What was the exact reason for the bittrex freezing? I've gone through the thread and read multiple answers and theories.

Would you mind elaborating on "working on exchange negotations" please? How much does it cost to get onto bittrexx, poloniex or a major chinese exchange roughly? You guys raised 53 million bucks in a month, you seem to have plenty of resources to work this matter out.
It depends. Sometimes it costs nothing but time, sometimes it can cost considerable amounts and then exchanges might ask for more after (AND they might not list your token for a long time). Right now poloniex isn't accepting any tokens. We have close ties with them since GAME was added back in 2014, and we'll continue working with them to make that listing possible. As for Chinese exchanges, we actually have a couple we're speaking to, but Chinese exchanges are notoriously the most selective exchanges (look at Yunbi, the largest Chinese exchange that accepts altcoins. And it still has less than 15). Also take bittrex for example. We began speaking with them well over a month before we were confirmed. And that doesn't include the time it takes an exchange to vet a token to make sure it will actually list properly (which sometimes doesn't prevent issues like the bittrex one which happened after they had vetted the token). Chinese exchanges are not a good option. |

The TenX ICO raised 200,000 ETH, each of which bought 420 PAY tokens (=350 plus 20% first day bonus) that represented 51% of the total supply. Thus there will be 200,000*420 = 84M PAY tokens at the exchanges when TenX trading starts (compared to only 9.45M Monaco MCO tokens trading NOW on Bittrex...). When both coins exit their lockout periods, there will be 164.7M TenX PAY tokens total to 31.5M Monaco MCO tokens total. Ownership in TenX is diluted by a factor of 164.7 / 31.5 = 5.22 compared to Monaco. If the two cards are "equal" in the marketplace, then a single MCO token "should" be worth more than five times the price of a single PAY token. But the two cards ARE NOT equal in the marketplace. Maybe it is only me who doesn't get it. Mysterium came out and updated everybody. Sounded all very good including their excellent choice for Berlin to build their team. As I understood from the announcement they will take some time to set up the infrastructure of the business. I think that sounds all very encouraging but the price dropped even further. Just hoping somebody can shed some light on this for me. I am just about to buy more of these coins as it seems obvious to me that it is a good long term investment (2 years I hope). Am I just naive and inexperienced to think like that? Is there something else I have forgotten to consider? Is there somebody else who is building more or less the same?
The money they collected through the ICO doesn't seem much for the potential of turnover and profit it could create.
I would greatly appreciate any advise or thoughts.
Take a look at the market. Its a bear market. That's it. You own coins 80% chance it'll go lower. Until this expects up, expect to be in the gutters. That's it. I got all my coins have their price down. But MYST go down quick as the worse performance after the team receiving the money. Part of them got rich and left. No ppl can govern how the fund to be used. That's the largest weakness of ICO. Recent ICOs gave the lessons to ppl who only want to earn fast profit. |
