Do you think a gas station owner selling lottery tickets should be held accountable for the actions of the lottery?

That's all he is doing. I don't think you understand how affiliates work. He's not a site representative.

Yes of course the owner of any business should be held accountable for what they sell!

Here is FortuneJacks response on this forum.

First of all, my English might be far superior to yours. So please refrain from personal attacks.

Also, what is your problem? This is how it is in our casino and it has been like this for more than a year already. We did not take away your money nor we interfered with you while playing games here. On the contrary, we just rewarded you. But you are being picky over the words that we wrote on our promotions page for what reason? You are trying to get fame or just want to denounce us? As I said, the words that we have on our promotions page mean that you get the bonus instantly but you can't play with it before wagering enough.

It is your choice whether you leave our casino or not. We are following our rules as usual.

A week or so later, I received an email asking me to describe what was wrong.

Stupidly I explained the situation again, which was a total waste of time as I never heard back.  This was around thanksgiving time...really wasn't looking for much other than an apology, but instead they were total assholes.

You misread my reply and then tried to build off of that.  I didn't say Betcoin raked less because of the table starter bonus; there was ANOTHER 100% RB program which you probably didn't know about which has ended now, but you just assumed I was talking about the table starter bonus when I mentioned "100% RB program".  Humility goes a long way in life kid.

You're right - I did assume this was about table starter bonus.

You have mentioned table starter bonus many time, I think every time you have tried defending them you have mentioned it as well like here:
No it is certainly not okay to keep anything you are not entitled to.  With that said, I can see what support meant when they said it wasn't really over raked (net gain) because many people benefited from higher rake due to the rewards they got.  So those people are technically not entitled to the higher rewards either.

So for example if you are getting 100% tablestarter RB + VIP + Affiliate RB, you'd obviously be happy if the rake was as high as possible.  At any rate, this was a tough call and support had to make a tough decision.

I don't know of any other promotion to get 100% back, unless you mean the few prop player accounts that were always were getting it from working something out privately with betcoin, but this wouldn't be a a promotion, it would just be a private arrangement.

So are you being intentionally vague about it?

By the way, do you think its ok to to over charge some players as long as they over pay other players more? (it's not)

This isn't about humility and i am not a kid.  This is about ethics.  There's a reason betcoin ignores so many people, you act the same more and more it seems.

You stick with betcoin as long as you get your cut of everyone who siged up to play poker and dumped it in sports or casino.  I hope its a big one.  Maybe i would do the same who knows, but i sure would not be defending them like you are.  So just be quiet and enjoy the money they give you instead of defending them like you dont see all the proof of whats happening.
435  Economy / Gambling / Re: FORTUNEJACK.COM | No.1 for Cryptocurrency Gambling | Provably Fair | 3 BTC BONUS on: January 31, 2016, 08:50:12 AM
------------------

As for your cases I believe that it is solved already. The promotions for the first deposit bonus is written there to ensure fair gaming you will need to wager it first so it has been stated and it is not misleaading. As for TAKO, I believe that he is part of the admin staff as well, so he knows more about the promotions and tried to explain to you

I believe you haven't actually read or understand my post.

The screen shot was of the terms as they were in November.  I complained about it and OP, along with a few other posters were acted like assholes and that it was my fault for not reading the terms.

However if you decide to actually read what the terms said, you would realize they were promising players that they would match their deposit instantly, as soon as soon as they deposited so that they would have twice as much money than they deposited to play with, but they could only withdraw if they were able to wager it 30 time.  In reality, players who make their first deposit get nothing matched instantly.

Here is the screen shot, you can see it's exactly as I just described, I underlined the important parts.
<---Deposit, get 100% bonus immediately (lies), wager requirement for withdraw

They have since fixed the terms, but never admitted that they weren't doing things as they said they would - (above)

The TAKO guy was an asshole about the whole thing, they never apologized or made any attempt to make things right with me, but for some reason they decided to rewrite their terms.  Interesting...huh?

Here's the NEW terms.

<---Deposit, release bonus in small chunks as you wager

Seems like Nickles987 is running into same attitude problem with FortuneJack posting incomplete, misleading or inaccurate information.

I signed up earlier for fortunejack, and made first deposit but didn't get instant 100% bonus after I deposited .5 BTC

I asked in chat, admin told me to read terms, which i did.

I came back and they told me "keep reading"

Then some guy named TAKO comes in chat acting like hes admin and accusing me of being sneaky?  This guy is impersonator I assume.  But whats up with the bonus?

^^^^^

And Others did before me:

Okay, I will ignore the stats from bitcoinstrip. Still I have 3 data points, that I personally got straight from your website. These numbers are correctly taken from your site.

I know all stats started with 0 on 2014-09-09. I know the stats of 2015-01-10 so I can calculate the daily average between those 2 dates (first 123 days). And I know the stats of today, so I can calculate the average daily between 2015-01-10 and now (257 days.)

This results in:

Code:
2015-01-10       in BTC	daily in BTC 2015-09-24            in BTC   daily in BTC

BTC        23,565 BTC   23,565 BTC      191 BTC     10,570,963 BTC    10,570,963 BTC 41,040 BTC
NVC     1,008,077 NVC    4,365 BTC       35 BTC      1,206,989 NVC    5,226 BTC       3 BTC
PPC     1,005,193 PPC    1,658 BTC       13 BTC       1,680,837 PPC    2,773 BTC       4 BTC
NMC     1,002,993 NMC    1,655 BTC        13 BTC      1,147,817 NMC    1,894 BTC       1 BTC
DASH       105,758 DASH   1,108 BTC         9 BTC       100,300,583 DASH    1,050,977 BTC   4,085 BTC
DOGE   685,105,819 DOGE     356 BTC         3 BTC    14,664,444,075 DOGE        7,625 BTC      28 BTC
RDD 8,572,105,491 RDD      343 BTC         3 BTC    39,762,845,194 RDD         1,590 BTC       5 BTC
LTC         8,343 LTC      104 BTC        1 BTC       200,305,652 LTC     2,489,799 BTC   9,688 BTC
CLAM         8,105 CLAM 48 BTC        0 BTC        150,369 CLAM          895 BTC       3 BTC

TOTAL     33,202 BTC       270 BTC       14,132,013 BTC     54,859 BTC

Do you see how these stats look wrong?

1) I found it odd that NVC, PPC, NMC are all just about a million on the first data point, but I am willing to ignore that as it could be coincidence.
2) For the first 123 days, you had a daily avg of 270 BTC in total. And the 257 days after that, a daily avg of 54,859 BTC. I'm sure your site got more popular, but seems extreme?
3) Note how almost all altcoins aren't popular except DASH and LTC with HUGE amounts. LTC is claimed to have more 5x more wagered than PrimeDice's BTC daily wagered. PD is the most popular dice site BY FAR and AFAIK the most popular BTC gambling site. Even DASH is 2x more than PD BTC. Anyone active in the cryptocurrency gambling community, knows that altcoins do not have that kind of gambling volume in BTC terms. Even JD doesn't have that with their CLAM wagered amounts. The fact that your other altcoins have barely wagered volume, shows this furthermore.
4) I find it odd that it seems like DASH got exactly 100M added (300k would be exactly correct based on daily of first 123 days) and it seems like 200M was added to LTC. But sure, this "could" be a coincidence.
5) Just the fact that you claim to have 54,859 BTC daily wagered should be enough.. That is 27x times more wagered than PD and still 4x more than JD with BTC times. Everyone who was active on JD know how crazy action there was, 100 BTC spam-bets were almost not a big deal.
6) Based on your wagered amounts, you should have an expected profit 141,320 till 565,280 BTC in ~8 months (based on 1% HE - 4% HE.) That is simply impossible.
7) You have a max bet of 1 BTC on your dice game. With these wagered amounts and expected profits, you should be able to afford HUGE max bets.
Cool Just because you have a lot of different games, altcoins and some bonus program, doesn't magically make your site more popular by these insane factors.

I find it odd that you try to defend this. I personally assumed you would say there was a silly mistake and it would be fixed. That you really claim that these numbers are correct, is sketchy to me.
437  Other / Archival / Re: ████►BETCOIN POKER | 50-190% RAKEBACK [HERE] | ACR WPN Tourneys◄████ on: January 30, 2016, 07:00:36 PM

You're welcome to use this thread as a platform to voice your displeasure.  However a lot of your assumptions and claims are based on misunderstandings.  For example, did you know that Table Starter rakeback isn't the only way players were receiving greater than 100% rakeback? So that is why I mentioned deducting from players' accounts because of the increase in rake.  Anyway, I am done partaking in this discussion.  This isn't the 1st time you've tried belittling me and educating me on something I probably know much more about than you.

So you aren't going to answer any claim I make because I said boo-boo naughty words?  Because I'm educating you on things that you've never responded to or shown any knowledge about?  Once again, you are being illogical and ignoring everything that I'm saying.

Betcoin overraked it's players on nearly 600,000 hands.  Do you agree or disagree with that statement.  If you disagree: why?  If you agree: what do you think they should do to compensate it's players?  What are you doing, as an affiliate FOR the players, to advance their positions?

I've always bargained for the highest percentages for my players.  I think my players from both the online community and IRL are more than satisfied with the services I provide.  If you want I can ask them to let you know what I've done for them in the past, and it's not just paying out RB.  I keep constant communication with a lot of my players via other mediums such as email or messenger.

Regarding everything else you've said.  No, I totally disagree with your claims.  The rake did go higher briefly but was corrected.  Why did that happen?  Probably miscommunication.  Was it a cash grab?  Absolutely not, and even if it was, it totally failed.  Like I said, during the period of which it went higher, Betcoin made no monetary gains from it because of the >100% RB players, VIP, Table Starter, etc.  Yes, some players received 100% rakeback (a program which has ended now) + VIP rakeback + all other promo's.  So the higher the rake, the more they made.

Wow what world do you live in?

They over rake for a month, then they dont return anything and announce a rake increase.  The way you see this:

Quote
The rake did go higher briefly but was corrected.

You think the more betcoin rakes the less they earn because of table starter bonus?  Are you crazy person?

My favorite part is after you tell us how honest and what a great affiliate you are (that doesnt return any casino or sports earnings) you say:

Can you tell me just one reason to create multiple account? i am getting paid from signature campaign why i throw away my money by creating multiple account?[/b]

They have poker freerolls on their site and since everyone love free money then it is normal that most user create alot of accounts to play in this freerolls so that is one reason on why would you create multiple account . Whatever you got from their freerolls could be more then what you are paid for their sig ads

If you know that there is no way to withdraw your money even you won by cheating poker site, will you create multiple account then? My account was locked weeks ago the betcointm unlocked it and i know that every poker rooms have the same rule. That make no sense for me to create multiple account.I played every bitcoin site so far but never had issue like this.I am just shocked what a faulty system.

What if u know that there is a way to withdraw ur money u won by cheating?  Would it be so hard to have one account u can withdraw from?  Or just lose all chips to a friend and split the prize?

It seems like you  never used the table starter promo before - if so just a little bit.

The whole point is to start new tables that will fill up and run for a while.

You will never get to play heads up vs a gambling player because as soon as they sit with you other people will join to get some of his money.  Thats ok though its how table starting works.

Its not a bad promotion, it makes sense to help betcoin get tables started. But when u say "just play as much Heads up as you want" makes it obvious u dont know much about how it works.  You think they make promo so players can just play HU and get 100% rakeback?  Of course not thats why its 1 hour min and now heads up tables rake is biggest cap of any site ever.

What did you mean by this: "lol ok, as long as there weren't more than a couple others on the site trying to qualify for 100% promo."  How does another person trying to get the 100% RB promo affect you?  For example, you are sitting at 2/4 NL and another person also wants to get the "100% promo" so he/she sits.  Now another person that also wants to get "100% promo" would be stupid to sit at your table because that was void the promo.  So that person would sit at another at a new table to get the promo unless he/she wants to play ring games.

Hope that helps sir and have a Happy Holidays!
