4361  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: changenow.io - Review? on: November 14, 2017, 08:00:51 AM
The site looks legit to me, and since they seemingly have partnerships with so many people they are most likely to be legit to some degree. I still don't see any reason to be using them apart from BTG transactions, though.

"502 Bad Gateway"

And yep, it seems like both guarda wallet and the actual bitcoin gold twitter account endorsed changenow.io. Not sure why exactly, whether they have partnered up with them or they are simply getting paid to say that.

Even though the site is down, when i saw their twitter account there was a latest tweet coming from 27m ago.

Could be just down for maintenance. But no official notice on why this is happening.

The site is back up now. Not sure what the reason is like you said it could just be maintenance.

Well things are pretty slow right now so i don't mind if atriz filled up the rest of the slots, just to get this started Tongue

EDIT: Damn i wasn't even close on the slots lol. Anyways congrats to the winner and thanks aTriz for the awesome raffle, hopefully i am able to get lucky some time soon(and not waste a whole lot on raffles), lmao.
4363  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: SCAM - HASHFLARE - JUST CANCELLED ALL LIFETIME CONTRACTS on: November 13, 2017, 07:08:19 PM
Buy the coins, trade the coins.  Don't invest them on stupid crap.

Exactly, absolutely no reason for anyone to be investing in hashflare when they already have reduced lifetime contracts down to not lifetime. Now they have upped the minimum withdrawal to high amounts that honestly nobody can hit regularly unless they have more than 10 btc invested.

They say this move is temporary but still. I don't think that there is any point in this move at all other than preventing people from withdrawing their money.

Who are you to know that ? Btw I am a translator if you can see my personal text .
Just random people maybe?
Btw I am a translator if you can see my personal text .
Ah i see, thats make sense. So abhinav_thakur01 want you to translate to Hindi or Chinese? Or did he use your another service?

Hindi ofcourse .
But, isnt he hindi? He do some post on india local board too.

He is but he had no time so asked me to do it . I have got some time these days I don't know how long . I will not reply anymore . Its like calling a bull because you guys will never understand it . My time is more than precious .

I'm not sure why you think this whole thing is bullshit. In fact i think that your excuses are becoming a bit crazy now. If you have proof of translations with that guy(which probably doesn't even matter since it is your account), then at least we can take you a little bit more seriously.

This part of SFR10's post pretty much sums the whole case up:

You shouldn't ask for anything or expect for anything (at all) for using a free services that it's out there for everyone to use for free. These actions should be made out of goodwill.

For Antpool you can easily copy paste all of the transactions at the same time and accelerate it (no hassle)
For ViaBTC, you have to do it on hour resets and if you're fast enough you can accelerate two transactions at the same time.
For ConfirmTX, as long as it's less than 400 byte/tx, it will be processed for free (without a limit on number of Tx's).
4365  Economy / Reputation / Re: Forums stand in regards to users that have free Tx accelerators threads on: November 13, 2017, 09:07:51 AM
Coolwave, since aventhe basically pointed out all the evidence that essentially means you are pretty much guaranteed to be an alt of abhinav et. al, and while he has proof and you're just sitting here with absolutely nothing, mind giving some proof of purchase and refund?

I find it hard to believe your story. I could be wrong but all the evidence is stacked against you.

Well an accelerator will never reveal a pool . You are too nerd to understand this .

What is this supposed to mean? All the legit accelerators out there reveal their pools. BTC.com clearly has their own pool that backs its service, viabtc the same, etc.

As it spreads out it is misused .

Stop trying to divert attention on other matters and answer my question. How do you think it will be misused by other people if the word spreads out? I'm quite happy to spread out the word, since it means that more people can use it.

You should let people know in OP that you're actually just submitting a transaction to a freely accessible accelerator(pool) that anyone can use). You know that if you say that in the OP, nobody will use your service but rather do it themselves.

Link to the free transaction accelerator, please?? " Transaction accelerator" produces no Google results for me.

I know that Bitmain has an accelerator on BTC.com that requires payment. In fact, I think they require payment in BCH or Alipay, not BTC. I figured that they were approaching the service like their mining hardware: force people to buy BCH to use it.

I'd love to know how to get low-fee transactions mined for free...

Not sure why it doesn't show up on google. Also confirmtx.com which currently temporarily disabled free transactions.

I never diverted, its simple . People will pay at 1 sat/B and will accelerate it . So if you think you are doing a good job, this pool will get converted into another viabtc .

Viabtc always had a minimum transaction fee per kb for it to be processed by the free transaction accelerator, so it would be impossible to pay 1 sat/B. The thing is i don't know why you're so against letting other people know, when it would clearly benefit them in every way possible.

Also you're basically saying that it's bad what confirmtx was doing, promoting their free transaction accelerating service, which allows 0 fee transactions to be accelerated. I'm sure that they assign lower priority to transactions with lower fees, and that is none of your business anyways.

Why are you being all of a sudden so defensive? How about you talk about why you think people will "misuse" the antpool transaction accelerator, when you're the one that is really misusing it accelerating a large manout of transactions for free and making bucks out of it?

You should let people know in OP that you're actually just submitting a transaction to a freely accessible accelerator(antpool) that anyone can use). You know that if you say that in the OP, nobody will use your service but rather do it themselves.

"☠Warning !  : From Now on fake tip promises will get negative trust from me . So be careful ."

This plus the fact that you basically repeat the fact that you repeat your agenda to get demand tips every single time you reply, basically pressures others into tipping a service no more than copy and pasting transactions into an accelerator.

Confirmtx.com accelerates for free up to 500 sats/byte, so does antpool without apparent limits.

If you really want to help the needy and you have plenty of time, have a detailed DIY guide with 1 tipping address that people can tip to if they found it useful, instead of pressuring people into tipping you.
4370  Economy / Goods / Re: Let us surprise you! Mysterybox Worldwide shipping on: November 11, 2017, 09:08:35 AM
Are boxes guaranteed to have a minimum value or something?

Also would it be possible to specify a certain category of things that i would like from the box and get random stuff within that category that i chose? This way people wouldn't need to end up with a bunch of accessories they don't need.

Really wondering whether i should go for one right now. This is pretty interesting Smiley
I agree that this is also very interesting. This is a lot like what the youtubers always promote, but maybe this is more interesting. Is there more information?
Do you have a website? That would be more legit than just a Jr Member account asking for money

Well i doubt he has a website but it goes without saying that people should only be interested in whatever he's selling if he is able to send the mystery boxes first or accept a trusted escrow from bitcointalk. Otherwise he's obviously a scammer.

But as i asked - if there are any guarantees on the minimum value of these things it'll make a lot of sense and bring in more buyers.

Still waiting on his reply.

Therefore it is hard or impossible so to speak for moderators to ban him when they don't have any information in public about what this guy is up to.
What are you babbling about? There's literally a feature that is solely designed to tackle issues that occur via PM. It can be found at the lower right corner of every PM. However, that "admin" is a bit misleading as it also includes global moderators such as hilariousandco.

I thought the other person asked about why this phishing guy hasn't been banned yet, even though he's seen him posting around on the forum. Which my response was because he probably only has done this via private messages.

Of course i know that there is a report to admin button and once this issue gets raised to mods and/or admins he'll likely get banned.

I figured i should let you know that PRINCA AND DVYANC is the team responsible for LOGIC AI, Sonic Ether, Supertonin Network, Evolution lab, Padideo coin, Securivitas, Nebule, Stripple, Regrar, Bitcoinash and several other countless scam coins. This facade about busting another scammer is a ploy to use reverse psychology to fool the mind of forum members into thinking they have good intentions on this forum. Lauda like i told you, they usually come in pair. Whenever, you see Dvyanc, you will probably see Princa or Dexter42. My post is not claiming that this other profile is legit, rather it's to notify you of the laughable ploy by this known scammers to deflect some negative interest from their profile

What is this?

Essentially the page told me to enter in my password and my session was expired, to phish for my password. Was about to enter my password before realising that this was a phishing site. Please neg this user and be careful with any PM links.

I have tagged the user. We don't need people like this in our community as it is very hurtful to newbies. Thank you for notifying us.

No worries. Just thought i would warn others.

I changed my password because of this incident, even though i entered no details on their site.

Just in case that their site has some other malicious stuff as well. Hopefully nobody falls for this and if you do, change your password as soon as possible and hope that you have done so before the scammer has.
I'm surprised I haven't seen him banned yet. I have seen him a lot of times posting around. I have negged him

I'm guessing that he's only doing this recently and via PM. Therefore it is hard or impossible so to speak for moderators to ban him when they don't have any information in public about what this guy is up to.

Anyways, the site that he was operating this phishing bitcointalk site on was myrippleaddress dot com if anyone was wondering. When conducting a search of them, they have an ANN thread here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2342033.0;prev_next=next.

Probably all connected.
4373  Economy / Lending / Re: [Loan Request] Lending/Support - Collateral Provided on: November 11, 2017, 06:39:23 AM
So basically you are saying that we're only guaranteed to get 70% of what we loan you? And the rest will depend on how successful whatever ICO you are running is going to be. This is not a very good promise for anyone.

If you want a straightforward deal i can loan you for your 100oz of silver, that is authenticated by a trusted third party on forum.

But i honestly don't want anything to do with the token, BTC payback only.

The Guarantee is in place so you know your money isn't disappearing. We will stick to whatever loan terms are agreed upon, we just wanted to show that we aren't here to just take peoples money and run. That was the only reason for the "Insurance Policy"

Ok, all the other terms and conditions beside, would you be able to reach a deal with me on lending with only 100 oz of silver as collateral? That is probably the only thing that i would consider as valid collateral out of all your listed choices.

Let me know, because if you are interested we can proceed to discussing terms.

I don't think anyone here is especially interested in your project per se.

.042 sent will update with TX ID

See your transaction coming in, thanks! Smiley

Recieved, thanks.

Op updated.

I'll fill the remaining slots in 48 hours if no one does, do you guys mind this?

I don't see the reason for the rush... I'm sure that more people will join soon and 6 slots will be filled up reasonably quickly. It would be anticlimatic if the raffler wins, but i mean there is also an equal chance you'll lose.

Really up to you since there is no way to rig a raffle that uses last letter of blocks. I don't mind either way, honestly.

Hmm.... That's a nice coin right there, definitely a decent chunk of coinage that has to be spent on it though...

I'll just reserve 1 slot then, feel like the number a is the lucky one Tongue Hopefully it pays off!

When you require payment atriz just let me know via PM and i'll send over the payment as soon as I can(please give me up to 24 hours though, if you don't mind). Oh and, thanks for the raffle aTriz!

4380  Economy / Speculation / Re: Buy BTC at 6500 or wait to go lower? on: November 10, 2017, 11:04:34 PM
Even though right now the price has already grown to $6700 and we're seeing a considerable amount of bounce back in the bitcoin price i would still think that it's a great to buy in some cheap coins still. The fact is that BCH got pumped hard and when it gets dumped, BTC will probably go back up to its former glory.

Potentially this could be a bull trap, but it doesn't seem like it right now. The price has stabilized above $6700 for an hour now with the trend looking like it's just going to keep going up and break the $7k barrier.

Anyways, this was a necessary correction for us to go up to another ATH anyways. Dip = Buy.
