I accept your loan request, please send me the collateral (or choose an escrow).
I've taken and changed the credentials  of ruggedman_dan's forum account and sent the loan:

Thanks.
I do like chrome but I'm using also firefox.
Bump.
@AdvancedCash, do you have any news or improvement about your service?
I would like to ask if it is possible also to add ETH, I know it is a new 'coin' with a new algo but maybe it is possible.

Why exactly were you posting from ruggedman_dan's account while you were holding it as collateral? I know that it was you because you didn't post until September 26, 2015, 02:58:36 PM that you had been repaid:
ruggedman_dan has repaid the 1 BTC loan and his account was returned. This is the tx id that he sent me through a PM (in a signed message) :

 - a36a146a17aba7762967a9e4f66f01c28eeae7cac06c08b264beca46833aaa62
As well as the fact that his password was changed on September 12, 2015, 08:45:14 PM when you made the loan, and you didn't change it again until September 26, 2015, 09:49:59 AM

ETA: do you have anything to link FrozenOne to that skype handle?

This is all I got:

Were you previously in communication with him regarding this trade? Anyone can say that they are FrozenOne

Based on this thread:  https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1167415.msg12430411#msg12430411

This was out first trade through an escrow..  he added me on skype..

If those screenshots are legit then it probably was FrozenOne who originally added you on skype. I don't think that is sufficient proof that it is him though.

Maybe you should PM him to respond to this thread to get his side of the story.

Of course it was him, after our first trade he posted that he did a trade with me and I was legit...

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1167415.msg12432321#msg12432321

If there is a legitimate moderator, legendary, or hero member who wants to login into my skype and see that those screenshots are legit, im willing to do that.

About 45min ago I accused him on his thread saying he was a scammer... he immediately took down the thread and went off line...

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1199747.msg12593855#msg12593855
Did he actually contact you on skype before or after he posted on your thread saying you had a successful trade?

This looks like it could be a MITM scam, but it could also be FrozenOne actually scamming. It is hard to say which one it is.

Either way, I hope this was not a lot of money for you and I hope that you can take this as a lesson to only trade with trusted users, and if you are trading with someone who is not trusted then you should use someone who is trusted to facilitate the transaction.

Buying $300 BTC For PayPal

PM me

Escrow is welcome

Look. You're not going to get that deal. You're a Jr. Member with little to no rep, and plus your name implies that you offered a service of Amazon refunding which is pretty shady. (correct me if I'm wrong.)

I done trades here before, IF you think i'll chargeback or i'll scam then i can close this topic or will use ESCROW !
Escrow is not going to do anything for the seller unless you are agreeing to have the BTC tied up for at least 6 months, but this would result in you getting an interest free 6 month loan because you could initiate a chargeback in 5.5 months if the price falls, and not if the price rises.

You have zero trust and even with a 6 month hold of the BTC is does not make sense to sell BTC to you with PayPal

trickedoutsquirrelmaster has a SERP of https://exchangecurrencyzone.com/showthread.php/143679-QuitGame-Possible-Scammer-aka-WHY-WE-NEED-FEEDBACK-ASAP from 2012.

Why would you not do a simple google search of his skype handle before trusting him?

He is also selling some other accounts as a package, and it is possible that some of those accounts have some value as well, although I really am not sure.

They have value and you should know exactly why someone would buy this package.
Do you think someone with this package of accounts would be able to scam >1.2 BTC? If you do then yes the negative trust is correct to be on his account.

I do not see any reason why anyone would think it is a good idea to trust him with 0.01 BTC, let alone 1.2 BTC. The fact that I am dealing with the original owner does not change the amount I am going to be willing to trust someone with.

I was implying that maybe a payza account has value because the person buying it would not have to jump through a bunch of hoops to get it to work. The same with perfectmoney, and the others.

Maybe someone else who needs money and is considering to sell his account is going to see this situation and instead of trying to sell his account he will try to scam instead to pay whatever bill he needs paid.
50  Economy / Reputation / Re: Received negative because I want to sell my account on: October 01, 2015, 12:52:30 AM
There is no rule against selling accounts and most sold accounts appear to be used for signature campaigns therefore I do not believe that a sold account is a scam per say se. I would suggest that whoever left MarkMJ negative trust to change it to neutral if they wish to warn others to ignore previous feedback.

This is not a usual account sale. See: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1195916.msg12550819#msg12550819 . Negative feedback should not be removed.

Notice the high price because of the "free" stuff included? Who pays 1.2 BTC for a senior account they plan on using for sig campaigns Roll Eyes I haven't been around here lately but are prices for accounts really that high now? Here I was thinking prices would be dropping because of all the farmers.

Here is the post in case the above thread is deleted:

Quote
Hello

I'm selling this account + my
perfectmoney
solidtrustpay
paypal
payza
advcash
NO PAPERS will be included
All for 1.2 btc (negotiable)
Waiting pm if you want to know more details
The price is set by the market, not by the buyer's intent.

Someone who is going to buy a handgun with the plan of using it to rob a 7-11 is not going to pay a higher price for said gun then someone who plans to use their handgun to protect their family from intruders.

If his price is above the market price then someone who plans to buy an account to try to scam with will buy a lower priced account with the same ranking/trust level. The same is true for someone who plans to buy an account for signature campaign purposes. Both people will pay approximately the same price.

He is also selling some other accounts as a package, and it is possible that some of those accounts have some value as well, although I really am not sure.

Just a warning to anyone considering clicking on any of these links, the third link to the "fanbitcoin" domain is a phishing link for bitointalk.
53  Economy / Long-term offers / Re: Need a 5 BTC loan to get repaid in 24 months on: September 29, 2015, 10:01:57 PM

Almost 6 BTC Repaid in BLC (now Loanbase)- 0.85 Active

4.94 BTC Repaid in BTCJam -3.8 BTC Active

2 BTC Active in BitBond

Total Active Loans in all Bitcoin Loan Plataforms:  6.65 BTC
Thank you for disclosing your existing loans that you have outstanding on the lending platforms.

I have seen few instances when users were able to find lenders to provide such large amounts of no collateral loans, perhaps even no instances.

It always flabbergasted me how users are able to secure such large amounts of loans on P2P lending sites
54  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: turtlehurricane is deleting most of his post history and editing his old posts on: September 29, 2015, 04:01:40 PM
4.88 BTC has been repaid over the course of several months, ultimately all BLC loans will be fully paid less than a year after they were due. The 5% interest rate is actually phenomenal compared to any other loan-type investment even for a year, and I plan on sending some extra interest.
Hello Mr. Zachary Gruskin

4.88 BTC was paid over several months, but 20 BTC was due several months before any of these payments even started, correct?

Your 5% interest rate is much lower then what is available for even those with a steady income a excellent credit for a personal/signature loan. On an APY basis, your lenders should have received somewhere around 60% if your loan was repaid on time, and your lenders did not agree to lend you 20 BTC for a year when they gave you the loan.
55  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: BEWARE --->Smith Janifer<--- BEWARE --- Is this JerryCurlzzz?? on: September 29, 2015, 03:52:32 PM
What is Smith Janifer's facebook profile link? Based on the name alone, it sounds like a fake name/account therefore I would find it unlikely that any additional information can be determined from it.
56  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: turtlehurricane is deleting most of his post history and editing his old posts on: September 28, 2015, 01:43:54 AM

In other words, you are trying to cover your tracks on your turtlehurricane account and will return as another account to scam again? Am I even somewhat close?
57  Other / Meta / Re: Requesting Moderator privileges on: September 28, 2015, 01:19:24 AM
well if you did your research you would of found out that that account was bought, i wasnt even on the forum in 2012

No it's not possible. That feedback is to warn others that the member was a proven scammer before the transition to the current trust system. (Issued by a administrator controlled account)
What if i bought the account? will they remove it?
Nope not even then. The problem is that account sales can be faked, so that would again mean that the scammer could essentially just sell the account to himself.
I can provide proof, pm's can be showm, ip addresses can be checked and they can also check for any prior interaction between the addresses and the forum ip addresses

account was bought here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1072424.0
by user here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=516739
who was given negative rep for selling hacked accounts https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust;u=516739

How do you feel?
I feel great, thanks for asking.

It is not like it isn't difficult to fake the sale of an account in order to try to get negative trust removed.

Hello administrators, I am interested in joining the staff in clearing up the spam from the forum, I have been on the forum for a while and i have experience moderation a high-spam forum
I would be interested in moderating the micro earnings and/or the alternative crypto boards
Why would you think it would be a good idea to be made a moderator if you have hacked bitcointalk accounts in the past? Why would anyone think you would be a good moderator if you have a scammer tag?
On what evidence are you standing? i have never hacked an account
You have a neutral trust rating from SaltySpitoon that says:
Quote
Alt of Brunoshady, "This person was given a scammer tag by a forum administrator prior to the existence of the trust system. This means that they were either a proven scammer, someone linked to a proven scammer by IP evidence, or someone with an account likely compromised by a known scammer. However, this information is very old and maybe not 100% accurate, so use this rating as only part of your trust judgement."

If you search for brunoshady then one of the results is this

I'm pretty sure these accounts were compromised, so I've marked them all as scammers:
bitbetter
Gluskab
brunoshady
killer2021
kuba_10
Sjalq
madload

It looks like the attacker is just trying a few super common passwords on a bunch of user accounts.

I'm not sure if this is legit or not, but this guy also hadn't posted in ages and then suddenly asked for a loan (and got one, sadly, and doesn't seem to have bothered giving any responses to questions after the loan request):

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=7110;sa=showPosts

He's using very different IP ranges, at least.
59  Other / Meta / Re: Can someone with Ban authority look at recent posts of RGBKey on: September 28, 2015, 12:17:39 AM
This person has recently made an additional 54 posts in the span of 1 hour, 7 minutes and 6 seconds, that is an average of 1 post every 74.5 seconds.

Exactly 8 of the posts take up more then one line on my screen, and the remainder of his 54 recent posts take up less then one line on my screen.

If posting this kind of insubstantial posts is not against any kind of rule, then can someone please confirm this so this thread can be closed?
