Not a good company. I feel cheated. I filled out the Google form and have not received 1000 token ACT. I participated in the bounty at https://bounty.daoact.org earned 1000 token ACT, and have not received them, and the site is unavailable. These people make millions of dollars out of thin air, and misers part to give their partner. The success of any ICO depends on his generosity. These people are stingy and not see them success. Now I can confidently say that these people are scammers, do not send them any money do not participate in their ICO. I'm sick of their promises, I do not believe them anymore.   so you participated to a gift , and you feel cheated ? ok, give me your adress i send 1 eth to you. Seriously? :/ |

But the ico never started. How did they make any money? Sounds like just a waste of effort on their part, as the presentation was actually decent. Strange type of scam They made over $200K in their pre-ICO. |

Isn't it obvious? People want to see more than just simple website and bitcointalk thread to really trust the project is for real. It seems you are not aware how many scams have been recently in the blockchain space. It's just a common sense before investing money, instead of blindly believe everything without verification, don't you agree? Perhaps I've got it all mixed up but didn't they say they'll release the product before the (pre-)ICO? Yes, this is the plan. Right now it isn't available, hence the concerns people have. . That is why there are fears if there was an ISO after the finished product is meant with a discount for orders of 25,000, so no they are holding it now, when there is only a website in fact, a paper with common words and this thread on the forum. That's why I decided to raise the issue with the office and the rest (last page). I don't think that's correct. They said $2.5M has been pledged/committed not gotten and all the funds are escrowed. Perhaps I'm missing something.  |

But I understand that you missed it - PRELIMINARY fundraising already goes from $ 25,000 and no one can say that the team will not disappear with advance money to ICO. True. The ACT scammers people disappeared in less than a week after they raised > $200K from their pre-ICO so it's not impossible. Anyway, I managed to get into the Beta program so we'll see. |

I advise you to wait for the finished product, at least the test version. The fact that the developers do not open wild data (even just photos of the office with coin symbols) is very disappointing.
Developers, I ask you to take a photo-video of your office, place of work, it will not be able to disclose your personal data in any way, but it will greatly increase the level of trust.
As I now see the situation, this can be a great project or a fraud (you have well advertised your activity, and now you have launched a preliminary purchase and nothing hinders you before the release of the test version, just a chasm with the money received on the initial purchase).
I await your thoughtful answer, I hope my question will not be ignored. Sorry for my bad english.

Dear supporters,
As you may have recognized, we are currently not able to reach the minimum funding. Therefore we decided to cancel the running ICO. We thank all early investors and all of them get refunded after the 5. September. If somebody doesn't know, how to get refunded, please do not hesitate to contact us via e-mail.
Blocklancer is a great and unique project, but the current situation is very difficult. We did an in-depth analysis, why it was not possible for us to reach the goal. The key point is that we had not enough money for advertising and therefore our exposure in media was not broad enough. Our social media presence is very high, but we were not able to reach out to the masses. Another problem is that the market situation is currently very problematic. Many investors are on holidays and many other people are still shocked by the Multi-sig hack and the CoinDash disaster.
We believe in the idea of a distributed freelancing platform and we have a great plan to continue. In September or October, we will launch a pre-ICO (with max cap 500 ETH), where everybody has the possibility to get Lancer Tokens for the rate 1ETH : 20,000 LNC. Everybody who invested in the current ICO will get LNC for the rate 1ETH : 25,000 LNC. This way we want to incentivize everyone, who is a loyal Blocklancer supporter. Moreover we are creating a demo platform and every investor in the pre-sale will have the possibility to become an early-tester of the platform. The bounty campaign will be extended until the pre-sale ends and the participants will get 2% of the raised money from the pre-sale.
The money raised from the pre-sale will be invested in advertising for the actual ICO, which is planned in winter (maybe December or January).
We will also release an official Slack and Telegram channel very soon. We still think that the community is the most precious asset and we are always very happy to get constructive feedback from all of you. We think that with this plan we can reach our goal to revolutionize the freelancing market and we are highly motivated to work on this project all day!

If you do then maybe thats all they need to pin down your identity enough to comply with AML/KYC laws, I dont know the specific regulations in America not being American. Or is your account not "new", mine was created about 3 months back. You can click on settings and it will show your account type. In other news I just got my blackbytes, so thanks to the developers for making byteball the platform and to the users for making it valuable. I just realized too that last distribution I sold some byteball using changelly, I should have just done that. You think that'll work? Sure seems like a better deal than sending them my details. |

Yes, it's perfectly normal. The distribution is from largest to least so if you're expecting a relatively small number of GBB (like me ~0.000029 GBB) then you're going to have to wait your turn. I think if every bounty participant is investing we will reach minimum. If minimum is not met then applying for bounty is a waste of time, people should get involved instead of this bounty queries.
Not everyone can invest though. Having been turned away by Freelancer's T&Cs I wish I could invest in this (and 2 other ICOs) but my total "investable" worth is less than 0.5 Eth. ~90% of all I have is via faucets so there's not much I can do. |

i think its done, everyone got the free bytes already for sometime so its should start rising now I think it's just getting started. Last month it really dropped like 5 or 10 days later after dropping immediately after the snapshot. |
