Hey Tom I just sent you an email I actually just hit 25 Bitcoins playing slots on the Android app and I waited for the confirmations I withdrew the coins to my wallet and it says that they were sent but like there's no record of it and it's not showing up in my wallet should I be nervous or because I'm really nervous

Hi, yup, I just sent you an email reply.

Congratulations on your jackpot! Smiley

I checked your account and the withdrawal has been processed. I'm not sure why it wasn't showing up in your wallet. Everything looks good on our end.

The blockchain.info website appears to be a block or two behind in the blockchain, so if you were using that website to check the deposit, that might explain why it wasn't showing up.

Ok BCVC - what would it cost you to provide us some stats.

I have stats which I'm willing to release, assuming someone can audit yours too.

Here's one I'd like to compare to your overall database.

Chance of a dealer getting blackjack is aprox 4%.   I have over 110,000 hands logged, and it's exactly in that range.

Yet (smaller sample), of the last 250 times I have raised my bet by more than 99%

(Example, 150 bet comes 300 would qualify.  150 bet to 200 would not)

Of those 250 times, the dealer hit blackjack 67 times.
Of those 250 times, the dealer won the next 3 hands in a row, 117 times
Of those 250 times, the dealer hit a blackjack in the next 3 hands 114 times!  (this includes the 67 times mentioned above)

So something that has a long term 4% probability, hits 27% on the very next hand, and 47% of the time over the next 3 hands.

Hey, maybe I'm just unlucky. I  mean, 110,000 hands isn't a big enough sample maybe?

So what would be the cost to have you pick an account with 100,000+ hands played and track what I tracked?

You offer no way for users to easily track this themselves - which is unto itself a red flag.   So I'll throw 1/2 a bitcoin towards it if you'll allow it to be checked by a 3rd party.

All of our games are provably fair, so it's simply not possible for us to cheat in any of the games. This can be directly verified by looking at the client source code. Our server is forced to use the random client seed chosen by the user, so it isn't possible for us to manipulate the shuffle in any way. We can't change the deck depending on whether you've raised your bet.

We have offered to give logs of games played in the past, and that offer still stands. Just send an email to admin@bitcoinvideocasino.com with your account information and I will send a log of games played for that account. Please note that this game log can't really show anything beyond what our provably fair system already demonstrates. With the provably fair system, we absolutely can not cheat, ever.

You know what, I have to say, I have lost by far the most on this site,  (as opposed to literally every other site)  BUT for some reason I trust this site to be 100% legit more than I do all other sites except Bitzino, combined.

The reason I lose so much here is 100% not because of the validity, but cuz its so god damn addicting for some reason.   Yesterday I won 1.5BTC on slots, and before i was even able to wait 5 minutes to withdrawal i just gave it right back.  Anyone looking for a site to play on, this one you def cant go wrong on,

Wow, thanks for the nice words! Smiley

Yup we are 100% legit here. We have been around for over three years now and have never cheated anyone.

Some users were having trouble with their deposits taking a while to get credited to their account. The recent site upgrade should now fix that issue.

We are currently updating our servers. This should hopefully improve deposit/withdrawal speed in the future.

We should be back up again in an hour or two. Sorry for the short notice!

"In order to withdraw funds, all of your previous deposits must have gotten at least 2 confirmations. This usually takes about 10 or 20 minutes. This is to prevent malicious users from creating fraudulent transactions. A small transaction fee of 0.0001 BTC will be deducted."

14 actually

I'm really sorry about the trouble with your withdrawal. It looks like our Bitcoin processor fell behind on some recent transactions for a couple of hours. We are planning an upgrade in the near future which should prevent this from happening again.

Sorry again about this. Everything is now working normally again on the site.

Bitcoin Video Casino is now back up again.

There was a network problem with our hosting provider that made the site inaccessible.

I am extremely sorry for the inconvenience.

I wish everyone the best of luck on the site! Smiley

damn, hope site is ok.

Thanks! Smiley

This is quite frustrating to us since it appears to be a networking issue that is beyond our control.

We will keep everyone updated on the status of the site.

site is down again Sad

We appear to be having a networking problem with our server hosting provider. This unfortunately means that the site is down at the moment.

I'm really sorry for the inconvenience. We are doing everything that we can to get the site back up again as quickly as possible.

Promo Promo !!
We want promo !!   Wink

We unfortunately can't really have promos and bonuses because our house edge is so low (just 0.5%). Other casinos can give out regular bonuses since they take a bigger cut of every game played. If we started giving out bonuses we would have to change the payouts of our games, which I'm concerned would anger our users. I hope this explanation makes sense.

We're very sorry about the down time. This is a networking issue that unfortunately is making our servers inaccessible to the outside world. We are working with our hosting provider to fix this. The servers themselves are completely fine. All accounts are OK. Hopefully we will have this resolved soon.
