Ed did a lot of great work at Synereo. Mediated between Greg and Dor, and build a lot.
Ian and Jim are both respected community members in with their work on community governance, bounties, philosophising... also Jim's one of the kindest, most patient people out there.
Christian can smoke whatever he pleases as far as I'm concerned, ( I advise against crack, however ;-)  but  some decorum and professional behaviour would go a LONG way. He's proven to me that he's not yet mature enough for the roles he's assuming. To much juvenile drama.

Sadly what we see here is the community is being divided in the Dor camp and the Greg camp. No need to call everyone names that side with Greg. They're mostly good people.

He didn't steal anything, but he's asking for millions to be paid for "his" Rchain that he half developed while working as the CTO of Synereo.
He does not have access to any AMPs until he actually finishes a product though, so I consider this renegotiating a deal before a product is delivered.

Nobody has to be afraid 4 million AMPs get dumped by Greg because he doesn't have them.

He's very strong verbally ( so is Dor by the way, but he plays it differently ! ) and puts team members on the spot with questions like "Did I deliver working tech or not ?" which is unfair of course because a little bit of working tech doesn't make a working platform or software that's actually useful.

You can't be a little bit pregnant. You either ship a product or not.

Greg is making it sound like there's no Synereo without him, which is crazy. He hasn't delivered anything. Here's what he did in my eyes ( i'll leave out the recent mess )

- Presented Synereo very well in interviews for podcasts and youtube shows. Very inspiring.
- Designed and explained super cool and advanced architecture like Rchain and SpecialK
- Not deliver on any of the above plans

So other than a great thinker and speaker ( which definitely counts for something ) we lost nothing except a HUGE money drain.

Now we have a big reputation hit because of all the drama, but this is crypto and we're kinda used to it. Synereo has strong devs other than Greg in the team already - Henry for example strikes me as very capable and level headed - and plenty of alternative chains to build on. Synereo has a lot of money now and like I said before : a LOT of room to grow. And as soon as there's an strong alpha release, AMP price will reah new all time highs and everyone will have forgotten about the current drama.

The sooner Greg leaves the better. His ego is just going to keep inflating the longer he stands on his soapbox. In fact I think we run a serious danger that his ego gets so large, so massive, that it collapses on itself and rips a hole in the fabric of space/time and we all get sucked into it Spaghettification !!!

Just gonna need to have balls of steel and keep holding at this price. Soon everyone who's gonna sell will have sold, and then price has nowhere to go but up.
I think it's good for Synereo to change direction and focus on getting a product out ASAP.
At the first sign of good news, buyers are going to fall over each other to buy incredibly cheap AMP.

I think our "coinhustler" Christian badly misrepresented what went on in the meeting.
Also I wouldn't trust the opinions of a person who's obviously to immature to host a meeting. ( just watch what he types in the chat window, even though he deletes most of what he types, it's a nice window into his thought process. )
It speaks louder than the personal attacks he's bound to launch at me now --- but enough about him.

It's very enlightening. The tone of the conversation is very telling. Make a strong cup of coffee, and play parts of it at 1.5x speed.

I find it very hard to listen to the condescending tone of Greg, how he keeps interrupting Dor, looks down on the other coders and tells others to shut up.
"I've heard you point and I appreciate it, thank you very much " <- that's Gregs ways of saying shut the fuck up. It's very disingenuous.
He says he doesn't want control, and a few minutes later he says how "He won't allow Dor to be CEO".

Dor barely got a sentence out in those hours without Greg interrupting him. "that's false, that's false, that's false." Reminded me of Trump who calls everyone #liars, without actually refuting the claims. Maybe he can send out some daily tweets with the hashtag #LyingDor
It's obviously not false that Greg has failed to deliver so far and is now asking for more time and more money.

I think Greg tries hard to present a face of a friendly person who respects everyone, but that facade is showing a LOT of cracks.

He's trying to hold Synereo hostage now, but he doesn't realise there are other options. Greg has less power than he thinks. A manipulative loudmouth with a HUGE ego.
What he is really really hurting is AMP price with his public outburst and vilifying of Dor. Another proof that what he says doesn't match with what he does.
Making other people look bad to make yourself look like the better  is , sadly, quite effective ( Trump again )

For the record ; I do NOT think Dor has "alienated everybody" like Greg claims. I still believe Dor is an excellent CEO and has massively over delivered on important CEO tasks like raising funds and forming partnerships.
Anderson McCutcheon ( whom i greatly respect for his ability to provide helicopter view ) appears to agree with that sentiment.

Dor can be hard to get in touch with because he has WAY to much on his plate. That will hopefully be remedied soon, when more people are hired.

And not that my opinion on this carries a lot of weight, but I think that simply switching Synereo to a whole different stack is the best option. We're not losing much, since its in super pre alpha stages anyway.
From here on there's more room to grow then ever. Prune away the unhealthy bits, hire more people and watch Synereo soar.

Price action always moves up and down, that's natural volatility. But as you can see, we've been in an upwards trend for more than 10 days now. Now with the next .0004 price level change of the sale, AMP has a lot more room to grow.

Just watch, this is trend is going to continue. Feel free to quote me on it.

Since we're now close to 3 million, I think it's entirely possible.

On average, sales like these net 40% of the total amount raised on the first day.

On thing I am feeling very confident about is what's going to happen after the sale. The development team is finally getting the funds to take Synereo to the next level. With $120k they got this far, which is unbelieveable. Now imagine what they could do with millions.

It's a great time to hold AMP. All the new sale AMP buys are going to set a solid new support level in the .0003 - .0004 level, which will act as a launching stage for a impressive rally and then steady growth as new projects build on Rholang.
