441  Economy / Securities / Re: [IPVO] [Multiple Exchanges] Neo & Bee - LMB Holdings on: February 11, 2014, 05:02:52 PM
The zip zap non appearance was disappointing as that was a big deal. Other aspects haven't been confirmed either and the company is several weeks late delivering anything of note, for all their hard work.

I'd like an answer to these shareholder queries -

The delayed launch will mean no dividends until Q2 financial statements, so end of July/early August. Shouldn't investors have new financial forecasts? The Bitcoin price is widely expected to rise significantly between now and the end of Q2, harmful to investors who earn dividends in BTC. Early dividends are crucial for investors.

What happened to the new prospectus? Has it been canned because the shares are being removed from sale? And thank you for removing those shares.

Can Neo & Bee confirm that the Gox problems will not occur in their software?

Can we have a fixed date for monthly reports on company progress?

With Bitcoin shares being a muddy area, what have Neo & Bee done to avoid legal problems down the line?

The delay is by a matter of days in reality, nothing has been cancelled in regards to EasyCoin, we are making it better and will have much wider coverage across the planet.

The "Gox" problem has been addressed by our developers and it will not affect any of our technical operations.

I cannot predict when dividends will be paid.

The new prospectus has one main body and 5 appendices to ensure that we detail every single operation detailed correctly, with the time demands of everything happening at the moment with getting Neo to market. There is very little resources to dedicate to the completion of the prospectus. It would be ideal to have it completed before the 23rd of February, however I may need a time machine to accomplish that feat.

There is a fixed date for quarterly updates, however I am sure we will have plenty to write about between those dates.

Bitcoin profit shares are not a muddy area, trading an unregulated financial instrument (ie options/futures) is a muddy area, until we can pay share capital in Bitcoin and we start offering equity then there is nothing to debate regarding legality, however we do have a proposal with regards to paying share capital in Bitcoin.

But there is one guy with a 100% haircut so far, no mention of him? Didn't think so...

Huh?

Oh you didn't know I am PERSONALLY a creditor and not taking a single satoshi from Ukyo until I have helped him pay everyone back?

Like I have said before when I have more personal time I will be helping him more, but right now I am concentrating every waking hour to the launch of Neo and our other subsidiaries.

The best paragraph was this one;

So, is the institution –accused of failing to control the economy on the tiny Mediterranean island and allowing rampant tax avoidance and money laundering- saying Bitcoin is illegal?

Not quite. Instead it warns that there are big risks associated with using the currency.

My quick statement on the Central Bank of Cyprus's statement today.

An English overview can be found here: http://blogs.wsj.com/moneybeat/2014/02/07/central-bank-of-cyprus-does-not-like-bitcoin/?mod=WSJBlog

I was expecting such a statement around the 23rd February, they have realised we are serious following the start of what is quickly becoming the marketing campaign of the year. We are not too fussed about their approach because we know they need to protect the banks. We will be releasing a statement of our own tomorrow or on Monday to get better coverage. They cannot regulate us and they do not like that one bit because they cannot stifle innovative competition against their dinosaurs. Luckily for us, the general public have seen these experts at work with their regulation skills, whilst their power only extends as far as the businesses they regulate. The worst thing for them is that it has only just begun.

Hi everyone. I’m an account exec at Telia & Pavla BBDO, the agency currently handling the advertising and other forms of promotion for Neo. I was in-charge of the corporate video project you all saw, and had a defining influence in the concept for the TV ads which I hope you’ll enjoy.
I first heard about Bitcoin late in 2011 while at University and started mining in early 2012, until I lost pretty much everything when Bitclockers screwed up; but I still think the world of it and have been working on my own project for several months.
Nonetheless, you can imagine my reaction when Danny walked in our offices some months ago and told us what they were doing! I didn’t think more than a handful of people knew about Bitcoin in Cyprus. Today, Cyprus is buzzing Bitcoin… the media, the people – old and young, and we’re still at the teaser phase. I can’t tell you how happy I am that I’m working towards the island embracing this new technology. People have a choice; they can take their finances into their own hands or continue to trust the system that seriously screwed them (us) over. Personally and professionally, I’m taking on the role of educating people because this is a chance for the country to get on the map for something commendable. Danny and his team are leading the way, setting the foundations…
A last word about the Neo team, Danny in particular. I have been following the thread since it started and I applaud him for the patience he shows when dealing with some of the criticism. For the last months that I have been working with him I can say that I have not seen someone so focused on his work, ever. He is extremely intelligent and works at a different speed than most people. If everyone he does business with could keep up, nothing would ever go wrong. I was never asked to post here but I felt like I had to give a shout.

Thanks for the kind words Andreas, Telia & Pavla have been brilliant from the outset.

even if you just want to generate hype, you should at least have some nice looking landing page, even if it has no real infos.
I'm basically afraid that you will have to buy the peoples attention twice. they will see the advert, google neobee, be unimpressed and forget all about it. If you have a landing page with "remember getting fucked by dem banksters? fuck back with neobee, comming soon" they might remember.

As entertaining that would be, we cannot do things that bluntly. The website is changing to correlate with our campaign very very shortly, then the full website will be launched following the revelation stage of the campaign.

NeoBee is something referred to by Shareholders when in reality Neo and Bee is two separate brands.

We are also sponsors of the Liverpool vs Arsenal game on LTV this weekend. Here is the trailer for the game.

That's massive...I wonder if the sponsorship will be seen in Asian broadcasts of the game?

Liverpool are huge in Asia, and that match will be shown live and then repeated in bars across SE Asia.

Of course, this will all be lost on the Americans*

*Football (what you erroneously call soccer) has a global following (unlike your baseball "world series") and Liverpool and Arsenal are massive global brands. Wink Wink

This is just on LTV which is a Cypriot broadcaster, to sponsor a premier league game on a global scale would cost in excess of 10m per game!

Amen brother!!

The campaign is working, everywhere you go and ask them "whoisneo" it sparks a great discussion. There has been reports of people in the Presidential Palace discussing the adverts too.

Please feel free to ask questions here, and we'll try to make sure everything pertinent is addressed in the update.

How are things going with the big merchant partnership? Could you give us some insight into your future plans regarding this (what areas will be covered initially, expansion plans etc.).

All things point towards the partnership with ZipZap going down the drain. If it did, what happened?

Things are progressing well with merchants (big and small) with additional merchants expressing interest and signing up for our services.

That partnership is still in place, we are also working with another PSP that will open the platform to many more countries.

How about an update on the amount of payments done by Cyprus University in Bitcoins, since they started accepting them 2 months ago.....?

We are subject to data protection laws, so that information is not something we could ever make public.

451  Economy / Securities / Re: [IPVO] [Multiple Exchanges] Neo & Bee - LMB Holdings on: February 03, 2014, 06:14:07 PM
Its not a case of not being bothered its a case of me working 20 hours a day getting Neo to market along with everything else we are planning. I am still extremely committed to helping Ukyo resolve the issues so he can get everyone paid back then once that has been done he can settle with me what is owed. Before any troll tries to make out NeoBee funds are stuck, they are not. My available time is extremely limited at the minute.

On topic, I was informed today that out pop ups on the football (soccer to those that don't know the difference between hands and feet) will also cover the English Premier League on TV here in Cyprus.

The first 3 teasers have all been airing regularly on TV. I have uploaded them with English subtitles:

http://youtu.be/BK4bWtN6fBk
http://youtu.be/E6TIFY-lNTk
http://youtu.be/qNbvBRrBNKs

Keep up the good work. When will your website go live so all those attracted by the teasers can land on something equally polished and concrete?

The online campaign will all forward to social media initially and then it will start diverting people to the new Neo site during the revelation stage of the campaign.

OP delivered! Cheesy

Very nice photos. Congratulations to Danny and team.

Do we think we'll have claims this is all CGI?  Roll Eyes

Excellent. Can we please have an interview with the first customer through the door? Maybe even a couple BTC reward for them?

We are expecting a large amount of media attention as the first customer passes through the doors of the branch. If anyone camps outside then I am sure we can help sort them a little reward  Wink

No this is not the case, we should have some extremely good news on Saturday if everything goes to plan. Which will hopefully spur the sale of the remaining shares.
456  Economy / Securities / Re: [IPVO] [Multiple Exchanges] Neo & Bee - LMB Holdings on: January 24, 2014, 04:23:56 AM
When share "capital" can be paid in Bitcoin then it would be considered that we raised capital and not just Bitcoin. Until then what we have done is crowd funded Bitcoin also when that day arrives we are all going to be very happy, due to the fact that it is another step towards legitimacy for Bitcoin.

There are no funds of the companies stuck in WeEx just my own personal funds hence why I am trying to help resolve that issue whenever I get a chance.

The remaining shares that are sold will be held in reserve and or towards what shall become public knowledge on Saturday.

Dividend suppose to be paid from profits.Do you really think they will be profitable this year?

Frankly, I'm in it for the long haul. First mover advantage is huge, and they're taking their time it seems in order not to screw anything up. If the market decides that no profit this year is bad and punishes them by tanking the stock, more for me.

I'm just happy to know I personally own x% of the first bitcoin bank opening to the public. If it tanks, I took an affordable risk, if it succeeds…well, banks measure their market caps in the billions, if not the tens of billions of US$.

If all of the stars align and NEOBEE is able to live up to its potential, I don't think we can even imagine how huge it could be. 'Industry-defining' comes to mind.

One can dream…

But in reality, Cyprus only has a total GDP of US$22bn…it'll take entire economies shifting to bitcoin before we can retire on an island somewhere Smiley

That is why we are developing the Neo Portals (atm) to enable us to establish a larger footprint across Europe, then using the data from the portals to establish the areas that will benefit from a branch.

First of all, congratulations for your work in this venture.

Speaking about the Weexchange issue, I know this is not the right thread but you seems to dodge the specific one, so I'm trying here.
We are still in the dark and you gave your word to work on the issue with all your resources (and Neo&Bee ones). A month passed away and we still have nothing, neither bitcoin neither updates. A lot of people avoided to sue Ukyo and Weexchange because your intervention, I trust you and I hope you'll help us, but to remain without news worns nerves...

When we can expect for an update on what and on how is going on?

Thank you

Helping Ukyo out is something that I am doing in my spare time for the benefit of everyone involved and getting help from others that work here in their spare time (of which no one has available right now). I have so little time at the minute to do anything other than attend meetings for Neo & Bee and travel to meetings which dominates my life due to the fact we are launching a multitude of businesses across the coming weeks. I am still personally committed to helping resolve this issue by helping Ukyo get everyone settled.

All im getting from that, is that you attempted to resolve the infamous bitcoind problem, and you/Jon/Andreas A./others have failed, without any vision of a real resolution.

What do we do, hold you to your commitment indefinitely? Is there really any 'benefit' left, in doing that?

I haven't touched anything from a technical standpoint, I'm not sure who Andreas A is to be honest. If it is Andreas Antonopolous then I would be surprised as he hasn't mentioned anything to me about helping Ukyo. I am trying in my spare time (of which I have very little of) to give Ukyo a helping hand with achieving a workable solution, to ensure he can pay everyone back and once complete he can pay me back.

Neo EasyCoin
Neo EasyCoin is nearing the completion of beta testing. We are waiting for some locations to go online with different payment service providers. We are also working with other payment service providers in Europe to enable Neo EasyCoin to service additional European countries.

does it mean that the deal with ZipZap is now dead in the water  Huh

All the rest is fantastic news btw. IMHO You guys are aiming high and have good chances at winning high!

Far from it, however it would be somewhat poor of us to place all of our eggs in one basket with regards to payment service providers.

Thanks for the positive responses, we do have much more information on the horizon and George Papageorgiou will be speaking at the Miami conference, hopefully we can solidify a few loose ends so we can bring you more news quickly. We are working tirelessly to ensure we build a business that is sustainable and profitable. With regards to the name of "Time Lock Wallets", the actual name will be decided before we print the literature for them, it was the term best used to describe them for the time being.
