4121  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Can Ethereum reach the 1400$ mark this year? on: February 07, 2020, 10:34:17 PM
Well the year is starting and there's many days, week and months to see the price of ethereum in that kind of amount but of course no one can predict every situation especially the price of every coin in the market. Hopefully this year will be great and we see that eth will back in the highest price.
I'm not sure the price of Ethereum will return to the highest price, I saw at CMC that the ATH for Ethereum was $ 1,400 of course this is a very high price compared to now, requires 7x the current price. I only dare to say that the price of ETH can reach $500 at the end of this year.
Hitting for another $500 is quite optimistic and quite far from reality. If you could see how ETH moves side by side, ups and downs, and being independent on bitcoin movements you can eventually think that ETH never reaches so high this year. Maybe you could think because of halving but it won't guarantee that it pushes altcoins to soars high, it might be for Bitcoin but not really it affects the entire crypto market IMO.
4122  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Best Trading Strategies- Best Practices on: January 30, 2020, 12:03:28 PM
One thing I consider most in trading is to know our own limitations. Some people push themselves in trading even though they don't have such capabilities. Yes, knowledge could be gain as we go into trading but the question is, are we preferred and accept losses? Maybe not.

If we know a word enough, we simply skip from losing too much. Changing our mindset to a positive one and being contented of what we might get during our trades( even it is just 1% gains), it surely we will go far.
4123  Economy / Speculation / Re: What set of conditions can crash blockchain or bitcoin to zero USD? on: January 29, 2020, 02:32:44 PM
Bitcoin will crash or cease to operate if every miner stops the mining process. Thats the only way I think can stop bitcoin. But since its decentralized there is no way we can do that. In centralized things its possible to stop or manipulate since you have complete control over the process.
And to add for this, when all the supports coming from miners, investors, traders and users will no longer be inherent. It could be an odds to see like that but that is the only way I could think that it stops crypto. But, are we letting this thing to happen? Definitely, not, in fact, we even supportive to the market even we struggles so much difficulties cause we believe that this could help us to our life and our future.
4124  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Can Ethereum reach the 1400$ mark this year? on: January 28, 2020, 08:35:57 AM
I supposed to think about but the market shows not so aggressive to push Ethereum moving up.
But anyway, it was so early to think that it was impossible and may halving could give a twist that could help to uplift Ethereum for another peak again. However, even we can't able to see ETH soaring high again but still, people will always give trust to Ethereum and will keep supporting for its journey.
4125  Economy / Speculation / Re: Why bitcoin's price could crash soon by 20%? on: January 27, 2020, 03:13:08 PM
This is nothing new to the market, anytime soon the prices will fluctuate over and over again. Thinking for a 20% drop is not a big deal for us who believes and trusted Bitcoin cause it will just eventually change in the following days and show more improvements more than of its loss.

The fall could be of some reason but not a thing we have to think of being in the negative all the way.
4126  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto Pyramid Schemes are still Amongst Us on: January 27, 2020, 02:58:34 PM
We are still not getting far from any form of a pyramid scheme, cheating, and many questionable acts that will lead to losing. In fact, not only newbies could always be their victims but sometimes it happens also the old crypto investors. It is most likely that scammers are improving their strategies also so they could still catch their prey.

With all the awareness that spread in the forum and even in social media it still, we could about complaints about this. It may be we could ever stop this thing of its existence.
4127  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Who bought Bitcoin in late 2017? Still recovering or fully recovered? on: January 27, 2020, 01:21:41 PM
I actually bought some Bitcoin in the 3rd quarter of that year (2017) and to tell you guys, I'm still in big regrets why I'd never sell it when the price reaches its peak. It was a big mistake but it never gives me losses by then since I sold it early 2018 and the price still in good but it actually most daring if I could sell it when the price is $19k ( it supposed to make it triple from my buying price).
But anyway, it passed already and we'll have to move on and face what is the coming. I know it will be fine in the year and onwards.
4128  Economy / Speculation / Re: What Will Be The Price of Bitcoin After Halving This Year In 2020? Will It I on: January 27, 2020, 11:37:08 AM
Bullish is what most people are thinking now, $15k is much reachable if halving will have a positive response from the community. However, the price still remains puzzled for everyone for we know the fact that it will moves somewhere else and nobody knows where.

if the market will pump a few weeks before halving, it was bright to see that bullish will not be going far from happening again (IMO).
4129  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it just me? on: January 26, 2020, 01:52:42 PM
This is a natural fact people can be get scammed just one or two times, not every time after that they become smart and aware. Another reason is this that most of the investors are not just investing with closed eyes anymore.. They have become more sceptical and scrutinize before investing. But i'm not saying scammers have stopped launching bogus projects and scammers are still at large.
Indeed, they are not more vigilant than before. If the situation goes like this, it somehow will possibly help to minimize scam and will put them into nothing. That is why it is very important to have a background check before investing in that certain project because that is the only way it helps us to decide to invest or declines.
4130  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Altcoin provides more long-term profits on: January 26, 2020, 01:20:51 PM
Most importantly, you need to think what you are buying. Not every altcoin can give you the desired growth. Not every altcoin will survive unless it has a strong team and a solution to an important problem. So choose what to invest in. You should not do this just because everyone invests in altcoins.
Precisely, the future of our investments will always rely upon what coin we are buying. And this is a common mistake for some traders and investors. Because it is most likely they are just focusing on the price but not on its market volume which measures the future of a certain coin. If we are good into this thing, we can see a better future of our investment.

4132  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Poll for favourite cryptos used on Gambling. on: January 26, 2020, 07:41:53 AM
I only used BTC for gambling and we all know that most gambling sites will only accept Bitcoin then t gives no hassle to convert it to altcoins as I'm just holding only Bitcoin and Ethereum. But considering a huge fee when transferring Bitcoin, it gives some point also that using altcoins is an alternative in order to save some. Besides, I'm looking for it now and might consider it as well in the future if it is only accepted to a certain gambling site.

4134  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Can Altcoin Price Be Good In 2020 ؟ Is it true? on: January 25, 2020, 03:55:20 PM
Yep, people are expecting that this year will be the good year of cryptocurrency because of the halving, they are positive this event so for sure the prices of cryptocurrencies will increasing.
It was just an optimism. The coming event meant a lot to us and to the crypto market, but the question is if it is enough to push the market into the level? Its something to be unknown in fact that this is just Bitcoin halving which I believe that we could see a huge impact for Bitcoin alone, not for the entire market. This year is just only a hope and not seeing 100% assurance for the bullish result.
4135  Economy / Speculation / Re: Can one have any expertise in Speculating? on: January 25, 2020, 01:57:43 PM

I think many like you, including me. when we don't have a lot of predictor knowledge it always makes us lose. actually we can trust if they provide speculation based on data because price movements are not far from the charts and also history. sometimes I also speculate because of market sentiment.
Certain speculation could be better if we have a basis on it, then we might able to say that would something be realistic. I understand that we have our own prediction base of what we just observe and read the chart. This is all just speculations, anyone could be wrong or even say it right. I see the volatility getting strong and this is a reason why we all can't tell the exact price for the coming days even we have knowledge and skills.
4136  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is Ethereum set new High in this Year on: January 24, 2020, 03:18:09 PM
It could somehow set for a new ATH in the future. Though we look it shown this year and I believe everybody is hoping but we don't have 100% assurance for that. Feel not to have huge confidence for Ethereum but somewhat I'd never lost my trust even this coin won't give us what most are expecting to happen.

4138  Economy / Speculation / Re: Nice Increase in Price but What Next?? on: January 24, 2020, 06:21:14 AM
Yeah it's normal after a large-scale pump, it will be followed by the next dump, or bitcoin will be corrected soon. For the increase that is happening right now I think there are a lot of requests because bitcoin will experience halving and people don't want to miss this important and historic moment, because halving bitcoin is already there before and is followed at a good price. Hopefully the current increase is a sign that bitcoin will be bullish ahead of halving.

I can't hope for better in advance thinking mate, bullish signs can't be reflected based minimal increase. What's I am seeking to have is the huge bounce of btc price together with other altcoins. That's very important factor to gain confidence, that's why we need to buy the most potential coins in preparation of future bullrun.
Likewise, you have that moment to find that these small pumps will lead to Bullrun's. Not that quite thinking we believe the market turn to bullish buy just seeing it in huge pumps, but might be maybe it just hype.
Anyway, we have different specs towards the market, may the others are satisfied with what it has shown today while the others are not convinced.
4139  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How to make big profits from exchanging bitcoin to altcoins on: January 24, 2020, 02:29:10 AM
Groups of pumps and dumps should be caught as this is a serious problem in the cryptocurrency. You don't take advantage of pure market movements, but you manipulate a whole market to your own will and bait people to join you in the rise. I wouldn't call it clever or creative, but rather illegal, depending on where you are. That's why I have never participated in those. It's pretty much stealing.

Every trader and investor is having some contribution in making market down or up so if you decide to change your bitcoin to Altcoins it will reduce the price of bitcoin. So we should try to keep the Bitcoin safe and instead of changing we should keep out bitcoin safe and try to increase the number of the coin in your portfolio.
I don't think that a single transfer could affect the price (unless it amounting a lot of Bitcoin).

He might be overthinking that altcoins could give him a big shot since altcoins price are cheap nowadays. But the realization is that what if Bitcoin do the bullish and leaving altcoins still down? I don't know if what he feels, it for sure of his big regrets.
4140  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Pain of a bounty manager. on: January 23, 2020, 04:00:47 PM
I think most Bounty Managers are paid Ethereum or Bitcoins to handle a certain projects, or if not atleast half of the payments are in fiats and the other half is in token of the project they are campaigning. The ones that would mostly suffers are the hunters, as there are mo assurance of the project would be successful or at least achieve their target cap(softcap, hardcap).
They are paid for their work so actually both bounty manager and bounty hunters can be a victim of scam. Though mostly affected on this is the bounty hunters they got not paid nothing at all for their hard work when they join the campaign. That's the problem when we join no assurance that the project will be successful that is why we should create an investigation before we join.

Bounty managers usually will put a demand because managing a bounty campaign is a pain in the head. You're not only reviewing post in the forum but also with different kinds of social media platform advertising and you get to monitor them everyday. Any bounty manager would demand a 50-50 deal like 50% of payment will be btc and the other 50% is the company token.
A sad reality but it is true. BM suffers the huge complaint once the project fails and even not been paid for its service. I'm not really good putting blame towards BM cause in the first place, they don't want to make it happen also (unless a true scammer) and they don't want to ruin their reputation but sadly bounty participants never realize.
