An obvious scam. If the cards were real with real money in them the kid would have simply withdraw or transfer 100% of the money out instead of selling them for 20%. He even foolishly tries to increase the attractiveness of his little scam by saying "it (20%) might sound a lot" indicating his desperate insecurities.

First of all, you don't know what is the case. Secondly, just like anybody else he can post in this thread anytime he wants, he doesn't need your permission or "opportunity". My point is that if he isn't a scammer he will say "I am not a scammer", if he is a scammer he will say "I am not a scammer", so asking him or waiting for his side of the story is totally meaningless. If he had anything to say he would have done that long ago.

Ok so if I need to verify 5 accounts where a $1 test charge is done it will cost €1 to get 5 vccs but another $50 to actually fund them. So by this time I already had to pay $101.1!

That doesn't really seem like such a great deal. I can just buy 5 vccs per $3 from multiple sellers here. Or I can issue 5 gift vccs in my neteller account for $3 each. Or I can simply open 5 neteller accounts and get 5 vccs entirely for free.

You say 3 UK numbers for €1, ok, but you don't say how much will I have to pay for those "unlimited rechargeable virtual credit cards". So are they for free? Unlimited amount of them for free? How long in average will it take an average person to make/get one? What are their funding options, the minimum funding amounts and the funding fees?

That's exactly the selling point I was missing from your OP. And no, a VBA doesn't automatically imply an anonymity, just like a VCC doesn't. Just because you perceive it that way doesn't mean that anyone else does, too. If you only added a word "anonymous" before "virtual bank accounts" it would be clear to everybody and the attractiveness of your topic would increase.

I can second this. This scamming kid first tried to trash my thread where I was selling Barracuda codes, then he opened a new topic where he pretended to sell Barracuda for $2 and later on he changed it to $6.

While the Barracuda codes do exist and are real (I have sold quite a few of those and haven't got one single complaint) this little scammer seems to be selling just random strings of 14-15 characters beginning with "PC". Maybe he sold some genuine codes at first but that seems to be long over, now he is just ordinarily stealing money from people.

If anyone could be bothered enough you could open a topic in the Scam Accusations and request his account to be banned. You can also report his OP to moderator.

What kind of VBA is it? Does it have iban? Can money be deposited into it? What are the limits and fees?

I think maybe some people want to buy AWS accounts only because they think there is a rule 1 account per 1 person, but in fact no such rule exists and it's perfectly alright to have multiple AWS accounts in your name and address and even with the same phone and card number, only the e-mail needs to be different because it serves as a login.

Yes, of course, but the problem with this is that you can't really check this. I don't know of any world-wide service where you can enter a card number and it would tell you whether the card is blocked or was reported stolen, but even if there was such a service you can't really use it because you can't see the card number in the AWS account settings. It shows only the last 4 digits. But if you buy an AWS account it's logical that you will change the card information so that you can actually make the payments (if that's what you are planning on, anyway).


You may be able to estimate the age of an account from looking at the Bills section. There you should see the list of months since the account was created, even if the actual bill for given month was $0.

It is still a screenshot of what? Of someone's selly.io account showing sales of something. What's that got to do with anything?? How is that relevant to anything in this topic? How do you know what was the subject of sale there? How do you know that selly.io account even belongs to the OP? How do you know the people that paid for whatever was offered there to whomever was offering it weren't scammed? How do you know all those buyers got what they thought they were paying for and are happy now? And how do you know that screenshot is even genuine? It's just a webpage, anyone can make it or edit it. That screenshot doesn't tell you absolutely anything and proves nothing, yet you call it "a proof". And not only that, in your mind it apparently is a proof. That's just unbelievable.

With this attitude (or unwillingness to actually use your brain) you are literally asking to be scammed.

The general rule is: if the seller is a newbie, with no reputation, with no topic nor trust feedback, offering no vouches and/or selling from a locked or self-moderated topic and unwilling to go first or use escrow => AVOID.

Also avoid anyone calling himself "we", it's just an early teenager desperately trying to pretend he - a little boy - is some kind of a legitimate business entity, truly laughable.

Always check the trust feedback first and make sure that you have enabled "Show untrusted feedback by default" in "Profile / Forum Profile Information".
