First of all, you should start with a research. ICOs industry is not profitable at the moment, so I would recommend to start with an altcoin investment. If you have made a good investigation of 10 coins, invest in them and be patient, because nowadays it is hard to gain short term profits.

It depends on you. If you are a trader, that is working 8 hours a day, you can tell it a full time job. But maybe you need 2 hours per day to earn several hundreds and it could be your full time job as well. Just manage your time well, and you would be able to gain great profits in a short period of time.
