Please do not auction a lot (Foxpup-V) at a price higher than 7007 BTC, as I expect to buy another bottle of champagne for the evening, or maybe even two.
Well, the price of that particular lot is not likely to change (unless it is bought by someone indiscreet enough to resell it for quick profit). As for other lots; no promises.
404  Other / Meta / Re: Introducing NFTs for forum members on: April 01, 2021, 11:12:06 AM
I have sold all my assets and am ready to negotiate ... The essence of my offer is to own the most elite NFT, so I reject your offer and make you a counter offer worth 6666 BTC (Foxpup-VIII). And with the remaining funds, I would like to purchase Foxpup-V for 485 BTC.
No deal. You're not taking my little pink V for any less than the list price of BTC3704. (Read it upside-down on a calcuator if you want to know what you're getting for your money. It turns out I am that sort of forum member after all. Kiss) You'll just have to choose which of my assets is more valuable to you.
405  Other / Meta / Re: Introducing NFTs for forum members on: April 01, 2021, 10:37:31 AM
You are one of the five wealthiest, but at the same time you put up lots for auction at such a price that even you cannot afford such a price.
And I never will afford such a price if I give in to the pressure to offer myself as cheaply as some people would like.

I have Foxpup-VIII, are you really offering 5001 BTC for it? Let me quickly put a sell in.
Hey, how'd you get my most prized asset? I was saving that for a rich investor! Angry Guess I'll have to give in to the pressure and undercut you, now.

Limited time offer: 🦊 Foxpup-VIII 🦊 for only BTC4200! That's 16% off! Not 10, not 15, but a whopping 16% off! Get it before it's gone!
406  Other / Meta / Re: Introducing NFTs for forum members on: April 01, 2021, 09:41:54 AM
Looking at that list, a lot of these people are seriously overestimating their own value, including, but not limited to, myself.
Far better to offer yourself for too high a price than for too low. You certainly don't want to acquire a reputation for the latter. Tongue

Who was able to get the satoshi NFT?
Looks like the lucky one is StartupAnalyst.
408  Other / Meta / Re: Introducing NFTs for forum members on: April 01, 2021, 05:47:32 AM
Not a bug.  It seems that none of us read OP:
Well, nobody's ever read an OP before and I see no reason to start now. Cheesy
409  Other / Meta / Re: Introducing NFTs for forum members on: April 01, 2021, 05:15:05 AM
I'm currently offering an incredible deal on 1miau-II tokens: 3 for the price of 3! That's right: not one, not two, but three fabulous non-fungible* tokens for BTC666 each, or just BTC1,998 for the full set! Limited time offer! Grab them before theymos notices the bug and they're gone forever! Grin

*No liability for UI glitches caused by unexplained fungibility.
410  Other / Meta / Re: Introducing NFTs for forum members on: April 01, 2021, 01:30:00 AM
In case of a successful sale of NFT🦊, our organization will consider organizing an auction for the sale of Her Majesty's NFT 🐱.
I figured it wouldn't be long before the inevitable NFT fraud started, but I never thought I'd be at the centre of it. Sad Remember, only official 🦊 Foxpup-series fNFTs 🦊 convey any legitimate access rights to my "non-fungible token" (is that what we're calling it now?). Kiss

It looks like icopress' premonition was right! What happened to in those 4 seconds?
There's always increased space-time distortion around this time of year, when everyone with a time machine is trying to see what theymos has planned. (Don't worry, I won't spoil the surprise!) Wink

One hundred and sixth week paid.

I've got a small query to you Foxpup or to anyone who is able to help me out: How does such a high level of privacy-o-meter score is achieved in every transaction made by Foxpup?
As far as I can tell, a transaction having several recipients is all it takes. I usually get a score of 0 when sending to only a single recipient. As LoyceV notes, the Privacy-o-meter is pretty much worthless and shouldn't be taken seriously.

For whatever reason I presumed they were wearing it because they were not participating in a paid campaign and had nothing else to display therefore did for the sake of displaying something-other-than-nothing. I had no idea they were all getting paid 0.015 BTC a week each.
They aren't. Some are getting paid different amounts, according to a combination of objective criteria (mostly activity and rank) and my admittedly arbitrary whims.

I am somewhat confused as to why Foxpup or any other member would pay that sort of money in BTC for an avatar that brings no real benefit to the payer including no monetary.
No benefit? What about the fame? And the fun? And the attention of attractive people of various genders? (Yes, there's also the attention I get from unattractive people of mostly one gender in particular, but that's significantly less beneficial, at least to me.) Tongue
414  Economy / Reputation / Re: Why does Foxpup only send negative feedback? on: March 24, 2021, 08:45:27 PM
I find it interesting that some people would prefer handing out negative consequences to positive reinforcement.  I think those people must have never raised a dog, or at least not a very good one...
I find it interesting that you're comparing being merely called out for untrustworthy and potentially even outright criminal behaviour to animal abuse. Undecided
415  Economy / Reputation / Re: Why does Foxpup only send negative feedback? on: March 24, 2021, 06:42:47 PM
Ok, there is a lot to unpack here. When is it ending?
When I eventually get bored of doing this, I guess. This whole thing is just a practical joke that got out of hand, after all. It won't last forever, so please don't rely on it as your sole source of income.

Why positive trust - is there any risk involved from your side?
I'm paying you all each week/month in advance, remember? If you decide to prematurely quit showing my avatar without notice and without providing a reasonably pro-rated refund of the advance payment or other compensation, I'm going to be rather put out.

On the flip side, can we get negative trust if we do something un-club-worthy?
Unlikely. Not upholding your end of the deal is one thing, but other actions sufficiently unbecoming to cause you to be expelled from the club? Not a trust issue, and you'll still get your positive trust. See, I'm reasonable like that. Cool
416  Economy / Services / Re: LoyceV's Avatar for Rent [first 2 🦊🦊YEARS🦊🦊 rented out] on: March 24, 2021, 06:20:00 PM
One hundred and fifth week paid.
417  Economy / Reputation / Re: Why does Foxpup only send negative feedback? on: March 24, 2021, 11:17:20 AM
In 9 years Foxpup has not sent a single positive feedback. Why?
For the simple reason that I've never used this forum as a business opportunity, with the debatable exception of my infamous Merit Cycling Club, though that deal is still ongoing so there's technically still a counterparty risk, even though I trust everyone involved. Don't worry; they'll all get positive trust once it's all wrapped up. Will that make you feel better?

Is it somehow connected with his superiority over the rest?
Probably, but not how you think. My lack of business dealings hasn't saved me from making a few enemies; I suppose my natural vulpine superiority might be to blame for that, now you come to mention it. Grin And at the end of the day, my enemies need to learn just what it means to mess with the fox: that my cute fluffy exterior and vixenly charms conceal slavering fangs, sharp claws, and the willingness to dye my fur red with the blood of my vanquished foes. (Of course, that last part is just a metaphor for my trust page; red is my natural colour, as far as anyone knows...)

I'm assuming, of course, that you have no substantive objections to my trust feedback and that you're just looking for an entertaining reaction from me. Did I do good?
418  Economy / Services / Re: LoyceV's Avatar for Rent [first 2 🦊🦊YEARS🦊🦊 (104 weeks) rented out] on: March 19, 2021, 06:22:39 PM
Wow, attendance is even better that I hoped; I'm starting to run out of appendages and orifices. (Don't worry, a vixen can always find a way to squeeze everybody in.) Grin

You know, I might invite Cryptohunter along as my plus one to our next party, just so he can see what he's missing out on.
Don't you dare! He knows perfectly well what he's missing out on, and he's not entitled to any part of it.

Damn, this whole damn gang is crazy, "billionaire spotted" ?
419  Economy / Services / Re: LoyceV's Avatar for Rent [first 2 🦊🦊YEARS🦊🦊 (104 weeks) rented out] on: March 18, 2021, 07:03:18 AM
Omg... that's nasty absolutely normal in the gang, but however not enough... we are 5 on 3 holes... what to do Smiley
Fortunately, I do have enough paws to keep everyone occupied while waiting their turn. Wink

but where is the official party held? Here or in the other thread?
Technically, the other thread was just to announce the then-new site, so I guess the party should happen here. It seems to be happening here anyway regardless of whether or not it should. Cheesy
420  Economy / Services / Re: LoyceV's Avatar for Rent [second 🦊YEAR🦊 rented out] on: March 17, 2021, 08:37:51 PM
I've considered it, but decided to choose anonymity over name tags. After all, unless someone uses your time machine to get the exact details again, I can always just quote Bill Clinton: "I did not have sexual relations with that woman".
Luckily nobody is secretly recording anything for, um, "security purposes". That's totally not a thing that anyone needs to be suspicious about. ¬.¬

This image was decent enough to show the kids. Allow me to quote MehMeh: "wat een lief vosje"!
Decency is obviously overrated, but lieflijkheid never is. Dank je! Smiley

Wait, what? Two holes!?
Alright, three, but the original holes are really just one long hole if you get technical about it. Tongue
