So except for a couple of "advisors" this project has only Dmitry Faller working on it? Nearly every post in this thread is from a bounty hunter posting his signature trying to get his required posts in. Red flags are blazing, at least for me.
Well, this project doesn't really need a bunch of tech guys in the first place. The idea is pretty simple and the bussiness model is already ready. And I'd also remove the "post in the ann" thread requirement as some posts are pretty ridiculous. Well, it may not need tech guys but it sure needs marketing, legal and many other specialists. He wants over $7 million bucks he damn sure needs to have a real "team". What this one caught my eyes initially is that there are some high profiler supporters such as Ethereum's founder, on the front page. Sounds like he directly participated in this project. But now when I look at it again, his and some others pictures are gone! (replaced by some of his comments). This is a big difference and a red flag to me. Can dev clarify this? Who are the advisors/supporter to this coin?

Yes I'll skip this ICO, there are plenty fishes in the pond. This dev doesn't care about the community, and they took too much in ICO, doesn't make sense to me. There are better ones out there.

For every single word in the dictionary we can invent a new coin for ICO, but what is the point? most ICOs target for some quick money and have no new stuff or plan for any innovation. Not worth to invest.

Pardon me for my arrogance if I am blind but how do you deposit? Can I deposit BTC via myetherwallet.com and a Ledger Hardwallet? Can I also receive the token in that same way?
You can't deposit your BTC via myetherwallet.com but you can receive the token the same way as you receive your BTC at a Ledger Hardwallet. This is yet another ICO with a capacity to be stored on an MEW and waves lite client but I advice you to use waves here for cheaper fees when moving in and out of the tokens when received after the ICO. So does that mean I need a waves wallet in order to receive Primalbase? I thought it will have Primalbase's own wallet?

glad to know the fundraiser will begin on 1 july hope can partcipate on it
Saw the date but no details. Anyone know how much fund they try to raise? What are the rate? escrow? detailed usage of the proceeds, plan for exchange etc etc. Given the activity of the thread, it seems that the devs are not really care about the community here.

Should probably change market to Mbytes instead of Gbyte, the high price is probably scaring people away.
i have the same opinion with you. we should do that, i think it's a good move for this project.. why can not people realize this? i think we need use Mbyte ! can we vote for this? how can i sign a message with my byteball wallet?
thank you I agree Mbytes or even bytes look more attractive Yes. Let's do MBYTE!!! Total supply of 1000 000 Gb equals to 1000 000 000 Mb/1000 000 000 000 Kb / 1000 000 000 000 000 B. The last thriad has too many zerous that undermine the coin's value. I find that, for me, personally GByte sounds very solid, I am all for it and all opposite to Mb/Kb/B 1 billion is not a bad number so I still think 1000 000 000 MB is good. BTW you should use uppercase B because lowercase b stands for bit not byte. Psychologically 0.6$ is much better price than 600$. People always say GB is too expensive in a whining voice. I know it's stupid but pride will get you killed one day. Better opt to the stupid people. Use whichever unit isn't matter. I think use GByte is better, getting comparable with Bitcoin is good. Moreover, with GByte, there are only 1 million GByte, sound a very reasonable amount to me.

This is a nice project, but looks like they are not going to get all the money they wanted, possibly can make batch 3 done only.

what the heck is that, Chinese communist propaganda?
Looks like someone from China needs some spending money, so he begs Mao, what a fail!
What did I beg Mao for? He is dead anyway. You do not make any sense. Plus the xenophobic twist in your post is rather nasty. Beg for money, of course, isn't that you try to use his name to get some money??

Not sure what is the vague word "gateway" means here, is it an API? an exchange? a platform? From what I see, all of them exist today, not sure what are the novelty here.
|
|
|
I wondering where this platform will be place on the trading market.., is it polo or bittrex We cannot name exchanges before hand. But it will be traded at some exchanges right? Though when I get some I don't plan to sell, but it will always be good that there's liquidity there.

How do you know which coin received their byteball share? What if someone move their coins to new address every round? will he receive byteball again?
First it's important to know that you can participate in multiple rounds with the same Bitcoin. If for instance the Bitcoin was moved to a different address every round, then only the address with the Bitcoin linked to it will receive distribution. So someone with 10 btc could claim byteball 6 times already (in case if he moves coins to new address every round)? No need to move around, just register once and every airdrop you are entitled to receive new byteballs, does not even need to re-register.

It looks like an interesting ICO, but it accepts only Ethereum? too bad I have only bitcoin and no ethereum... so I have to skip this one. There are plenty fishes in the pond...

What is happening with the cryptocurrncy market right now, all altcoins and bitcoin are dropping in price very fast. What could cause such a thing, just look at coinmarketcap and poloniex, they are all in red :S. Whats happening? There is a correlation between bitcoin and altcoins especially BTC/LTC, comparing the chart, it is evident that LTC prices rises and drops according to bitcoins. ETH also has a correlation with BTC prices, it was somewhat like LTC in the beginning, moving according to bitcoin market, but in the last couple of months, it seems like fluctuations in bitcoin price is not much affecting ETH. The price drop was just a small correction, it is increasing again. The altcoins have increased big time against BTC, some running up 10-50 times... For many of them, I don't think there are any fundamental break throughs, most are just hypes. They will go down and replaced by new ones, new hypes.

I am sure there must be quite a few in the Silicon Valley, anyone has a schedule? Will be great to know when/what are the meet ups.

For him, $700 is like 70c for you and me, I won't mind throw in $70 buying 1000 coins in this case, just for fun

You gain is like the capital gain, Uncle Sam wants a part of it. It is no different than stock trading. Unless you are sure the exchange don't report it to IRS, then you may take your chance. But dealing with IRS is no fun.

If the BTC splits, you get the same amount of the coins from each chain, not too bad. This is like Ethereum and Ethereum classic. The real worry is not split, the real worry is for BTC keeps its leading position.

Distribution of bytes was finished several hours ago.
Total distributed: 66,208.049453060 GB. New circulating supply: 255,491.918951297 GB (already updated on coinmarketcap).
The distributed amount is worth $47m at the current price.
Distribution of blackbytes is still under way, I'll post when it is finished.
Distribution of blackbytes is now finished too. 127,513.125794221 GBB distributed 12,258.687406134 GBB added to the community fund https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1foYdri-vadnq8Kbr51QVhBlXiswHtiDpaShVaWO060sThe next distribution is scheduled for the full moon of July: July 9, 2017 at 04:07 UTC, the rules stay the same: BTC to bytes: 1 BTC of proven balance gives you 62.5 MB (0.0625 GB) BTC to blackbytes: 1 BTC of proven balance gives you 2.1111 * 62.5 million blackbytes (money supply of blackbytes is 2.1111 times more than that of bytes) Bytes to bytes: 1 byte on any Byteball address gives you 0.2 new bytes Bytes to blackbytes: 1 byte on linked Byteball address gives you 0.42222 blackbytes Putting this another way, to receive 1 GB from the distribution, you need to already hold 16 BTC or 5 GB. These same holdings also give you 2.1111 GBB (giga-blackbyte). Great job tony! With this equivalent 16 BTC should equal to 5 GB in terms of the distribution to get the same amount of GB, so 1GB = 16/5 = 3.2 BTC is our target? Not impossible, given that there's only 1 million GB around... If the Byteball is becoming a platform (which it could really be, given the many advantages it has), it will be big.

I am not sure this project makes sense. In fact there are several coins that support the identity verification. It is not a complicated task, and we don't need so many coins to do so. Although this is a good domain to be, I don't see this coin have many novelty worth investing.
