Now we are talking. When is Miracle Coin 2?

What happened to the good old days before ICO and give me money coins, I enjoyed those days, free distribution honest mining, maybe those days will come again.
There are still lots of those coins launched. Several a week it would seem. Sure would be funny if people started posting in those threads that they wish the coin was an ICO, when will the ICO coins come back, etc.

Still overpriced right now. I'll wait and buy at 7-8 cents.
Ok,wait. But mark this: I'll not let it go to that price Could you let us know exactly what price you are letting it go to so we can buy just before then? Thanks

It's funny that so many people just cannot comprehend anything out of the ordinary.
I haven't personally bought any of NILI's coins but I think approaching blockchains as art is cool and I like when he comes out with a new one.
A lawsuit would be an incredible outcome and I doubt it is one NILI is afraid of nor should the rest of the community. When Coinye got into WSJ for being sued for example that brought a ton of new people into the altcoin circle that had only been cautiously aware of blockchains at that time.
People are all butthurt they can't make 1000% return on this blockchain acting like they give a shit about intellectual property. That alone is an interesting enough provocation to justify the creation of the art.
Keep doin' your thing NILI

Here's the new wallet (V:3.0.0) https://mega.co.nz/#!XYoyySpK!ahkfIh1fqPV6JMlQBOA-QtxlOE63YivGvwkBNG5F12EUpdating everything else asap. Supernovaa should not need to update if everyone has withdrawn. That other pool will update shortly. Contacting yobit, and updating threads. if you dont reduce the number of confirms for staking it's going to freeze the chain again. i dont know how to explain it any more clearly.
You don't need confirms to stake unless the coins are freshly mined. You need time. In theory we could move 5 blocks in 10 hours and the first guy that hit a block would start staking again. At least that's my understanding. If anyone thinks I'm wrong please speak up. Yes you are wrong. Time is just used as an estimate for staking based on block movement. edit: aka, if the blocks aren't moving it doesn't matter how much time has passed

Voted... All is good for now only ppl need to realize how much work is done in this project. Some promotion or determining purpose of the coin could be nice.
I agree ^^ This coin really has a nice foundation, but a specific purpose would maybe help? One thing in my opinion that plagues every crypto currency is point of entrance....but I guess that's painfully obvious to any enthusiasts.. I agree that it has a nice foundation. Ucointeam has continued to put in work month after month and it doesn't appear to be about to stop. The coin would definitely benefit from some marketing but I do not think it needs a specific purpose, why limit it to any particular function? People could build services and find creative ways to use Ucoin the same way they have for other blockchains. Then advertise those services or utilities and in turn they will be bringing attention to Ucoin. Ucointeam mentioned that they are working on a service that will accept Ucoin. Will be fun to see what gets cooked up. Ultimately though the success of Ucoin will be because of more people participating in trading and people utilizing the blockchain to create opportunities for themselves. Looking around this forum it is easy to see so many threads full of frustrated people when their coin is abandoned or plagued with technical or community problems. Here with Ucoin I see a coin that although it has perhaps been marginalized and ignored by the community at large it has persevered through and is not about to slow down. The community is growing, the coin works, and the dev is still updating. This is a great time to get into Ucoin.

Got it working! thanks
Awesome glad to hear it

Nice. Gotta love when dev is asking about how blockchain works. Good sign?

just wait until the price goes upward and people actually BUY coins generated through this absurd staking.
I'm all for it. Let the greedy play their games, no skin off anyones back but those that choose to participate.

Im getting an error while trying to load my wallet, it says Assertion failed!
pogram files blah blah ucoin-qt.exe file: src\kernel.cpp, line 372
expression: pindex->pprev ll pindex ->getblockhash() ==9!testnet ? hashgenesisblock : hashgenesisblocktestnet)
when i downloaded the new wallet its asking for an email, something that i didnt have to use for the old wallet i had
it brings up this error while loading block index at the splash screen
In regards to the new wallet asking for an email it sounds like you downloaded the Uwallet rather than the QT. You can get the newest QT at ucoin.name at the top where it says wallets just choose your system. Make sure you backup your wallet.dat file and then launch the new QT. Maybe that will help with the error too? I'm pretty sure it was a qt wallet that I installed, it says in the error ucoin-qt.exe....I feel like I got this error before with other coins but I can't remember the remedy for it. Really hope I didn't lose all my coins cuzzzzz....never really got around to backing the wallet.dat up....shoot Well there is no login for the QT so that is what led me to consider you might have inadvertently downloaded the Uwallet, which does require login. I bet we can get it working for you. First make sure you do backup your wallet.dat no matter what state it is in. At least you will have a current backup. Next download the fresh QT. Goto your %appdata% folder and rename or remove the Ucoin folder (REMINDER MAKE SURE TO SAVE YOUR WALLET.DAT) Then run the new QT. It will recreate the Ucoin folder and make a new wallet.dat Then close the wallet. Put a copy of your wallet.dat backup into the new Ucoin folder. Launch and let it synch the chain. It should be good then. Let me know if you need any further assistance.

Ucoin is very inexpensive today.
Dev do you have any marketing plans in the works? You have done a fantastic job delivering updates to the software for the last six months but the coin is still under most radars because of low volume trading and lack of community engagement.
This coin has great wallets, features, and fundamentals it just needs something else to get peoples attention.

People will be sorry. I am. I sold 6800 ARCH - not because I didn't believe in it, because I was in need of fiat. Since then I have watched, and lamented. Sadly, there was nothing I could do at the time.
Now I find that I have a measly 29 @ bter, and can't get them - they say there's a wallet issue. Any info on that?
Bter was "hacked" back in February some time and never really recovered from their insolvency.

this forum has turned into some sort of graphic dumping ground.

man this coin thread. good job on the relentless FUD since day one I guess?

Cool. Thanks UCoinTeam!

Nice. That connect to remote wallet feature seems pretty cool. Means you can keep your coins in a staking QT but manage them remotely with the Uwallet I think.
