Price is going down :
- There are too many coins. People don't read specs and features anymore.
- As soon as there is a pump, people automatically think it will dump after, whatever the reason of the pump.
- People blindly follows twitter to make choices. Twitter hypes only new (shit)coins.
- There are more and more bots and every bot I know, have, or backtest have sold at theses prices, ans still are not planning to buy.
There is very little to do against these 4 points. So expect again 0,0055 soon. I am not saying it is "fair" price. I am a big DRK supporter since first days (I feel obliged to repeat it everytime I am saying something bad about prices), but market is always right, however strange it sounds.

I have a question thatīs been bothering me for sometime now. Every time there is a drop in bitcoin price almost all the alts go to red and darkcoin stays green as long as other are droping. As soon as it turns around all others are green and drk goes down. This has happened over and over again for the last few months. Anyone got a good theory about this?
Because DRK is the only contender to BTC, so trends are opposite. |

These efforts from dev make clear we have a great active dev and a less great community who just wait for a pump on exchanges, who don't stake, whine about anything the Dev is proposing.
It is not because the dev is very active and responsive that he should ask permissions to the community for whatever. It is the best way to make the coin fail, fresh money don't want this kind of mess.
If you want to actively take part in any dev choice (especially when having less than 0.1% of coins...), with no dev to "interfere" or decide, please invest in a takeover.
"CLD 2.0" don't need to be revolutionary to reach x20, at least a 500 K$ market cap, in the 50 first coins.
It needs :
- an active dev, releasing constantly new features (exactly what we have now)
- a backing community, furthering the dev choices, not blocking them with subjective argument.
Else, don't invest and leave. It is darwinism and natural selection for the rest of us.

And 80% of the people watching coinmarketcap won't even notice them since they show the currencies page by default. +1 It is a good thing that Assets and Coins are differenciated. There could be more Assets than coins in the future. And Counterparty is on both pages anyway. |

Luke-jr and maybe some other bitcoin devs is like little kids who don't want play together with neighbor house kids in their sandbox, but there is coming day when they grow up and ask XCP and MSC join to play same game Thats why there no need other chains. But that is just normal because neighbors kids have bigger trucks and other toys and they have only sandbox. That's why he has "Jr." in his name  Luke filters out XCP, MSC, etc. transactions and I don't think he's gonna change his mind soon. Coinmarketcap.com has a "Assets" tab now, listing the 3 active platforms (Mst, XCP, Nxt)
My first Impression was it is like they created a "Crypto 2.0" Tab. No need to go and see the first Tab anymore. The future is on this tab. The traders will go here.
My 2nd impression is that XCP will the one benefiting most. MST is clearly a "one shot" with only one asset in one year time, and NxT is not on bitcoin. The Counterparty assets are the only one growing today by the way.
Not to mention dogeparty, clearinghouse, or cSFR, all based on Counterparty are missing.
