I see a point here, while looking the info graph, I realized that we must merit some deserving newbies since it is too hard for them to rank up at least full member. That's why some newbies getting desperate for having more merits because it is too way long for them to reach this. Making some quality posts for merits makes them to be a standard member of this forum specially when they experience more knowledge about cryptocurrency and achieved the high ranks. So the advantage of this merit system makes the new generation more stronger, i mean more knowledge to discuss about something related in bitcoin. It's like, They can easily answer most common questions and discussions that can't be answered by the newbies of the old generations this past years. I'm amazed when i discovered some mysteries about our new system.
It will take some time for newbies to understand a lot of things going on around about the cryptocurrency here in the forum. I think that there should be a sub-merit system specifically for newbies till they reach member rank as they become more informed and knowledgeable. I have nothing against the current merit system but isn't better if there are ways to help them rank up since for newbies there's a learning curve for them to put up quality contents to their posts. People are creating threads focusing on distributing sMerits especially for Newbies and Jr. Members. So I think it is possible for them to obtain 10 Merits and rank up to Member, after which one needs to spend a certain time to accumulate Activity anyway. |

Accepted and great work, i got a new hope here after i noticed that the quality of arts start dropping  +6 sMerit and i recommend to be add in theymos topic or in FAQ stickied topic. Thank you, I am happy to hear that. Below is another piece of my work to propose a better UI which allows one to check one's own sMerit balance ( not others' -- to prevent people rush to sMerit-rich users). So this is not an inforgraphic for Newbies but it would resolve Newbies' typical confusion about the system if it is implemented. Indeed everyday we see so many posts suggesting confusion about the difference between Merit and sMerit, which is mainly caused by the following reasons: 1) You can notice there are Merit and sMerit only when you click +Merit link (or read infographics etc) 2) However, for Newbies or Jr. Members with 0 sMerit, +Merit link does not show up (though it does show up if one had obtained sMerits and run out of them) The proposed UI would resolve this issue with minimal modifications, and also allows people to automatically understand the fact that the minimum unit of sMerit is 0.5, or even that they receive sMerit equivalent to half of Merit. I have already sent a message to theymos and been waiting his/her reply for three weeks ... we'll see. |

今、32Post Activityが14のまま。

The person that posted the picture with the 2 binance links... is the first one legit or not? Because when you google binance, you see that one with the ad and of course below that, there is the real binance site. The first link i was told if you click on it, it has binance site but it has a referral id etc. So is the first one real or not?
Well, as for that image the first one looks like the correct one, but it is not guaranteed since one can put different URL in the ad area so long as they pay a certain amount of advertisement fee. Even if it looks like the correct URL one may omit some small difference and it is not 100% sure. Therefore in general the link appeared in advertisement area is not necessarily always fake URL, but I would not click it. |

アドレスは0xから始まる物ですよね？ MEWであればERC20系エアドロップの参加も問題無いかと思いますが。。。 まぁ、ここ最近のエアドロップは受け取れない事の方が多いらしいので貰えたらラッキーくらいに考えておくのが良いかと。 そもそもエアドロップも下火ですからね、、、手を出し始めるのが一足遅かった感じかと・・・ はい、0xからのものです。なるほど基本もらえないと思ってた方がいいのですね。わざわざありがとうございます。もう少し自分でもよく勉強します MEWに反映されていないとのことですが、カスタムトークンの追加は行なっていますか？ この操作を行なっていない場合、実際にはトークンが配布されていても残高を見ることができないことがあります。 EtherscanやEthplorerなどでトークンの必要情報を調べて、MEWのサイドバーにあるAdd Custom Tokenからその情報を記入することでカスタムトークンを追加できます。 この操作を行なった上で残高が表示されないのであれば配布されていませんね。 ありがとうございます。トークンの情報は調べたのですがやはり0でした。初歩的な質問で申し訳ないのですが、エアドロップの際に入力するアドレスもそのトークンのアドレスを入力しなければならなかったのでしょうか？ そのトークンに対応しているウォレットのアドレスでないと配布されません。 ERC20トークンであればMyEtherWalletで大丈夫です。 他には例えばWavesトークンであればWavesのウォレットアドレスが必要ですし、独自ウォレットのインストールを必要とする通貨もあります。 |

I am not a "famous" member.
The term public refers to, bounty managers, higher lever members, administrators-moderators, people offering services and some more...
So, as i am not in the position of any of the above places (which seems that they get the highest % of merits regarding if their posts are quality or not!) I will NEVER and i mean never become a hero member, not even in 5-10 years
The main point is how one's posts are good quality or not, rather than s/he is famous or not. When the Merit system was introduced, I was a Jr. Member with 0 merit and I am sure I am not a famous member, but I've been trying to make good quality posts to help other members, earned some merits, and ranked up. Yes it requires some time, research, and polishing to make good quality posts, but they lead members / forum more knowledgeable / informative |
