He says he doesn't want control, and a few minutes later he says how "He won't allow Dor to be CEO". Dor barely got a sentence out in those hours without Greg interrupting him. "that's false, that's false, that's false." Reminded me of Trump who calls everyone #liars, without actually refuting the claims. Maybe he can send out some daily tweets with the hashtag #LyingDor It's obviously not false that Greg has failed to deliver so far and is now asking for more time and more money. I think Greg tries hard to present a face of a friendly person who respects everyone, but that facade is showing a LOT of cracks. He's trying to hold Synereo hostage now, but he doesn't realise there are other options. Greg has less power than he thinks. A manipulative loudmouth with a HUGE ego. What he is really really hurting is AMP price with his public outburst and vilifying of Dor. Another proof that what he says doesn't match with what he does. Making other people look bad to make yourself look like the better is , sadly, quite effective ( Trump again ) For the record ; I do NOT think Dor has "alienated everybody" like Greg claims. I still believe Dor is an excellent CEO and has massively over delivered on important CEO tasks like raising funds and forming partnerships. Anderson McCutcheon ( whom i greatly respect for his ability to provide helicopter view ) appears to agree with that sentiment. Dor can be hard to get in touch with because he has WAY to much on his plate. That will hopefully be remedied soon, when more people are hired. Dor, What would be helpful is if synereo gave a bi monthly reporrt to the community on the tech progression being conducted. Majority of the investors are frightened with current exchanges so when it will hit poloniex and bittrex than price will rise significantly to the moon. At the moment both exchanges just for accumulation so that is right time to buy before the funds get released.
Majority of the investors came from fiat money, that was stated by Iconomi team. But I agree with you about polo, bittrex and the other crypto exchanges. All the people who invested in the second coin offering (including myself) and believe in Synereo for being a great project should be aware of the roadmap. The roadmap says nothing big is happening in 2k16. So stay calm and believe in the team. If you don't do, go sell your amps and leave this place! For Newbie, you might find myetherwallet easy to use for you ETH & ICN - since it also supports natively the ICN token. And you do not have to download the blockchain and keep updating the software to the latest version.
is it really safe using it? I have tried using it lately and have my ICN store there for sometime now. I'm still worried if its safe to put it there for a long time. Get a ledger nano s and use myetherwallet with that. Its the safest and simplest you will get per now Just experiement a little with the ledger nano s first, so you get confortable with it, and make sure your safewords never touch a digital device. so having ICNs stored in myetherwallet gets you dividends? This lead me to ask a serious question now, does anyone have a clue what will happen if somebody dies? What is happening with their ICN? (Let's say they are lying on the Iconomi platform, not on an exchange or a private wallet). Did you think about that already? Is it possible to transfer these ICN to a family member if they can proof that you are dead?
That is why you should keep your ICN on your desktop ETH mist wallet and provide a backup & private keys to your loved ones. If you keep your ICN on Kraken, they won't pass any Dividends to you, let alone your loved ones. (Let's say they are lying on the Iconomi platform, not on an exchange or a private wallet) I know you just want to help, but that didn't answer my questions. In my opinion, I don't think that many of ICN holders are withdrawing their ICN to a private wallet. Because a big chunk of investors came from fiat money and aren't really familiar with myetherwallets etc. So most of the ICN will stay on the platform. Now what happens when you die and your ICN are still on the platform? Jani can you give me an answer? |
