1041  Economy / Reputation / Re: Lauda & Loyce please confirm your gender... on: April 06, 2019, 02:56:31 AM
Some say "he/him when they think MALE" and
Actually, I usually say "he/him" when I think "indeterminate gender" since the gender-neutral masculine form is well-established in English, eg, "actor" may refer specifically to males in contrast to "actress" but is also the accepted gender-neutral form. While the singular "they/them" goes back a long way, it was never very popular until the feminazis recently overpowered the grammar Nazis for pronoun supremacy. I'm somewhat old-fashioned, so I've always sided with the grammar Nazis is this battle, but I'll still admit that singular "they" is better than "he/she" or worse "(s)he", which is really just a cop-out for indecisive writers who don't want to pick sides.

Now, at least tell us your gender so that we can identify appropriately.  Cheesy
It's not their job to help you pick an appropriate pronoun. If you need help, Fowler's Dictionary has an excellent enumeration of the pros and cons of each, in the entry for "they, them, their".

Note #1: Please mind that if you confirm your gender as FEMALE then we may start flirting with you guys.  Wink
The mere fact that someone is female does not give you permission to make unwanted sexual advances towards her. Angry
1042  Other / Meta / Re: Is cryptohutner spamming forum? on: April 04, 2019, 05:36:15 PM
Is this spam?
I'm going to go with yes, since these particular threads mark the official point where even I've given up all hope of making sense of his deranged rants. (I think he's mad about his posts in some other thread being deleted? Who knows.) He's on his own now. Hopefully someone will let me know if he starts almost making sense again; he was kinda fun when he was almost making sense.
1043  Other / Meta / Re: DefaultTrust changes on: April 04, 2019, 04:23:03 PM
Don't worry. The people with the hats are all that you really need. When it comes to cycling merits, the people with the hats do it the best.  Cheesy
You forget, I've already turned one of them; don't count on the rest to protect you. Wink
1044  Other / Meta / Re: DefaultTrust changes on: April 04, 2019, 03:55:36 PM
What we really need to figure out now is whether Lauda's gang or Foxpup's club is controlling the DT.
I control the merit system, Lauda controls the trust system. Together, we fight crime. Grin
1045  Other / Meta / Re: Natural permitted flow of a thread - 1. The false allegation. on: April 04, 2019, 12:19:33 PM
Now back on topic foxpup does not understand so that is fine he can go to threads he does understand and contribute there.
Can do. But before I go, does your referring to me as "he" mean I can stop being a vixen now?
1046  Other / Meta / Re: Natural permitted flow of a thread - 1. The false allegation. on: April 04, 2019, 11:52:52 AM
1. You broke my local rules "no making it personal"  I bet nothing gets done about it.
Is that meant to be a clue? Your complaint is about something personal? Does that mean your off-topic rants are getting deleted again?

2. You can't stop stalking me
Now who's making it personal? I participate in multiple areas of this forum and its associated dramas; you're just a small part of it. But if helps your ego, go on thinking you're a bigger part of my forum life than you really are.

3. It is foolish to view this a riddle. It is posing a sensible dilemma that one faces when they notice false allegations with no grounding referring to  themselves or actually even about others. It seems to me that not correcting false information in a thread is sub optimal and irresponsible. I think calling for evidence to be provided to substantiate their claim or else for the claim retracted is reasonable and does fall within the natural flow.
If it's not a riddle, that I'm afraid I just don't get what you're complaining about. Can you give me another clue?
1047  Other / Meta / Re: Natural permitted flow of a thread - 1. The false allegation. on: April 04, 2019, 10:33:10 AM
Quit talking in riddles. What exactly are you complaining about (this time)? Did your off-topic rants get deleted again?

And please don't misconstrue my brief reply as evidence that I give a fuck. This time I'm just passing on the fucks of everyone whom you don't want posting in this thread (a list that I'm notably absent from - maybe you do love me after all). Though to be honest, I haven't actually checked how many fucks they're willing to give - I'll just take a collection later and hope they're good for it. Tongue

Thanks! You're punctual to the minute Shocked
Yeah, I've reconditioned the flux capacitors as part of a standard tune-up. It should be running much more smoothly now. Smiley
1050  Economy / Reputation / Re: Questions about Merit and Trust on: April 03, 2019, 07:01:12 PM
How do people "abuse" the merit system?
By sending undeserved merits to their friends or alt accounts, or by selling merits for money or favours.

Whats the merit cycling club?
A conspiracy theory held by a certain infamous user that states that most or all high-ranking members are engaged in the aforementioned merit abuse. Some accused members of the alleged conspiracy (including myself) found the concept amusing, so we rolled with it.

When is the right time to issue trust?.
When I get a signature made and they deliver? Or they do not?
Or for more serious stuff like losing BTC in a scam?
There are no hard and fast rules. Ultimately, everyone sets their own standards regarding what behaviour they consider (un)trustworthy.

Whats the right etiquette when handling these things?
If you feel you have received negative trust unfairly, it is generally considered acceptable to send a polite PM to whoever sent it asking an explanation and/or what you can do to make things right. But do not continue to spam PMs if you don't receive a satisfactory reply immediately; that won't help your case at all.

On a side note whats DT Members mean?
DT stands for Default Trust, and is the list of users whose trust feedback is considered trusted by default. Information about how users are selected for DT can be found in this thread, and you can customise your trust list on the trust settings page on your profile.
1051  Economy / Services / Re: LoyceV's Avatar for Rent on: April 03, 2019, 06:20:48 PM
What's the minimum Foxpup merit I need to have received to be part of the club?
It varies depending on whether you're a merit source, the number of (other) merit sources you've had anilingual relations with, and what vibrational level I had you set at during said relations. Ask cryptohunter for details. Tongue

Second week paid.
1052  Other / Meta / Re: Suggestion for the Admin (Admin please read) on: April 03, 2019, 03:31:42 PM
You are right, so why not apply it on some more sections?
Because those signature-free sections were created specifically to address the spam problem in the Off-topic board. But there is no spam problem in the sections you specified, so nothing needs to be done. You're not seriously suggesting that the users who tagged you did so simply so they could spam their signatures, are you?
1053  Economy / Reputation / Re: (SCAM ALERT) Lovesmayfamilis/Avirunes/Coolcryptovator - Merit Collecting Scheme on: April 03, 2019, 07:22:44 AM
We copied "Blockchain" technology explanation from sites like Coindesk, which is a crime as per some people here.
More importantly, it is also a crime as per international copyright law, and if that means so little to you, what other laws are you willing to break? In any case, your childish response to being called out says more about your professionalism or lack thereof than your initial offence. Thanks for playing, enjoy your prize.
1054  Other / Meta / Re: What was your feeling about KYC verification? Share your honest review. on: April 03, 2019, 05:53:27 AM
Well, I certainly had fun with it. Grin Best April Fools' joke ever!
1055  Economy / Reputation / Re: (SCAM ALERT) Lovesmayfamilis/Avirunes/Coolcryptovator - Merit Collecting Scheme on: April 03, 2019, 05:44:22 AM
From the moment this thread was created, whether on PM or here, we agreed that it's important to add reference.
So why don't you? It's been over 48 hours and you haven't updated your white paper to cite your sources. You claim you're being unfairly treated by not being given a chance to correct your error, yet you still fail to do so. Surely you must realise your negative trust would very likely have been removed by now had you just stopped plagiarising instead of going off on these wild rants, which are only likely to earn you even more negative trust by drawing attention not only to your plagiarism, but also to your immature and unprofessional attitude about it, which many people would regard as untrustworthy in and of itself.
1056  Other / Meta / Re: Souvenirs from the Bitcointalk.org on: April 02, 2019, 01:30:33 AM
Sadly, we ran out of our stock of zero items. So everyone gets a full refund:
So, I don't get my T-shirt? Cry *crawls back into the foxhole naked*
1057  Other / Meta / Re: Please list your biggest crime here. (Mandatory) on: April 01, 2019, 04:58:58 PM
I know you're all there panting away in those heavy house wifey sighs waiting for my gorgeous kyc pics.
Come on, I showed you mine. You wouldn't keep a cute little vixen like me waiting, would you? Kiss

You likely love the smell of stale and rancid urine so I will let you challenge me her scent too...haah
Actually, that's my scent. Everyone on DT still reeks of it following my bid to get on DT1 via... vixenly methods. Embarrassed
1058  Other / Meta / Re: Please list your biggest crime here. (Mandatory) on: April 01, 2019, 04:22:33 PM
So many to choose from...

- having observable double standards in several instances
- cycling merits with pals
- supporting proven scum bags and getting them on DT
- being in DirtTurds
- being a snitchy scumbag for pathetic crap
- accusing "most" pre merit legends of being spammers
- Claiming that " it is stupid and incorrect to assume that some of the 0.13% of the board can make posts as good or better than some of the 99.87% of the board.
- being grossly net negative by trying to prevent a fair and equal system for all being developed.
- having not achieved anything of real note.
- wasting cryptohunters valuable time presenting bogus arguments that I debunk myself because I'm a moron.
- smelling bad
- looking dreadful

All grave crimes according to our resident criminology expert who is conspicuously absent from the KYC process.
You challenged me to present your incorrect information, and I answer your challenge now: suchmoon does not look dreadful. Angry Personally I find large ears and sharp fangs to be quite attractive. Kiss
1059  Other / Meta / Re: KYC now required on: April 01, 2019, 03:46:54 PM
I'm more interested in who's idea was to put the outlet up there.
They're obviously trying to stop people from stealing electricity to mine bitcoins "charge phones". They're getting smarter.
1060  Other / Meta / Re: Let's Keep a Record what Theymos did in April Fools' Day 2019 on: April 01, 2019, 03:29:03 PM
Ahh, I never tried using an image that had already been posted - does it give different results? Would have been a nice little Easter egg though.
I have no idea. I just assumed it would based on a gut feeling which may or may not merely be the result of an unusually good serving of mashed potatoes, but to be fair, my gut can usually be trusted in such matters. But feel free to repost my nudes in the hope of gaining admittance to the Illuminati. (That's a fun sentence to quote out of context. Cheesy)
