442  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What are you doing now? on: April 21, 2020, 09:13:54 AM
How do you survive in the current market situation?
If the bounty project is no longer profitable, what do you do now?

The market is not as fast as before. And many options other than margin trading are no longer profitable. But no matter what, I have no idea to do Marjin trading. Therefore, I aim to improve myself and learn more in this period. I try to read a lot of articles. Now that we can say that the ICO period is over, I think it is very difficult to make money from bounty.
For sure for most of the people the best thing to do is trading for years bounty project is really profitable even today their are still some profitable bounty project, a side from that investment, gambling ,trading, signature camp, making service could also work for profit.

This time we are experiencing pandemic that makes our economy to subside. With the pandemic due to the covid 19 disease the stock market is getting low. The value of coins is also getting low, that is why the best thing that we can do now is to buy some coins. We can invest our coins in the online investment websites and wait until such time that the value becomes higher and sell those coins. From that we can gain so much return on investment and we can have so much money that we can use in our bills and payments.
443  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What does success mean? on: April 21, 2020, 07:09:37 AM
Depending on whose view. Here is the simple meaning of success in my own humble opinion.
1. Developers : They can reach all the goals of the project and be successful as the targets.
2. Investors : They can invest in good coins with high volume on top exchanges. And the project is likely to last a long time with its quality.
3. Bounty/airdrop hunters : They can get free coins and available to trade in any exchanges.
Success means differently in every person. Success depends on person's perspective. In cryptocurrency you have success if you are gaining so much money. In cryptocurrency anyone has the ability to make their money bigger and higher. One of it is investing. There are many investment websites in where someone can invest their money. They just have to wait for the charts and trades and sell their coins and from that they can gain so much return on investment. They may have so many money that they can use in paying their bills and payments.
444  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Coronavirus ain't helping on: April 21, 2020, 06:58:07 AM
We all have a new hope for crypto this year and no one saw coronavirus outbreak coming, if this isn't contained anytime soon all dreams might be nothing but dreams this year, Coronavirus ain't helping at all
Right now we are experiencing a pandemic due to covid 19 disease. With this the economy of the country is subsiding. The value of the cryptocurrencies are also subsiding. This pandemic already cause a lot to many people around the world. If this would continue the economy will be very affected. This coronavirus aint helping the people but it is destroying the people. With regards to this we must look for another way on how we can gain and earn money. Since the value of the coins is low we must buy coins and wait until such time that the value becomes higher then we van sell it. For a lot of people that plan might work but for some selling is the best option is you already low in funds to survive.
445  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin and Education on: April 20, 2020, 08:53:35 AM
Addressing the future, cryptocurrency such as bitcoin should be taught in schools. This is why I did innovate a basic strategy as my research to used base numbers in cryptographic algorithm.

However, the computer is there to compute the numbers. But still, learners should be able to know the manual computation and how it increase and decrease according to its equivalent value.

In addition, this will make the new evolution of numbers of Mathematics.
There are colleges that are already teaching about cryptocurrency. With bitcoin, someone can gain and earn so much money. If cryptocurrency is taught at schools, many job opportunities would be available to many graduates. There is a high possibility that students will be encouraged and persevered to study hard because they want what they are doing. With cryptocurrency education, netizens will be educated and knowledgeable about electronic money which can make life easier.
446  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Favourite coin so far on: April 20, 2020, 07:46:07 AM
Yeah Factom isn't spoken about much hey but has always had a strong price, Iv recently been looking at Ark and looks very promising.....Neo has been all over the place price wise but the  Chinese situation seems to be levelling out, I believe the coins will continue on a steady trajectory north from now, on fingers crossed anyways.  Grin
There are many coins in the world of cryptocurrency. But with those, all my favorite is undoubtedly bitcoin. Bitcoin is the most popular bitcoin among all. In bitcoin, someone can gain and earn so much money. In bitcoin, you may gain so much money in just investing ou bitcoins. There are many online investment websites available. You just have to invest your bitcoin and wait for the charts and trades and from that, you can sell your bitcoin when the value becomes higher and gain so much return on investment.

Other than that I think XRP might be reliable at most of the times or exchanges because of the small price you could invest for big volume for a high profit in the future.
447  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Stay away from centralized wallets on: April 20, 2020, 07:24:56 AM
There are different kind of bitcoin wallets are available for us. [General] Bitcoin Wallets - Which, what, why? this can be useful for anyone to pick their kind of wallet.

Recently I am also facing issues with my coinbase vault withdrawal and I never got any response from the coinbase support for my multiple support tickets.I just left trying because the amount is not that much higher to fight for.
I got your point here for me should really do stay away from this wallet because they are centralized but we cannot really judge from that I've been using coinbase and until today I have no issues when it comes to funds.

But you must stay away from the centralized wallet and be careful in where you can store your coins. It is more preferable to keep your wallet in some wallets that are already trusted by many people and are legit.  There are wallets downloadable in AppStore that are scam. In able to be successful in the world of cryptocurrency you must have contacts in where you can be connected and updated.

It would be better if your going to use desktop wallet or hardware wallet.
448  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Trust wallet rocks on: April 20, 2020, 07:01:14 AM
True, it's very convenient to use trust wallet, it's a good choice for newbies who knew nothing about crypto and want to try it out for the first time, also tokens are automatically added up once the importing is over, sleeky and easy interface
I've seen trust wallet have partnership with binance exchange so I have no complains for sure trust wallet is trusted.

In the field of cryptocurrency, there are so many wallets in where you can store your money online. In able to choose the best wallet you must first research so that you can make sure that your bitcoins are in good hands. There are cryptocurrency applications that you can download on the AppStore but those are hacked or scammed. So in able to make sure that you bitcoins are in good hands you must choose wisely which wallet are you going to use for your coins.
Their are also Ethereum, XRP and bitcoin cash that could also be profitable for investment just like bitcoin.
449  Local / Altcoins (Pilipinas) / Re: NEW!! Boxing Champ Senator Manny Pacquiao nilaunch na ang kanyang CRYPTO TOKEN on: April 17, 2020, 06:48:05 PM
So far wla pa akong nakikitang update dito sa token ni Manny, yong token ay more on pang merchandise and online currency.

450  Local / Altcoins (Pilipinas) / Re: Fake Airdrops on Facebook on: April 17, 2020, 06:33:08 PM

I mean, 'di rin natin masisisi ang mga tao na uneducated when it comes to cryptocurrency. Kahit ako mismo noong baguhan pa lang ako sa cryptocurrency, my first impression towards Bitcoin is the same with what most outsiders think about it - illegal. But sa ating mga btc users, alam naman natin na this is a myth, or let's say, untrue.

-Snip-
In this case, scamming.

453  Local / Others (Pilipinas) / Re: Need suggestions on: April 17, 2020, 05:53:30 PM
Hey there! I'm a student and had saved some money around five digits in pesos.

454  Local / Others (Pilipinas) / Re: MGA DAPAT IWASAN NG MGA NEWBIE(IWAS SCAM) on: April 17, 2020, 05:45:53 PM

455  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling is like day trading ? on: April 17, 2020, 05:09:58 PM
We know that day trading or short time trading is like playing with wild fire, not may can handle it. That's y most player's end up in loss and very few are successful day traders.
Is that hold true for gambling also?
There are posts here that gambling is addiction and how to get rid of.
Are there gamblers here who are in profit overall?
It is, gambling and trading was just similar or maybe business  Grin. You could easily double your investment in both  gambling and trading  if your are just lucky.

But trading would be less risky than gambling you are not really going to lose money in trading unless you sell your investment but in gambling you could easily lose it all.
456  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Top 10 Best Cryptocurrency Wallets on: April 17, 2020, 08:19:05 AM
I believe that the choice of wallet primarily depends on the amount of assets that you have. if you have a large cryptocurrency portfolio which is equivalent to tens of thousands of dollars, then, of course, it is better to buy a ledger. This is the most optimal wallet for saving your funds.
Ledger would be a great choice but their are some issues updating the firmware, Still online wallet would be more reliable but ledger etc. would be more secured.

In able to keep you coins online you need to have a cryptocurrency wallet. In here you must choose the best wallet in where you can keep your money because among the many cryptocurrency wallets only few are can be trusted. There are many wallets that are scam. In able to choose the best wallet that you can use you must research first and look for people who already have a wallet. From that you can be sure that your coins are in good hands. One of the best wallet that I know is the coins.ph in coins.ph your money has the ability to grow bigger through paying bills and buying loads.
457  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Trying to keep life savings more secured on: April 16, 2020, 11:24:46 PM
This is about coinomi wallet, I came across few posts on this forum saying they lose coins in coinomi wallet, some said coinomi wallet team insert a backdoor in the wallet to steal people's fund, how true is this?

Second question is, can you get me the list of open source wallet since coinomi wallet is closed source? What about trust wallet is it truly an open source wallet? Thanks

You can read all about the vulnerability here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5114708.0

If that's TL;DR; here's the short version:
It's not a backdoor, they used a library and didn't configure it properly, because of this the seed phrase was sent to google for spell-checking.
Eventough it was sent over SSL, somebody in google's HQ with access to the logs could easily parse them and find the unencrypted version of the seed.

There was a big discussion between coinomi and their victim, and in my opinion, coinomi took the low road... They defenately didn't handle the situation as they should have.

I would never touch coinomi with a  foot pole. Making mistakes is human, bugs happen, but the way they reacted made me have an instant dislike for their company.

If you're holding a lot of different altcoins, you might aswell go for a ledger or a trezor instead of meddeling with closed source wallets stored on your smartphone (do look at the list of altcoins they support out of the box... )
Holding your bitcoin for a long period takes a very firm privacy wallet. Many issues has been raised due to coinomi wallet, many are complaining because they are loosing coins at coinomi. With regards to using coin wallets there are many trusted bitcoin wallet aside from coinomi, you may research and have surveys about the trusted coin wallet so that you can make sure that your coins are in good hand. You may be cool enough in making your coins in hugher value through the trusted coins wallet that you will choose.
458  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Biggest winning so far on: April 15, 2020, 10:42:57 AM
Huge amount of money!
For me this year, I just started 2 weeks ago gambling for starting of the year and good news, I was able to win and cashing out the winnings happily. But after a week of winning, I gamble and suddenly I lost Grin.
So it's more likely I am even for this year now.
I don't gamble a lot but my biggest earning is around 80$ in a single day I don't  bet a lot of funds so I don't really get a big profit  so 80$ is already big especially I do it daily.

Gambling is one of the best site for cryptocurrency. In gambling if you gamble less and win you will gain less. If you gamble more and win you will gain more. If you gamble less and win you will gain less and if you gamble less and lose you will loss less. Gambling win and lose is most consistent so in able to get your biggest win you must luck. Gambling is a win or lose luck situation. You may not know when and where you are going to win. So you must be very careful and intelligent in making decisions. Cryptocurrency gambling will cost you a lot.
459  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Best time to begin your gambling affiliate journey. on: April 15, 2020, 07:39:17 AM
I’m sure that all here would know about Affliate earnings, and if you have been postponing the idea of starting a gambling Affliate journey then let me tell you that this is one of the best periods to start it.

Quote

Affiliates may see the online boom caused by the increasing number of people having to spend their time on the internet as an opportunity for the kind of price gouging that usually takes place in countries with highly unstable economies and governments.

With the exceptional challenges operators are currently facing, affiliates’ services become even more significant for the reason that they often have the power to guide potential players through the twists and turns of the gambling world.

Furthermore with sports betting not available people will be more than happy to try out different casinos, therefore grab your favourite casinos referral link and promote it in relevant places as this will help you earn lots of passive income in the long run.

I don't think affiliate program is a great source of income in gambling but I think if  you have solid affiliate members it work be great.

Gambling is such an spectacular thing to do. If I were you, I will begin my gambling affiliate journey. In gambling you may start gambling with a littele amount by that you may not loss many in case you lose. In gambling you must be very wise. You must not waste your time in any unimportant sites. Better look and research for gambling sites tgat are legit and that can help you make your money grow bigger and bigger.
460  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Age restriction in gambling on: April 15, 2020, 07:20:21 AM
Have you known that there is an age restriction in gambling? But it is varied among the countries in the world. I have just checked in wikipedia that commonly someone can play gambling starting from the age of 15/16/18/19/20/21 years. It depends on where he lives, every country may have different regulation related to the age restriction. Below I classify some countries based on the age restriction:

Age 5: Malawi (Casino)

Age 15: Iceland (lottery)

Age 16: United Kingdom (Football pool, Scratchcards), Estonia (other), New Zealand (instant kiwi)

Age 18: Australia, Kiribati, Nauru, New Zealand (horse racing), Palau, Solomon Islands, Tuvalu, Vanuatu, Vanuatu, Albania, Austria, Belarus, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Faroe Islands, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, etc

Age 19: South Korea, Canada, USA

Age 20: New Zealand (Casino), Sweden (Casino), Japan, Nigeria

Age 21: Belgium, Estonia (Casino), Armenia, India, Lebanon, Macau, Malaysia, Philippines (casino), Singapore, Taiwan, Vietnam, Cote d'Ivoire, Egypt, Namibia, Niger (casino), Bahamas, Saint Kitts and Nevis, US Virgin Islands (casino), USA, Macau

Age 23: Greece

Source & more detail information: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gambling_age#cite_note-27
is this serious?that Malawi is allowing their Children to Play in Casino as in?does the child has their own money to spend for?
the 15-16 from Iceland and UK is tolerable because as i remember i learn gambling at that age but 5?seems very unreasonable to allow to play in CASINO.
In cryptocurrency people won't know your age so there is no restriction when it vomes to gambling. In cryptocurrency you have to gamble your coins in able to grow. But then gambling is a win or lose situation. You may gain mote if you gamble more of your coins and gain less if you gamble less of your money. Not everyday is a lucky day gambling depends on your lack. If you gamble more and win then you have got more. But if you lose you will loss less. But of you gamble less and win you can also gain less. Regardless of more or less income bitcoin is very helpful in any ways.
