so now I post here as it looks like only public attention makes that guys move.

What happened
On Monday I have created an account on Bitcoin Games (games.bitcoin.com). I thought it was trusted because of the bitcoin.com domain and advertisement on top websites.
So I have made a deposit of 0.098 BTC to it. The transaction got a lot of confirms, but even in several hours the deposit did not appear on Games account.
To check the address, I have tried to send a SECOND little transfer to same address - 0.001 BTC and it immidiately appeared on account.

I have contacted their customer support by email and posted on their board.

They have recognized the problem (by email and on their board), but told me that they have "some backend issues".
And promised to help me once they fix it.

Today it is almost 3 days since I made the transaction, and the problem is still not solved.
They confirm the existence of the transaction. I write them every day, and they promise to fix everything asap, but there is still nothing done.
I am worried so I post here. I publicly ask them to release my funds.

So I sent you the pm with all the details almost 2 hours ago.  Can you at least have the courtesy to tell me whether ot not it's been received, and that you are on the case?  The minute I sent it, you logged off of bitcointalk. 

So far I've sent 4 emails and a pm, and I still don't have confirmation that you've received my information let alone are working to resolve the issue. If you are away because you are working on it, then take 2 seconds and let me know so I'm not left hanging here. I've already wasted hours on this and I sort of feel like I'm being held hostage.

Voted for the 2nd option as I don't like live dealer games. If there is an option to vote for another new games which is not live game dealer then I'll vote for it.
Regarding to your plan to add live game dealer games, is it original game that you create and manage or you'll just add the games from popular live games provider such as Evolution gaming?

Actually I do not know why you make a vote like this when your original game is based on slots. Are you saying that you are going to implemeny new live game on your site? I do like your slots from the start, there is already quite some site that offer slots games but still when it comes to slot, I always played it here. So I do vote that it stay the same, may be if you want to make changes on your slot then I will still agree on it

Patrick sent me email this morning with a link to a new account holding some credits, but on the main BVC site for BTC rather than Dash version.

I figured I owed them at least a little play for the COMP... so decided I'd just basically flat-bet until I got ONE blackjack, then withdraw wherever I was at that point, "win or lose".

Also kinda did not want to play with the comp in the "high limit room" (i.e. most expensive BTC) rather convert to Dash or BCH to have more chips later.

ANYWAY... all's well that ends well.

BVC management *did* finally come thru in the end and I suppose my FAITH in this GAME is at least partially restored.

But, comment above talking about "never" lose hope and etc is still a little misplaced.  Things online and esp. in crypto world are always changing.

BVC and related sites HAS been around a long time and they DO "always" come thru, apparently, but that doesn't mean we-players should not still be VIGILANT.

I'd still like to see some "official statement" from BVC management about WHAT'S really changed last few years, why these problems started to happen more, what they plan to CHANGE or IMPROVE soon to help ensure they NEVER happen again!

So YES, thanks again for the COMP.  But.... let's hear it, and also ideas from PLAYERS what needs to be done to make these sites really the BEST gaming destination on the 'net, after all...?

Actually there is no need to get reviews anymore from DT member because they already proof that their site is not scammed anyone here. They have pretty huge bankroll too but for the cashout, it is pretty normal for such site to check everything so it needs to be double checked before they release the money to the players. Overall, this is the best slots site that I ever played around

i just checked this out in the dropdown about, provably fair, and it says "To manually verify a game that has been played, press the green verify button in the MY GAMES table after a game has been played."

there is no recent games as it has been removed so impossible to verify bets, unless you expect players to program and code their own verifier.

i agree they removed this functionality to perhaps cheat players.  it's not a better user experience. and why remove the ability to change client seed? how is that a better user experience?

this is typical post by community manager to make it sound like removing a headphone jack is what users wants in a phone. did you guys survey players and they wanted all these features removed?

Never heard of video casino but would be great to try also it's good that the site is running from 2012 and still continuing.
