401  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: WAVES. Ultimate crypto-tokens blockchain platform. on: July 30, 2017, 02:12:19 PM
Only direction I see WAVES heading is UP! Grin Grin Grin Looks to be in a very promising position right now for new buyers. Also the "WAVES Decentralised Exchange" is platforming ICO coins stemming from Russia. The ICOs are becoming more and more popular and more and more prevalent. I'm 99.9% sure about this one. The only place I can see WAVES going now is up.
402  Economy / Economics / Re: Cashless society on: July 30, 2017, 02:05:53 PM
A cashless society is an imminent threat affecting your privacy, your freedom, your money and the solidarity within our society.
when your children will ask you: "Dad, Mom, where were you when they set up this totalitarian system?" What are you going to tell?
It can be funny to use the latest gadget to make a payment but you could lose control over your bank account and your life overnight.
403  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Should exchanges be trusted anymore? on: July 30, 2017, 01:58:25 PM
None should be trusted. If you are in the shoes of people who lost money in MtGox and recently BTC-e. You will know about it. The problem is not only if the exchange is related to illegal activities like BTC-e or if the exchange is going to scam like MTGox. There is also a risk to see the exchange hacked like it happened with Bitfinex. So the exchange may be clean, it doesn't mean you are safe. Remember that with exchange you don't own any private key and you rely on their security ressources.
404  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Bitcoin Debit Card comparison on: July 28, 2017, 09:54:58 PM
There are many other providers which have less fees (I think AdvCash is cheaper to use, for example). Also the fees depend on the loading amount.

Not to say you also pay every time you withdraw money from an ATM and those fees are not taken into account.

The point of this comparison is to compare the differences between them regarding margin, rate, etc. Everyone who is used with the Bitcoin Debit cards knows there are fees when you withdraw money from an ATM. And those fees are the same...

406  Economy / Speculation / Re: What is goin on with bitcoin price right now? on: July 27, 2017, 10:29:01 PM

It may be like this until the August 1... Up and down -50-100... 3 days left still. Some people who were waiting for the last moment to buy Bitcoin are now rushing to buy before the end of the month.

+ 100 Dollars in about 30mn, and its rising..

Any news for that?

Are you complaining?  Cheesy

Did you get that info from your Uncle's Brother's Wife's Uncle?  Cheesy

407  Economy / Economics / Re: Will Bitcoin be accepted by USA or will the US try to denounce or embrace? on: July 27, 2017, 10:20:07 PM
Bitcoin will make America great again, the FED will be over, no more criminals printing money. Trump will have no choice to accept it soon or later. Joking
I think they will only accept IF they can have some control on it, with regulations for their country. Or if they have an interest by accepting it (money or something else)
408  Economy / Speculation / Re: Goldman Sachs predicts Bitcoin may get as high as $3600 in the next wave on: July 27, 2017, 09:57:16 PM
Did you know: 70% of the correct strategists' forecasts concern the very short-term forecasts of U.S. equities (less than one month) only. The farther away the horizon (beyond 3 to 9 months) the more their expectations deteriorate. Only 14% of the good forecasts are for longer than 9 months. In fact, there are a lot of technical and graphic analysts among the ranking gurus.

The most gurus are far from the most powerful Roll Eyes
409  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Where to trade on August 1 on: July 27, 2017, 09:40:28 PM
Like others are mentioning, I would go with Bittrex, safe bet

put your coins to cold wallet and don't trade 2-3 days.
go holiday, you won't die if you don't trade 2 days.  Grin

LOL yeah so true. exactly my opinion. I am not going to do anything for a week personally. I will just sit here and watch what's going on. Following twitter feed and watch the panic and conspiracy
410  Economy / Speculation / Re: WHEN will BTC rise again and WHY? on: July 27, 2017, 09:11:26 PM
I think now we may have to wait the end of August and September. When the storm will be over and the thing more clear. there are still many people confused with the current situation and don't even understand what is this and that and why. Keep calm and bitcoin Cool
411  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: CoinCard - Your offline wallet companion (Offline wallet cards) on: July 27, 2017, 08:23:55 PM
Great way to save some bucks with the fees if you can use them for a long time. Instead of sending bitcoin to your friend, you give the card, then they give the card back to you and you re use again. In my opinion the first design you showed in better than the other. It may be weird to see some altcoins logo on a bitcoin card, but you add your own logo to it (in small size on the top of right for example) it makes sense

413  Economy / Economics / Re: Is Capitalism Flawed? on: July 27, 2017, 07:32:49 PM
If the capitalists applied the "true" capitalism in all the meaning and rigor of its original theory, humanity would be happy
The finance is not only useless and dangerous (we've seen enough lately), but these is just crazy casinos where reason and sense no longer have place: for which humans, machines that "decide" in nanoseconds, work?
414  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Well, well now it is clear that Bitcoin is traceable. on: July 27, 2017, 07:14:45 PM
::)It's not new... And you can imagine all the problems that this may cause and possibly even curb or stop in the worst case the adoption of Bitcoin. We all know that now anonymous altcoins have appeared and so they offer something really interesting compared to bitcoin, in any case. Do you think that anonymous altcoins have a chance to go further than bitcoin one day? Personally, I feel much better with anonymous altcoins when I know that I am the only one able to know how many units I own and to whom I send them.
416  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Which altcoin are you holding for Aug 1 on: July 27, 2017, 06:25:25 PM
I am going to convert everything to Litecoin before August 1. Then I will wait a week or 2 two and see how the things are going. Why Litecoin?
Because Litecoin= Like To Copy so I am ready to use a bitcoin counterfeit. nah joking. I don't really now why I am prefer using Litecoin, but it doesn't matter which one you are going to use as long its value doesn't fail before you go back to bitcoin. And i think Litecoin will be god for this
417  Local / Altcoins (Français) / Re: Traductions en altcoin FR de mecs d'autres pays on: July 27, 2017, 06:16:11 PM
Slt.
418  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: What is the best bitcoin web wallet? on: July 27, 2017, 05:44:31 PM
As a web wallet Bitwala.io is very good, you can create your wallet and get access to the keys. They have a Visa card for their members. And you can get change your bitcoin to money and get a bank transfer in SEPA. They also have a feature if you want to pay your bills
419  Economy / Reputation / Re: johnuser and saintloup two criminals who tried to ruin my reputation for bounty on: July 27, 2017, 05:34:58 PM
You're not Canadian. A Canadian can not make the errors you make, even someone with a low education level.
Your French sucks a lot. You tried to save time by using google translate but when you (tried) did it seriously it's not better. When you people provide such high-quality level of translation we prefer going to visit the English topic.
Insulting others members when you don't have any argument to tell, show us more about you. I think it's better if you jump over the bridge right now and avoid posting your shit in the French section

Without regards
420  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How many of you are moving all of your btc off coinbase? on: July 27, 2017, 05:20:49 PM
I have moved all my coins off coinbase/exchanges to trezor. one should really avoid keeping any coins on exchanges, they can't be trusted!
gox-cryptsy-btce-? next one would be?

As long as it never happens to them, people don't want to learn. When it happens to them you see them yelling scam, etc.
It's fine to use a web wallet for your daily transactions or quick and easy access, but storing everything on it, is a big NO
