altcoin die? on: April 08, 2018, 01:33:39 PM
If we're still in the current scenario where everything is matched up against bitcoin then I can't see how everything else will survive if btc goes down.
49  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is future of Bitcoin after RBI decision in India against BTC on: April 06, 2018, 12:09:22 PM
We will continue without India, and India will lose out on a lot of money in the end. What did you think was going to happen?
50  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The biggest problem of altcoins on: April 06, 2018, 12:03:52 PM
That's true! And in the future it should change. BTC dominance should decrease and the projects behind all these altcoins should be much less dependant on it. Often happens this scenario, when some altcoin release updates or great news, the price of the coin starts to go up, but unstable behavior of BTC cut the impulse and preventing the price to grow.

BTC dominance has already been decreasing a lot over the past years. But still alts stay dependant.
51  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: What's happening with CRYPTOPIA on: April 06, 2018, 11:59:55 AM
I've been reading a lot of bad things about this exchange lately, things like they've lost their bank backing, withdraws not happening and deposits taking days.
Does any one know what's going on? is the exchange burning out slowly or just overloaded?

Are people getting their money in and out eventually?

I've used this exchange in the past for new projects, few on there now I want to get in on but I'm a little concerned.
Better stay away from Cryptopia now, I heared a lot of my friends telling their account were hacked in Cryptopia. My account in Cryptopia is locked now for the reason someone is trying to logged in my account so cryptopia locked it for three(3) failed logged ins. Its a good thing I put an email security on my account and the hacker cannot access my email for the authority cuz almost everyday I got several emails for failed log attempts.
Many deposit and withdrawals also are delayed so better wait for sometime until cryptopia can resolve all these problems.

There undoubtedly has been some kind of leak from some kind of db as I have seen more people complain about people trying to reset their pass or used wrong pass.
52  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is the market recovering or just a big joke? on: April 06, 2018, 11:58:22 AM
The market will recover for sure right from the inception of bitcoin till date there was huge volatility so this is 3 months downtrend so as per present speculations we can expect next quarter to be more fruitful for our patience
I hope that it to happen. Current falls very much affect the psyche of traders and cryptocurrency investors. I'm waiting for a reversal to the trend of increasing summer and hope that by the end of the year we will return to the previous position. I started to get interested in cryptocurrency when bitcoin is$ 2000 , and ETH$ 150 and I don't want to go back to these figures again.

I think it's just waiting for a reversal and we will be good again for the months after.
The question is how long will that one last.
53  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Blockchain and trust on: April 06, 2018, 11:55:52 AM
How can blockchain reduce business risks and increase trust

The whole point of the (bitcoin) blockchain is to be trustless, i.e it does not require you to trust the other party.
54  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: TRON (TRX) is going crazy. on: April 04, 2018, 12:02:57 PM
TRX is a terrible investment.

In this fall, it proves that it is not worth investing!

Tron is not really a blockchain platform at all.

TRX's inflation in January may have something to do with hype!

I will never understand the prices that it reached, very high price for such a simple coin.
55  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you truly believe in cryptocurrency on: April 04, 2018, 11:59:40 AM
I do, it reminds me of the "old" days when the internet was coming up and people weren't into it yet.

Why must icobench.com and or icomarks.com?
for the moment I just use 2 ICO Listing. If you have other ICO Listings please share here.

how to determine whether an ICO is scam or not ?
It is indeed very difficult to distinguish a scam or not. I just assume if it is on icobench.com and or icomarks.com maybe safe from scam.

I don't use and know those sites but they have never added a fraudulent ico?
57  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Oyster Pearl just scammed us on: April 02, 2018, 07:52:53 PM
Even worse is Pearl announced Kucoin was going to support the airdrop (Kucoin has not announced it yet) of Shell which raised the price.  They then dumped into that buying.  So shady.

That sucks, but I never really trusted those guys.
Scammers are gonna scam.
58  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will Crypto end? on: April 02, 2018, 07:50:17 PM
No it will not end, it has "barely" started yet Wink
59  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Can something free be a scam? on: March 31, 2018, 02:19:10 PM
Airdrops wont be a scam unless they did something wrong with the people, asking email address is really unecessary with airdrops,IDs and private keys shouldnt be asked with these free airdrops because they will only try to steal your investments and that is for sure,no ICO and airdrops will ask for your private keys ! Protect yourself from these schemes so that you wont be losing your money.

How do you know they are really distributing all the coins to XXXX amount of users? How do you know they are not secretly holding half of the supply claiming it's distributed to legit people?
60  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Token distribution using KYC verification on: March 31, 2018, 02:16:10 PM
several bounty projects, are now beginning to implement KYC on the distribution of their tokens
when I send my identity card is this safe? could it be misused?
Not just a bounty campaign that is required for kyc but airdrop must also use the process, of course we do not know about safe or not safe but spread the identity to the internet is a not wise decision but if the promised kyc process there are laws that regulate it, I think will secure.

As far as I'm concerned it's not safe, not a good idea to send your personal documents to randoms on the internet.
